as possible, Penny craned her neck to see the clock. 5:23 a.m. Damn, the night had gone by fast. Just as fast as the day before had. She never thought a Sunday spent in bed could be so much fun.

But it was Monday and reality beckoned. Twenty-two more minutes until Theo’s alarm went off. Twenty-two more minutes to stay tucked into his warmth. The unfortunate part of dating a teacher was the early hour he had to be at work.

Penny must have fallen asleep, because those twenty-two minutes flew by in a blink. The peacefulness was interrupted by a raging guitar on the rock station. Theo rolled to stop the noise, then returned, pulling her in with both arms.

“Good morning,” he said after a kiss to her forehead.

“Good morning to you.” She rubbed her hand across his back, then lower, not one ounce of shame in copping a feel of his fine ass. She then began nibbling on his neck with playful little nips.

“Mmm. You have to stop that,” he said.

“I don’t want to.” She moved her hand between their bodies and ran her fingertips along his already hard cock.

“If I don’t get out of bed now, I won’t have time to work out or make breakfast.”

“I’ll give you a workout.” She shimmied out of his embrace, suddenly starved, but not for eggs or toast. She replaced her fingertips with her tongue, running it up and down his shaft, then taking the head into her mouth and giving it a little suck.

“Fuck, that feels good.”

She took him into her mouth, as much as she could, stroking him with her hand, too. His fingers tangled in her hair, massaging her scalp, as little moans of pleasure escaped those delectable lips.

But then he lifted off the bed, pulling her to a kneeling position, placing hot kisses on her lips, her neck, her breasts with an urgency she hadn’t felt before. He spun her around and his hands were immediately all over her, squeezing her tits, rubbing her clit. His tongue was on her neck, his cock pressing into her back. But she so wanted it somewhere else.

Penny broke away from his grasp and leaned forward, palms to the bed. He took the hint real fast, plunging into her, and she released an audible gasp.

“Are you okay?” He pressed a kiss to her spine.

“Yes.” She had to mentally tell herself not to beg him to continue.

Instead she arched her back and began to move against him. He grabbed her hips, thrusting into her, faster and harder.
Holy shit, that’s good.
And when he snaked a hand around her, a single flick at her clit sent a shock of lust through her body. She pushed back on him, his dick sliding in as far as it possibly could. Her hands balled into fists, gripping the sheet as her body vibrated with orgasm.

Theo’s fingers dug into her flesh as he pounded hard and then withdrew, spilling hot semen all over her back. She didn’t even care. It had been one of the most erotic moments of her life.

He slumped over her and together they slid to the mattress. As his breathing slowed, he placed soft kisses across her neck, his fingers caressing along her ribs and hip. “I’m sorry about that. I got in and just couldn’t control myself.”

She giggled. “Don’t be. That was awesome.”

He looked into her eyes and she his, gray with little flecks of brown, then kissed her. Really kissed her.

When he pulled away he pressed his forehead to hers, a goofy grin across his face. “All mornings should be this fun.”

“Better than hitting the gym, huh?”

“Most definitely.”

But the bliss had to come to an end. They got out of bed and showered together, but no hanky-panky. She wouldn’t lie. Seeing that fine bod, suds running down, it was damn arousing. And it was so hard to turn off the water and get out, go about her day. But she knew there would be more. Much more. Later. Maybe even forever.

They walked outside to their cars and Theo gave her a kiss that would surely leave her lips tingling for hours. She headed toward downtown as he drove in the opposite direction. Penny still had over an hour and a half until she needed to be at Classy ’n’ Sassy. She wasn’t normally even awake at this hour yet.

After a hearty breakfast and some quality time with Scarlett, she headed to work, walking instead of driving—it was a gorgeous day. Or maybe she was seeing the world through rose-tinted glasses, thanks to her morning. Either way, she was happy.

Her phone rang as she turned the corner. “Hey, Mom. How are you?”

“Hello, dear. I just wanted to let you know there’s a slight chance Jack will be at your father’s birthday dinner tonight.”

This was a family event, why would he be invited? “Why?”

“Well, apparently your father invited Mitch and he was under the impression that the entire Woodley family was invited.”

“Seriously? But his son fuuu—” Penny caught herself before the expletive tumbled out of her mouth. “He, uh, had an affair while married to me. Why would he think our family would want him at the party?”

Her mother sighed. “I guess he asked your father if they could put it in the past and forget about it and he said yes.”

“Are you kidding me?”

“Unfortunately, no. You have to understand—your father and Mitch have been friends for fifty years. You can’t expect them to throw that away because his son made a few mistakes.”

Penny couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Luckily she was almost to the shop. “I have to go.”

“You’re still coming tonight, right?”

“Of course.” She refused to miss her father’s birthday celebration because her ex asshole might be there. And besides, she had Theo. “And I forgot to tell you. I’m bringing a guest. That is okay, isn’t it?”

“I didn’t realize you were dating someone.”

“I am. And he’s really wonderful.”

“Who is he? Where did you meet him?”

“His name is Theodore.” She couldn’t tell her she met him at a bar. A bar where he worked as a bouncer. Where she was now also a waitress. She’d just leave all of that out. “Bryn and Mia introduced us.” Not a lie.

“That’s lovely. Is he from Newford? What does he do?”

“Kenville. I really have to go, Mom. I’m at work, I’ll see you tonight, okay?”

“See you then. I can’t wait to meet him.”

She hung up and shoved the phone back into her purse, feeling kind of guilty. Why hadn’t she told her mom what he did for a living? She certainly wasn’t ashamed. Teaching was a very noble profession. She admired what he did for those kids, on the field and off. He was a wonderful role model. And now she felt stupid for not telling her mom exactly that.

But she knew how her parents’ social circle was. Penny grew up with money. Her parents were well off, but they weren’t snobby. Many of their friends could be though.

She pulled her phone back out and sent Theo a quick text.

You didn’t forget about tonight, did you? I kind of forgot what day it was. We’ve been so busy and all ; )

Putting her phone into her bag, she hurried into the shop to start her day of work, and hopefully get over the guilt she felt for not answering her mom’s questions. But she’d be sure to answer them later. The whole truth. She wasn’t ashamed of Theo, and that was the best way to show that.

THOR GRABBED
his buzzing phone, sitting a few inches away from him on the desk. A text from Penny. A smile blossomed across his face, and his brain flashed him the vision of her naked on his bed. But then he read her message and his gut sank. Shit. He’d forgotten all about the dinner.

He didn’t know much about Penny’s parents, but he knew they had money—lots of it. She seemed to adore them and they sounded like decent people, aside from the fact that they’d pretty much pushed her into marrying a friend of the family.

But he always felt awkward around rich people. Like they were judging him. His job, his clothes, his house. Like none of it was good enough.

The bell rang, ending second period, and he headed to the gym to welcome his third-period class, almost running right into Coach Ben. “Hey, man. Sorry about that.”

“No problem.” Ben continued past.

“Hey, wait. Are you still planning on taking over for me tonight at practice?”

“Yeah, of course. Looking forward to it.”

“Oh. Good.” A small part of him had hoped Ben would say no so Thor had to stay at school and not go to the dinner. “Thanks.”

But that was wrong. He liked Penny. A lot. This thing was quickly turning into something big. If he wanted her in his life he needed to man up.

THE FIRST
half of Penny’s workday went smoothly. It was just her, but then Chanel came in at noon, followed by Mia and Bryn at two.

“Staff meeting!” Bryn sang and gathered everyone near the front counter. “The party is coming up fast. How are we on promo?”

“I’m on top of it,” Penny said. “I emailed and snail mailed the press release to all the usuals last week, and this afternoon I’m going to submit the event to local online newspapers and community billboards. I’m going to work some more on the social media stuff, too.”

“Great!” She reached into a box and handed out some of the new products they’d recently gotten in. “I tested these last week, and oh my, our customers are in for a treat.”

Mia held up what appeared to be some kind of miniature torture device. “You even tried these?”

“Oh yes,” Bryn purred. “They were my favorite of the bunch.”

Mia shook her head. “I’m all for nipple stimulation. Oliver is quite skilled. But this? I don’t understand the desire to attach clamps to them.”

“You’d understand if you tried them.” Bryn continued, outlining the pros and cons of the nipple clamps, her opinion on the new line of flavored lubricant, and the two-thumbs-up review from Eli on the vibrating cock ring. “So make sure you pass along that info to the customers. And at least try to make it sound like you tried them out yourself. It helps sell more product.”

“Sounds like a plan,” Mia said.

Bryn turned to Penny. “And speaking of great sex, have you gotten any from Thor yet?”

Finally, Penny had something to brag about. So many times she’d listened to Bryn’s detailed stories and Mia’s vague ones, but now finally she could contribute her own. But did she really want Chanel knowing the details of her private life?

“Actually, yes,” she replied, and started unloading the box of new sex gadgets.

“And?”

Penny felt like she was going to burst, spilling every second of erotic bliss. Instead she gave a simple, “It was good.”

“That’s it?”

“Sorry. No kiss-and-tell today. I want to keep it between me and Theo.”

“I can’t believe you’re holding out on us! Can you at least tell us if the rumors are true?”

Penny tried to stop the goofy smile, but it was pointless. “Oh yes.”

“I knew it! Congratulations!” Bryn gave Penny a side hug. “This is cause for celebration. We can toast to your sexy success when we go to Not Your Mama’s Art Studio.”

“What’s that?’ Mia asked.

“It’s this cool place where you bring your own wine or whatever alcohol you want and they teach you step by step how to paint a pretty picture. You do it in like two hours and take it home with you.”

“Really? I’m bad at that stuff. Do I have to go?”

“Yes, stick-in-the-mud Mia. It’ll be fun. And if my mother can do it, anyone can.”

“My sorority sisters did it last month. It’s really awesome,” Chanel added.

“I’m in!” Penny said. “Sounds fun.”

The door chime sounded behind them, but instead of a woman in need of lingerie, a sexy guy strolled toward them.

“Good afternoon, ladies,” Theo said.

“Hi,” Bryn, Mia, and Chanel said in unison.

“What’s goin’ on?” His question was suspicious.

“Nothing,” Penny said, and stepped around the counter to give him a hug.

“Oh, it’s a whole lot more than nothing,” Bryn said, and Penny shot her with a pointed look, trying not to laugh. She wasn’t sure how Theo would feel about her discussing his penis with her girlfriends, regardless of how vague she’d been. “What are you doing here so early?”

“I’m done for the day and Ben’s covering my practices, so I’m all yours.”

She certainly liked the sound of that. “I’m not quite finished here. Can you give me an hour?”

“Sure.” He pecked her cheek, a simple action that sparked her desire. “I’ll meet you at your place.”

“Sounds good.” Penny turned as Theo walked out and an idea formulated in her brain. “I’m going to my office to get on the social media stuff.” She walked away, trying not to rush, and pulled out her cell. She typed a quick text to Theo.

Don’t leave. Meet me at the back door of the shop. ASAP

Her phone dinged a second later.

Penny kept an eye on the hallway, praying none of her fellow Classy ’n’ Sassy ladies saw her. Theo appeared at the door and she tugged him by his orange and black Kenville Knights polo into her office, which luckily was right near the employee entrance. She gently closed the door and pinned him to it, the only wall space in the tiny room not covered by a filing cabinet or bookshelf. She stood on tiptoes and reached up to pull him the rest of the way to her, until their lips met.

“What are you doing?” he asked between kisses as his hands snaked around her body and grabbed hold of her ass.

“I need you. Right now.”

“But what about the girls?”

“They’re far enough away.” She untucked his shirt and rubbed her hands up and down his abs and chest, then lower, undoing the belt looped through his gray dress pants. “I can’t wait until later.”

“Are you sure?” he asked as she sank to her knees. “I don’t want you to get in trou—” His speech hitched as she took his cock into her mouth. “—ble.”

The position was a tad awkward, considering his pelvic area was a bit higher than her head, but she loved the look on his face when she gazed up at him. Pure enjoyment.

But he didn’t let her do it for long. He tugged her to her feet, then lifted her up. Her legs instinctively wrapped around him, the hem of her skirt up around her waist, as he set her on the edge of her tiny desk and pushed aside her wet panties. He slid right in, her body so ready for him, and began the heavenly process of drawing his cock out and plunging it back in.
