“I will personally kill this man. Can you destroy this thing?” Nikola shook until Lissa squeezed his hand.

“I’m afraid it will hurt worse than when it was put in, but yes, I can kill it.” Dominic waited as he glanced to him, then to Lissa.

She sighed and got up. “If it’s going to hurt worse, you better strap me down. Plus, I don’t want that thing in here, Nikola. Can we do it somewhere other than our home?” Lissa hugged herself.

Adonis and Pierre appeared in the room. “We have a general idea where he is located, but I’m afraid right now we could not get to him. He is surrounded by fae, and demons.” Adonis snarled, than glanced at Lissa and Nikola. “What? What did we miss?”

Getting up, he informed Adonis and Pierre of what was going on as they moved to the palace medical room. Lissa crawled up onto the table after she stripped out of her pants. Castor covered her legs with a blanket, while Pierre pulled up her shirt and strapped down her arms.

He sat at the head of the table, rubbing her head. “I’ve never been more proud of anyone, Lissa. You are going to make an amazing Queen. Already your people know you are hurt and are waiting outside to make sure you are okay. Listen to their song of healing for you alone.

We hear and feel your pain our Queen. We send you our light, to guide you through this dark period. We are your humble servants, take what we offer, let it warm you, let it protect you, and let it hold you. Our great King needs his light, and we need our lady. Magic is ours to call, ours to wield, for this one moment we come together to offer this healing magic, so you may once more walk among us, free of pain.

Lissa did hear the healing chant and smiled as she gripped the side of the table in a death hold, but Pierre was there. He pried her hand off the table and held her hand tight, while Adonis did the same to her other hand.

Castor moved to next Nikola who nodded to Dominic to proceed.

Chapter Fourteen

Remi glanced towards the Fae realm and the hole that was now opening; his hands on the banister squeezed and broke the wood. He still had the connection Lissa had given him earlier and right now her pain seeped through their link.

“You feel her pain, don’t you?” Jaycee asked, coming outside and standing next to him.

He nodded. “I can see every horrible thing that monster did to her Jaycee, and she still is suffering because of a man I let slip by me.” Tears filled his eyes, as well as anger…

Her soft hand covered his. “I hear her silent screams. While she was healing our daughter, she took the pain that thing was trying to give our daughter onto herself and now she must once more suffer greatly, but Remi.” She turned him around and stared up into his face.

“There is no way you could have known what was going to happen so long ago. We can all make different choices; this man chose to go the wrong way. The three of you will find those men Lissa told us about and each one will be destroyed. I have seen it.”

He cupped her cheek and smiled down at their spit fire mate. “I love you Jaycee. The thought of you in this kind of pain would destroy me. I don’t know how Nikola stands it.” He bent down and kissed her lips. “I’ll be back. I’m going for a run.”

Remi jumped off the porch, glancing back when he saw Dane step out onto the porch. His gaze met his and he knew that tonight he would mark Dane. Bones crunched, and muscles stretched all the while he held Dane’s gaze.

Lifting his muzzle to the sky, he howled and took off. The cold air beat at his fur, the three moons shone down, lighting the woods… He stopped and gazed up at the moons.

“I noticed them earlier too.” Dane said, coming up next to him. “Can we talk, Remi?”

Remi shifted and clothes covered his body at once. He shook his head. “I don’t know how she does it, but she always knows when we need clothes.”

“Jaycee told me she uses a spell to keep us clothed.” Dane turned to look at him. “I owe you an apology. I ran and I now see how wrong it was. When I saw Jaycee run across that field, my heart stopped and I realized then I’ve been a fool. You, Jaycee and Mark, and our children are my world now no matter where we are. As long as we are together, I can get through this.”

He leaned against a tree, and stared at Dane. His long black hair blew free in the wind, his noble profile only enhanced by the moonlight. “My feelings have not changed Dane, I still want you.”

Turning, Dane grinned. “Neither have mine. I want you, Remi, I’ve always been drawn to you, I just didn’t think I could…” He never finished his sentence as Remi covered his mouth with his.

At first it was awkward, each fighting for dominance in their first kiss, till Dane finally released control over to him. Remi undid the front of Dane’s jeans and slid his hand inside, cupping his cock. He broke the kiss and moved Dane back against another tree. “I won’t stop Dane, so be sure.” Remi growled, his patience at an end.

Reaching up Dane ripped off the sweater he wore and kicked off his pants, but not before he pulled out a tube of lube. “I won’t be the one to stop, will you?” Dane set aside the lube and grabbed the end of his sweater. “I want you now.”

“So be it.” Remi threw his clothes to the ground all the while Dane watched. As soon as his cock was free, Dane grinned. “I have a feeling the first time is going to hurt like a bitch.” He laughed, but Remi knew it was a nervous laugh.

Remi smiled and dropped to his knees and took Dane’s cock into his mouth. Dane had given up so much and he wanted to give him back all that he could. He closed his eyes and tasted all that was Dane.

Dane ran his hands through his hair, guiding his cock in and out of Remi’s mouth. “God Remi, that feels so good,” he moaned.

Cupping his balls, Remi took him deeper into his throat and growled at the same time. Dane tightened his hand in his hair.
Come Dane, let me taste all of you.

Two more pumps and his warm seed poured down his throat. Slowly standing, Remi moved behind Dane and lowered his body, giving him access to his fine ass. “Tonight I make you mine.”

Remi grabbed the lube and squirted his fingers, then some into Dane’s ass. All the while Dane did not move. His body was still coming down from his orgasm Dane moaned as he slid two fingers into his ass. “So tight.”

Glancing back over his shoulder, Dane’s heated gaze captured his as he worked three fingers into his ass. “The gift didn’t come to you?” He sputtered out and braced his hands on the tree in front of him.

The lube still warm, Remi squeezed some into his palm and started to lube his cock. Dane watched his movements. “No, I believe we need to do this together. I wanted to tell you the other night after your challenge, but you were adamant about leaving.” Remi slid his fingers out of Dane’s ass and grabbed onto his hips, rubbing his cock up against Dane’s virgin hole.

“We were meant to be one Dane, and I believe…” He pushed an inch inside Dane, past the ring muscle. “Damn, once we are mated we both will have this gift.”

Even though it was thirty degree’s outside, sweat poured down his face as he moved a few more inches into Dane’s ass. He reached around, cupping his ball sack and squeezing.

With his cock now fully embedded, Remi leaned over Dane and scraped his teeth over the side of his neck. “You see Dane…We are equal in all that we do.” Remi bit down on his shoulder, marking him.

Magic swirled around them, but Remi continued to pump in and out of Dane. The magic drew both of them into a mating frenzy. Dane howled and tried to buck him, but Remi held on, rubbing his cock back and forth. He released his teeth, and kissed the mark.

A large warm hand cupped his balls and he jumped, but nothing was there. “She’s calling us Dane, our new home is calling us…” he yelled ,his seed pumping into Dane’s ass as Dane’s seed fell to the snowy ground. Both of them howled to the moons as the last of their energy was sapped.

Remi slowly pulled out of Dane and gritted his teeth as he grabbed a handful of snow, washing his cock. “Did you feel it?” He watched Dane do the same thing, cleaning himself.

“Yes, I was so stupid. I hurt Jaycee and you again.” Dane grabbed his pants and slid them on. “The magic is here, and Remi I’ve never felt anything so powerful.”

“I know. It’s as if our new planet has given part of herself to us. I believe she knows there is no way for one man to rule so many. Have you seen the last numbers of those coming over?” Remi pulled his sweater over his head. “We have twice the numbers I thought we would have.”

Dane rubbed the side of his neck and grinned. “This thing is throbbing, but you are right. I was talking to Grant and Seth on Earth. Their numbers are small. Last count for all the shifters in the US was only one thousand and they’ll stay in Maine. We have over eight thousand coming here.”

“We have a meeting set with Dominic and Nikola in the morning. We’ll discuss things then. We are not the only ones with numbers increasing.” Remi once more glanced towards the Fae realm.

Lissa had passed out from the pain moments before. He shook his head. “We hear everything, Dane, I have a feeling this new place is drawing us closer to the others for a reason.” Remi glanced over at Dane, who stood next to him.

“I feel it, too. Maybe that is why our connection with our mates is off.” He cocked his head to the side. “When we are all together, Nikola’s group and Dominic’s, I can hear Jaycee fine. Our connection is there, but when we’re separated….”

Glancing up at their house, Remi saw Jaycee standing at the edge of the porch with Mark behind her. “I never thought of that, maybe that is why the woman are so close. Maybe we also need to take a look at their bond, because they can connect to each other while we can’t.”

Remi nodded to Jaycee. “You have another person to apologize too. Go spend some time with her, Dane. I know you two haven’t had any alone time since this started. Take her for a run, she always loves when you two run.”

Dane smiled and nodded. “Yes, it’s time for all of us to get back in touch with each other. I believe Mark needs some attention too.”

He threw his head back and laughed. “You are so right, but we’ll watch the little ones. Go.” Remi’s gaze met Mark’s and he watched as Mark’s eyes turned to that of the wolves. Yes, his mate had been waiting.

“Jaycee wait!” Dane yelled as he shifted midair, taking off after their mate who had shifted, running into the woods. He could hear Jaycee calling to Dane, leading him on a merry chase. Yes tonight was a good night for them.

“You’re worried about Lissa?” Mark wrapped his arm around him and pulled him into a hug once he was on the porch.

“Yes, I believe we’re growing as a family more then we know.” Remi saw the confusion in Mark’s face. “I’ll explain later. Come I need a shower and I would love some company.”

* * * *

Dominic flew above the new lands, the three moons shining bright and lighting the ground below. He had killed the parasite that lived in Lissa’s back, but she had suffered greatly because of it, and he too had suffered her pain as her mates did. Even now he could hear her whimpers of pain in her sleep.

“You have done all that you can. They all knew it would be painful and Lissa will not hold this against you. We are all one, come home Dominic and let me hold you.”
Suzanne’s voice, a whisper in his head, guided him home. He landed close to their home, shifting in mid-air, his feet touching the ground, his long silver hair blowing in the warm air.

Suzanne stood at the end of edge of the cliff, looking out. “It’s so beautiful out here with the three moons. Archer and Granger are playing computer games with the children.” She laughed and looked over her shoulder at him. “I’m afraid Sam is beating them all and it’s not going over too well with our mates.

“That’s because the little monster cheats.”
Granger grumbled and all three of them laughed. Blair moved up beside Suzanne as he took her other side, her long red hair covered her naked back. She wore a green backless negligee of some new material that would rival silk itself. He could see the perfect outline of her butt cheeks and even a hint of moisture that gathered between her legs with his night vision. He brushed her hair back and kissed her neck. “Are you waiting for me, my lady?”

“I’m always waiting for my mates, but yes I was hoping maybe I could erase that guilt you have and replace with a nice steamy night with me.” Her dark green eyes looked up at him as she turned into his body. “It’s been a while since we have had just a night of passion. No playing, just loving. The kids have eaten; Granger and Archer will get them ready for bed so we can have some quiet time. Then later all of us can join together. We need this Dominic.”

He slid his hand up her stomach and traced the bottom of her breast. Her breath hitched, but she didn’t move while Blair moved in behind her, cupping her ass cheeks and kissing the back of her neck. “Tell me what you meant about us being one family.”

Suzanne’s eyes got big as he traced his fingers around her now hard nipple. “As…you know Jaycee, has given us woman a link, a bond between us. Lately the bond has become stronger between Jaycee and Lissa.” She looked away from him, a single tear slipped down her face. “Jaycee and I had to break that bond tonight. All of us did, Cecil, Shelly, Marsha, and Leda. All of us had to break our bond.” Her lips trembled as he glanced at Blair who nodded.

Blair twined his fingers into Suzanne’s and held her. “Suzanne collapsed and fell to the floor when you started. The entire bunch of women felt something, but Suzanne and Jaycee more so. Archer and I had to break the bond while you healed Lissa.”

Dominic’s gaze slid to Suzanne’s, her eyes swollen and red. “We are still bonded as sisters, but the pain is no longer there. Lissa sleeps now.”

King Ladon moved inside him and pushed to the surface, studying his mate. “Temmra, how did she deal with this?”

With a sigh, Suzanne sat down on the ground, facing the mountains. “Temmra was also affected. She believes it’s this planet.” Suzanne patted the spot next to her, looking up at both of them.

A large bed appeared and Suzanne was now sitting on the edge of the bed. She rolled her eyes and laughed at Blair. “Haven’t you ever heard of fooling around outside with nature?”

Blair scooped her up and placed her back against the headboard. “There is no need for us to be uncomfortable. We can enjoy our surroundings and still be pampered a little.” He kissed her nose and scooted next to her.

Dominic laughed as he moved next to Suzanne. “Blair does like his comforts, but he also likes to spoil his queen.” He nipped Suzanne’s shoulder. “Now, tell me what you and Temmra believe.”

Suzanne relaxed as both he and Blair wrapped their bodies around her. “Temmra and I feel her guiding us sometimes. For one, I don’t think she wants us here.” Suzanne glanced back at the nice home they built. “I believe she wants us all somewhere else. Temmra told me, she has never seen so much power coming from within the planet itself. In all her travels, nothing this weird has happened.”

Dominic nodded, feeling the same way. “I too feel the pull. King Ladon has also been brushed with this power. It’s not the gods, it’s something different, more powerful than them, even. Have you also noticed that since Jaycee gave birth, we haven’t seen or heard from either Gaia or Goddess Empusa?”

Blair sat up and glanced at him. “My brothers and I were talking with Father. Our magic has also changed. Where our magic used to come from Mother Earth, it now comes from this place, but what is even more bizarre is that at first we had no magic here. Last week was the first time I noticed the power coming back. It was as if she was judging to see if we were worthy of this magic and it’s twice as powerful as it was on Earth.”

“Has all your family been given the gift then?” Dominic sighed when Blair nodded and smiled.

“Our mother is walking around like a proud hen. She says now that we have been given the honor twice that we should all be very humble. Mom has set up shrine for our new world also.”

Dominic smiled and nodded. “I think that is a good idea, it might help with others also. Give them something to center themselves with.” He glanced down at Suzanne who had laid her head on his chest. “I’d like to try and contact Goddess Empusa, if you don’t mind?”
