"Start
over." His voice was suddenly stern.

"F-From
the middle?"

"Yes."

I did. After a
moment, his hand continued to move. I tried my best to calm myself and focus
solely on the keys I was hitting, but my breathing became uneven when I felt
his hand slip under the skirt of my gown. I remembered then that I hadn't put
on any underwear when I'd left his bedroom this morning. His fingers brushed
along my bare skin. Automatically, my hips backed away at his cold touch and I
messed up.

"Again."

I huffed in
annoyance and did as he asked. After another few seconds of playing, he
continued to tease me. As his fingers rubbed in circles around my clit, I
squirmed, feeling him grow hard behind me. I bit my lip and leaned back against
him. I wasn't even completely paying attention to the keys I was hitting
anymore. I was mostly going by feeling.

But I didn't
mess up this time. Not when he pressed his lips to my neck. Not when he bit
onto my earlobe. And not when he stuck his finger inside of me. I wanted to
lean my head all the way back, but I resisted the urge and kept my eyes focused
in front of me. My playing
did
slow down a bit, but I didn't mess up.

"Beautiful," he said softly when it came to a quiet end.

Another cold
gust of air entered through the window, causing my body to shudder. My insides
were almost burning now, though. Ethan removed his finger and reached for the
piano. Tentatively, he tucked his fingers underneath the fallboard and slowly
pulled it down, covering the keys completely.

"Can I
tell you something?" His voice was rather subdued.

"...Of
course."

"Ever
since you first walked into this room, however long ago, I've dreamt of fucking
you right here." He placed the palm of his hand on the piano in front of
us. "Since then, I haven't been able to play without getting
distracted."

Oh.

Slowly, I stood
up and turned, leaning against the instrument behind me. "…Right
here
?"

Putting his
hands on my waist, he also stood. When his head lowered to mine, I thought he
was about to kiss me. Instead, he lifted me up just a few inches until I was
seated on top of the fallboard. Instinctively, I wrapped my legs around him. He
took hold of my thighs and pressed against me, preventing me from slipping off.
His erection was perfectly positioned at my entrance.

Biting my lip,
I looked up into his now dilated eyes and, with one hand, gripped onto the
nearest surface I could find. With the other hand, I traced along the center of
his stomach, down to his pants, where I began stroking him.

"Like
this?" I asked, loving the way his fingers dug into my skin. He captured
my mouth with a fierce kiss, thrusting his tongue inside and driving his hips
into me, jerking into my hand. I moaned, feeling my body go limp. A minute
later, he pulled away for air. As I was gasping for breath, another sound
captured my attention. I couldn't help it, I had to turn my head and look out
the window. Sure enough, it was raining. Hard. I turned back to Ethan. "
Now
."
I pulled his pants down just enough to set his member free, then lifted the
front part of my gown, checking to make sure I was wet. I smiled when I found
that I was practically drenched.

"It might
be uncomfortable," he warned with heated eyes.

"Don't let
go of me and it should be fine." Pressing my hands against the fallboard,
I pushed myself upwards and leaned further back. His hands came to wrap around
my behind, squeezing tightly. With my back completely on the lid and the rest
of my body wrapped around him, he was able to thrust into me easily. But as
wonderful as it felt to be entirely filled by him, it still took a few seconds
before I felt comfortable enough for him to move again. He waited patiently for
me to give him the okay. "Go," I breathed.

The surface was
hard beneath me, but it didn't matter. His cock felt so fucking good moving in
and out of me. Because of the position I was in, I couldn't move my hips to
meet his thrusts. I could only lay back and take everything he gave to me.

"...
Ah
!"

He leaned down
and started kissing my neck. Using his teeth, he slid one of the straps of my
gown down, exposing my left breast.

"Touch
yourself," he demanded, leaning back up.

I obeyed
immediately, bringing my middle finger to my mouth and sucking on it for an
instant to get it wet. I ran it in circles around my nipple. Against the cold
air, it almost burned. Then, without really thinking, I pulled down the other
strap and squeezed both breasts. When he started to pump harder, I threw my head
back and screamed out. Desperately needing to grip onto something, my hands
began reaching for the edges of the lid. "
God
…you feel
so good
."

His cock hit me
in the deepest reaches of my core. I was only aware of the next breath of air
that came whipping through the window because of the sensitivity it caused to
my body. I was frozen, my body covered in goose bumps except for the places
where Ethan touched me. The difference between the temperatures was extreme.
And something about the fact that we were still mostly clothed made it all the
more arousing.

"…You look
like an angel," he breathed quietly before eventually speeding up.

I didn't have
time to rejoice over the fact that he had just compared me to an angel again.
Only seconds later, I came hard, bringing the back of my hand to my mouth in
the hopes that it might quiet the violent scream that tore from my throat.
Surely it would have scared me had I not heard it last night. He followed only
a moment after, grunting loudly as he released inside of me.

After a minute
or so, he began pulling out slowly. The sensation of my body suddenly feeling
incomplete brought me back to Earth. It was significantly darker now, and the
rain had picked up even further. I wanted to sit up before Ethan had a chance
to let me go, but I couldn't be bothered to move my body. I closed my eyes,
wishing sleep would take me. I felt so peaceful, surrounded by everything I
loved most.

"…Kitten?"

"Hm."

I felt one of
his hands on my face. "You okay?"

"Hm."

"Look at
me," he demanded in a gentle tone.

I didn't even
have the energy to do that. "…Hm."

He chuckled and
pulled my body towards himself before lifting me up and cradling me in his
arms. "You're freezing. Let's get you in the bath."

"Hm."

The water was
warm. I let him take care of me while I zoned out into a sort of blissful state
of euphoria. Every touch…every caress felt like the finest feather brushing
across my skin. I felt adored. But eventually, I did begin to wake from my
stupor.

I leaned my
head forward as his hands gently massaged my shoulders. "You're too good
to me," I said.

"She
speaks," he responded warmly, kissing my head. "I've been too rough
with you these past twenty-four hours. You would tell me if I was hurting you,
right?"

"Of
course."

We were silent
for the next few minutes until he decided to speak again. "I'd like to
talk."

"…About?"

"Last
night. Your game."

"Was it
too childish for you? It was kind of a spur-of-the-moment thing. I figured
basic hide-and-seek would've been too boring."

"Kitten,
that was the most fun I've ever had playing a game."

"That's
just because you won."

"The
reward was certainly something to look forward to. You did let me win, though."

I laughed.
"I didn't let you do anything. If I had gotten my way, I would have
ninja'd the whole game through. In slow motion."

"That leap
you made over the kitchen counter
was
pretty ninja-worthy. Which brings
me to my question: why did it end up feeling less like a game and more like a
physical endurance test?"

"…Because
it sort of was," I admitted.

"Care to
elaborate?"

"It's
embarrassing."

"I won't
laugh."

"…I feel
better knowing that if anything should ever happen, I'll at least be better
prepared. I want to be able to numb myself from being chased so I can think
rationally and quickly make strategic decisions. Obviously, I know that it
isn't like that in real life. When it happens, it's sudden and…you can't help
but panic. But if I have more practice, maybe it won't be as bad."

His grip
tightened on my skin as I continued, "I feel safe with you. I know you
wouldn't hurt me. Also, I could never hurt you. There were moments when I
wanted to - out of pure instinct, but because it was you I managed to stop
myself." I laughed again, "Not that I
could
hurt you. It
doesn't matter how sneaky I am. Once you caught on to what I was doing, I had
no chance of escape."
Not unless I attempted to inflict some actual
life-threatening damage…
My body shuddered at the memory that had been scorched
into my brain.

Ethan wrapped
his arms around me and leaned his head against mine. "I'm glad that you
want to be…prepared. But you shouldn't have to be. It's not something you
should ever be expecting. I fucking hate that you're thinking those kinds of
things at all."

"…It can't
really be helped."

"No, I
suppose it can't." He became silent for the next minute, until he
eventually asked, "Were you scared at all last night?"

"No, not
at all. Not seriously, at least. By the way, where did you come from when you
snuck up on me in the living room?"

"I was in
there most of the time, waiting to see if you would come out."

"Did you
know where I was hiding?"

"I only
knew that you couldn't be upstairs. I checked every corner and every space
large enough for you to fit in. Where were you hiding, anyway?"

"It's a
secret."
