By the God of your father who will help you, and by the Almighty who will bless you with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lies beneath, blessings of the breasts and of the womb.

Honoring the capacity of the human spirit and the potential hidden within.

erseverance, endurance, persistence, and faithfulness—these are the common denominators of every individual who receives answers from God and who successfully completes his or her God-given assignment. Most of the requirements of those characteristics aren’t visible to the casual observer—although the results certainly are. This is because those who surmount obstacles and opposing forces, which cause most people to give up, do so through prayer. These are individuals who navigate spiritual terrain from a divine perspective. Refusing to become a victim of circumstance, they have acquired the skill of discerning the opportunities that present themselves in the midst of the greatest challenges.
Too many aspiring ministers neglect even the simple, natural process of prayer. There are many vital aspects to successful ministry, but prayer is absolutely essential. God Himself speaks to us through His Word that He will hear and answer prayer. His promise is clear—He will reward those who diligently seek Him (Hebrews 11:6). The Almighty sent His Son as our professor of prayer in the university of spiritual warfare and successful living (Matthew 6:9-13). Prayer is His guarantee of victory to everyone who will pray without ceasing (1 Thessalonians 5:17). And He will receive all who come to Him with a contrite heart filled with faith.
I often ask myself, “Why won’t people pray?” I have yet to find a satisfactory answer to that question. Pray and watch heaven move! Heaven is pregnant; the earth groans and travails as the world awaits the next innovators, spiritual and moral leaders, educators, scientists, and all those who will provide divine blueprints for our global destiny. Pray and feel hell quake. Pray and invite the supernatural to invade the natural realm. Pray and see every circumstance arrayed against you by the advancing armies of the alien antichrist be transformed by the very omnipotence of our eternally self-existent God.
Too many today simply do not wish to exercise the spiritual grit of perseverance and the muscle of prayer to do what is essential to receive and walk in the power of the anointing and the presence of the Holy Spirit. Dr. N. Cindy Trimm is one who understands the centrality of passionate prayer to be an effective minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to carry the mantle of His glory. This, and much more, you will find demonstrated throughout the following pages.
Dr. Trimm has an authentic writing style that any reader will relate to and enjoy. She explains scriptural principles in ways that any university professor of the Old or New Testament could appreciate. And she offers practical advice for moving beyond the bounds of “ordinary” to achieve the vibrancy and vitality of life lived anticipating the extraordinary.
If you are pregnant with purpose, creative vision, and innovative ideas given to you by God, I congratulate you for choosing Dr. Trimm to be your “literary midwife” (to borrow her term) and guide you through the process of the breakthrough you have believed for—whether that breakthrough is spiritual, relational, or financial. I believe God our Father—the Abba of Jesus—is about to accomplish something supernatural in and through you as you allow Dr. Trimm to guide you into the heights of the manifested tangibility of God through prevailing prayer—as you
