Hoyt sighed. “I was wrong. I’m Alpha and I should know better than to let them do that. It won’t happen again.”

Her vision changed to that of a wolf, black and white, but she sucked in her breath and relaxed, hoping her sight would return to normal.

Hoyt turned to walk out of the bedroom but stopped to look back at her. “You’re right. Except for Chax and Wol-itelm, I’d kill any man who would place his hands on you.”

“Hell, they wouldn’t even get that close to put their hands on her,” Chax stated as Hoyt turned to leave.

“They wouldn’t exist anymore,”
Wol-itelm interjected into the conversation.

Suddenly, the house shook. Screams erupted from the living room. Tabatha flew past her mates to see what was wrong. Her men moved to follow her.

She intended to shift into her were-form, but Chax placed a hand on her arm. A bolt of electricity ran through her. Tabatha stopped and stared down at her body, now in the form of a demon.

“Why this form?” She glanced at Chax as he stepped up next to her.

“You’re going to be fighting demons, so you need every advantage. My claiming would have given you this form, but since you need it now, I’ve changed you to protect you.” Chax shifted into full battle demon and stepped in front of her. His tail whipped back and forth, and he stood over eight feet tall. Sharp talons grew on his hands, and his skin turned a bright red color. “Shall we go?” He glanced over his shoulder at her and nodded.

“I’ll be watching and will help if I can
,’ Wol-itelm snapped.

She smiled and entered the living room with her mates. Demons and wolves fought throughout her home. Furniture lay smashed, two dead wolves and three dead demons sprawled on the floor. Tabatha witnessed a lower demon attacking the same female pack member she’d intended to strike earlier. The lower demon had the advantage. Chax and Hoyt both leapt in to join the fight.

Anger ripped through her at the sight of the many losses to her pack, bringing on a viciousness she had never experienced before. Tabatha would allow no one to harm anyone from her pack. She jumped and landed on the demon’s back. She clawed and bit him. He released the woman and flung Tabatha off his body, but she just landed on her feet, smiling.

“Bring it on, asshole!” She shouted as the thing turned toward her.

“You’ll die, freak!” The demon roared and picked her up like she was a toothpick, tossing her across toward dining room table.

Tabatha jumped to her feet, ready to attack again, but Chax stepped in front of her. The demon she had been fighting swiped his clawed hand across Chax’s chest instead of reaching her.

Chax picked the demon up by the throat and shook him, snapping his neck and ripping his head from his body. Blood squirted on her and the carpet. “No one attacks my mate!” Anger radiated in his words. He crouched and waited for the next demon to come at him.

Tabatha scanned the battle. A lone man stood in the corner of the living room. Hate gleamed in his gaze, and an evil smile formed on his lips. She knew him. Her godfather, Uncle Nicholas. It all fell into place. He would have known about the snakes from her father. Everyone in her family did. A memory flashed through her mind, vivid with every detail of that one night. He and her father had been fighting. Now after all these years, it made sense.

Nicholas had wanted her father to kill her. She hadn’t understood it at the time, but she did now. Slowly, she made her way toward that corner of the room, never taking her gaze off of him.

He’s responsible for all that has happened to me.

“I see you recognize me, Tabby. It’s really too bad your father wouldn’t listen to me. If he had, he would still be alive, along with your mother. I knew from the start that your mother gave birth to a freak. We can’t allow you or any children from your joining with Hoyt and Chax to survive. There’s no telling what would be born,” Nicholas said and moved toward her. He shifted into his wolf shape and howled.

“You’re wrong, but I won’t argue with a lunatic. I don’t know how you got demons to work with you, but it will stop today. Our union has been approved, and that doesn’t concern you. You’ll be dead before the night is over.” She growled, waiting to see what his first move would be. He swung his clawed hand, missing her by inches, but he followed the swing with another, raking her arm.

She didn’t even flinch as warm, wet blood dripped down. Adrenaline rushed through her system, and she sprang forward, shoving her right claw into his stomach, grabbing any organ she could find. New as she was, she doubted she wouldn’t last against his strength, so she had to make it quick. With a deep breath, she pushed her claws further into his mid-section. Warmth and goo surrounded her hand as her talons ripped at his innards. Her hand slippery, she grabbed what she could, pulled it out and flung it across the room.

He screamed and fell back.

“Enough!” a shout rang out. All fighting stopped. The Master of Hell had appeared in the room.

“I might not be able to do anything, but my friend here can,”
Wol-itelm declared.

The Master of Hell was tall. Similar in height to Chax, but of a slighter frame. He was dark, and power and danger poured forth from his form as he glared at the demons who had been fighting. His red eyes scanned the room. The demons stopped and fell to the floor, bowing to their Master.

She lowered her head a little to show some respect to the man that stood in the middle of her home.

Shit!

Tabatha was thrown across the floor as Nicholas took advantage of the distraction the Master had made and attacked her. Stunned that he could still move after what she’d done to him, she froze until the pain of her arm being torn and ripped apart snapped her out of her trance. His teeth sank into her flesh as she tried to kick him off, but he wouldn’t let go.

Suddenly, the pressure disappeared.

Tabatha looked up to see the Master standing in front of her. He held Nicholas by the back of his neck, his feet dangling in air. Fear shone in Nicholas’s eyes. He pissed all over the place, even fouling the Master.

Unable to control herself, she burst out laughing. She held her arm in place. With the bone broken and muscles ripped, she knew she might go into shock, but the sight before her was too much. Just seeing this man, who had destroyed her family, piss on the Master of Hell, broke the last straw. Everything that had happened came rushing in on her, sending her emotions on overdrive.

“You think this is funny, little girl?” the Master said, staring at her.

In the background, she could hear Drakos laughing.

It was obvious he was trying not to smile, so she laughed harder. Chax gathered her up in his arms.

The Master looked at Chax. “Caym is right. You do have a great mate. She’s brave, beautiful and you’re very lucky. Hold onto her, Chax. Now, I’ll take these insects to Hell with me. If you don’t mind, but I’ll be back. I want to be here for your bonding. You will need to heal her while she is laughing so hard, before her pain sets in. Tabatha, I’ll see you later when you’re your feeling better.” He smiled at her and disappeared, taking with him all of the attackers, demon and wolf alike.

Hoyt and Chax shook their heads.

As Chax healed her arm, Tabatha could have sworn someone had turned on the heat. Sweat dripped down the side of her face, and her palms became clammy.

“Of all the people to laugh at, you pick the Master? Are you nuts?” Chax grinned.

She rose from the couch where Hoyt had flipped back over and Chax had sat down with her in his lap. Wiping her hands on her pants, tears of mirth rolled down her cheeks. She gazed around the living room. Everything within the walls was either broken or shredded. Then she noticed the bookcases her father had built into the walls were broken into little pieces.

Moving toward the bookshelves, she started to cry. “No! My dad built these before he died.”

She fell to her knees and scooped up some of the pieces of the hand-carved wood. She felt Ben beside her. He gently picked her up and hugged her.

“I’ll fix them, Sis. Don’t cry,” Ben whispered.

She groaned. “Oh, God. Ben, I laughed at the Master.”

Everyone started to laugh at once. She wiped her tears away and looked at them. She couldn’t keep the smile off her face.

“Don’t worry about it, Ben. I can fix the shelves for her.” Chax raised his hand and the beautiful shelves stood before her the same as the day that her father had made them. Tabatha ran to Chax, jumping into his arms, hugging him and kissing his face.

“Thank you. It means so much.”

“Tabatha?” a female voice called to her.

She tensed. She slowly lowered herself from Chax’s arms and faced the woman whom she’d saved from the demon, the same woman who had rubbed her body against her mate. Everyone stood quietly and waited.

“I want to thank you for saving me earlier. I’ve acted like a bitch, and I’m sorry,” she said and sank to her knees at Tabatha’s feet. She lowered her head in respect.

Tabatha looked all around the room and saw the other females also on their knees. They scooted closer to her. Their heads lowered, showing their acceptance. She closed her eyes and sighed.

“Please, get up. I don’t even know your names. Why don’t we go and get some drinks for everyone? It’s been a busy afternoon.” The women stood and came before her. They began to introduce themselves, hugged her, and then went to Melody, too, greeting her.

Tabatha started to walk into the kitchen when someone grabbed her from behind. From his scent, she knew it to be Hoyt.

“I need you, baby. We both do,” Hoyt whispered and bit down on her neck. He led her up the stairs to her parents’ bedroom.

“Why are we here?” They stepped into the room and shut the door. She turned around, scanning the new interior of the room. Someone had changed everything, including new carpet, different colored walls and drapes, and in the center of the room, a new four-poster bed greeted her arrival. She looked at her mates’ faces. Lust and passion filled their eyes. Turning back to the room, candles now lit everything, rose petals covered the floor, and soft jazz music played in the background.

“I may not be there, but for this moment it should be special. Enjoy, my little angel. Soon I will claim my prize. Take care of her, boy,” Wol-itelm whispered throughout the room.

“Thank you. It’s beautiful,” she choked, knowing all her mates had heard her.

“It’s time to make this our room. Your parents would want you here, and we plan to christen it now.” Chax moved forward.

“Do you know how sexy you looked as the Alpha female?” Hoyt growled. They backed her up to the bed.

Tabatha fell backward and landed on the giant bed. She stared at her mates, her body so hot she burned for them. She wasn’t going to make it that easy. Still holding their gazes, they started to strip out of their clothes. She made her move and jumped off the bed and moved to the other side of the room.

She heard their growls as she took off through the balcony door and over the railing. Her inner wolf wanted the chase and the domination. Tabatha, the woman, needed them to make her submit to their demands. They could christen the room later.

“What the…?” She yelped as arms grabbed her around her waist and picked her up.

“We won’t take you out here. I want you tied to that huge bed when I give you my mark.” With her firmly in his arms, Chax jumped up the two stories to the balcony of her parents’ room.

“Ever since I saw you fight your godfather, I wanted to ram my cock into you so deeply and make you forget everything but me.” His muscles rippled beneath her body.

She laughed as he threw her on the bed. They pounced on her, tore at her clothes and tied her to the bed.

“Now, what do you plan to do? I’m waiting to see what kind of mark you have in mind for me.” She laughed.

Hoyt swooped down on her and spread her legs. His tongue played with her pussy. Tabatha raised her hips and pushed her folds into his face. She forgot about Chax until she felt a burning on her right tit. She looked down to find Chax’s claiming her breast with his mouth.

Chax raised his head. A beautiful dragon image appeared on the skin over her breast. “Now you two carry my family’s crest. Wol-itelm is pleased. One day I’ll explain the importance of him to our world, or maybe he will.” Chax grinned with pride, and then pushed his tongue into her mouth.

Their tongues danced together. His fingers pulled and twisted her nipple as Hoyt nibbled at her clit.

Tabatha jerked and tried to raise her hips, but Hoyt and Chax held her down. She felt her juices flowing from her.

Her men pulled back as she came down from her climax. They stared at her for a moment before they untied her and flipped her onto her stomach only to tie her again.

They moved around the room. The whoosh of a whip cracked through the air. She sucked her breath in and knew they had found her parents’ floggers. She remembered when, as a teenager, she’d walked into her parents’ bedroom one day and found her mother tied down to the bed. Her father gently flogged her mom with the whip. Frightened and confused, Tabatha had run screaming for her brother. Now, her body craved such acts and feelings. Her pussy tightened as the first strike made contact with her back. She arched and moaned as pain mixed with pleasure. Another smack fell on her ass.

“Ouch!” she yelled.

One of her mate’s hands skimmed her butt. Someone untied her feet. Hoyt slid under her body and lifted her. He moved up the bed with her, his cock entering her wet pussy as his mouth met hers. He wrapped his hands around her and opened her cheeks for Chax.

“Hoyt, oh God!” She cried in ecstasy.

Chax sank his shaft in hard. Both men held her still. They demanded more from her body than she thought she could give. Stars swam in her head as the second orgasm of the night raced through her body. Not only were they marking every part of her with their scent, their sign of ownership but her soul.

Tabatha hoped tonight they would give her the gift she’d always wanted—a child.

Chax slid out of her ass and off the bed before he lifted her up against the wall and made love to her. She glanced to Hoyt where he stepped up next to them rubbing his shaft back and forth. His eyes glazed over, and she knew he waited to take his turn with her. She inhaled his scent and closed her eyes. She knew she would never again be lonely, and that her life would be full of happiness.
