“Why have you been with me for so long?” Kenzie asks angrily.

“Oh please, don’t act like your innocent in all of this.  You knew way back when that he had a thing for Haley, but you couldn’t let that happen, so you asked him out, he surprisingly said yes.  You wanted him because he wanted her.  I’m surprised you two have made it last for so long,” Liam says calling them both out.

“Wait what?” I ask confused.

“There’s a plan Haley, they always had a plan,” Liam says sounding more pissed off.

“What plan?  What are you talking about?”

“Kenzie isn’t innocent.  They may love each other in a sick twisted way, but I know he’s been trying to talk to you, she’s been doing the same thing to me.”

“What?” I yell, not believing what I’m hearing.

“Please, don’t act all innocent.  You knew I liked Liam way back when, we both did.  I told you he would never date you that he’d pick me.  I just couldn’t believe it when you said you guys were sleeping together at college.  I figured if he’s willing to sleep with you, then I’m good to go.  I never thought you would be so in love with him though,” Kenzie says bitterly.

“So you’ve been trying to sleep with him?”

“For the past year, yes she has,” Liam answers.

“Why didn’t you tell me?” I ask, feeling hurt and betrayed by everyone.

“There was no point in causing issues between you guys.”

“Did you sleep with her?” I ask as I take a step back.

“No I didn’t,” Liam says as he takes a step towards me.

“So let me get this right, Kenzie, you wanted Brody because you were jealous of how close
he and I were when we were kids; so you asked him out, during the time I actually had a small crush on him, but you two started dating.  But in the meantime, when I start sleeping with Liam, you decide you want him then too?  Which is also the time when Brody realizes he still wants me?  Do I have this right?”

Something like that,” Kenzie says.

“I’ve always wanted you,” Brody states.

“This is so sick and twisted.  What the hell is wrong with the two of you?” I yell, as I feel my eyes fill up with tears.  “I trusted you both.  You’re my fucking sister, how could you do that to me?”

“Because you had something I wanted,” she answers without an ounce of compassion.

“This isn’t a game, this is my life,” I yell as the first tear falls.

“Babe, let’s go,” Liam says as he holds his hand out for me.

“And you, how could you not tell me what she was doing?” I ask through tears to Liam.

“I’m sorry, I should have told you,” he says apologetically.

“Yes, you should have.  What else aren’t you telling me?” I yell through the tears.

“Nothing, you know everything else.”

“Yeah right,” I say as I continue to back up towards the street.

Hails, let’s go inside where we can talk in private,” Liam states.

“No, I want away from all of yo
u right now.  Leave me alone,” I yell as I run across the street to my house.  I run inside knowing one or all of them are going to be following me in, I grab the car keys and head out the garage door, needing to get away from them all.

“Baby
, talk to me please,” Liam pleads as I jump into the car and lock the doors.  “Haley let me in,” he yells.  I wait for the garage door to finally open before hitting reverse and fly out of the garage.  I don’t even bother waiting for the door to shut, as I race out of there.  I need space. I need to figure shit out on my own.

The tears continue to fall as I make the drive to my secret spot at the beach.  It’s April
, so the weather isn’t too bad.  I park, grab a blanket out of the trunk and head towards the beach.  After the tears finally subside, I try to figure out how the best day of my life just turned into the worst.

How does Kenzie, my twin sister, do that to me
?  She wanted to date Brody because he liked me, but why?  Why did he say yes?  Why did they stay together for so many years?  Why didn’t Liam tell me about Kenzie trying to sleep with him for over a year?  Why am I so stupid?

I didn’t bother to grab my phone, purse, anything
, so all I have on me is what’s in the car and on me.  A few hours to myself sounds good right now.   I sit the blanket down and take my seat by the pier watching the waves crash one after another.

I end up sitting at the beach for a good four hours before deciding to head home.  I have no idea what I’m going to do.  I want to punch Kenzie, slap Liam, and kick Brody.  Right now
, I just want to not have to think about what they have done to my life.  I need to talk to Quinn.

Pulling into the driveway
, I notice all the lights are off in the house except for one, which means someone’s waiting up.  I’m really not in the mood to have to tell my parents what happened, but I’ll deal with it I guess.  Walking into the house, I never expect to see Liam sitting in the chair.

“What are you doing here?” I ask as I walk into the house.  He rushes over to
me and hugs me, “Damn it Hails, I was fucking worried.”

“I told you I needed space,” I say as I pull away from him.  I’m happy
, yet irritated with him.

“You took your space
, you’ve been gone for hours.  I think we need to talk,” he says all serious.

“You’re right, we do,” I say as I lead us into the living room.

“Baby, I’m so sorry for not telling you about Kenzie.  At first I thought she was only joking, but when I realized she was serious, I just ignored her.  I didn’t think about what it would do to you; I honestly tuned her out.  Please do not let those two destroy what you and I have.”

“Is there anything else you aren’t telling me?”

“No, there’s not.  What are you going to do about Brody and Kenzie?”

“Nothing.  Those two deserve each other.”

“You’re right on that.  Are we okay?” he asks softly.

“We’re okay, but if something like that happens again you better tell me,” I scold.

“Absolutely babe,” he says with a sexy smirk, “Can we go to bed now, I’m exhausted?”

“Yes, let’s go,” I say as I lead him towards my bedroom.

“Sex tomorrow, definitely tomorrow, I don’t care if it’s in the car, outside, hell anywhere I don’t care, but we are having sex tomorrow,” Liam says as he strips down to his boxer briefs.

“Sounds good to me,” I say as I change into a tank top and shorts before crawling in
bed beside him, “I love you, Liam.”

“I love you t
oo baby,” he says as he kisses the top of my head.  I snuggle into his side and wrap my arm and leg on him as he wraps his arms around me.  I could get used to this.

The next morning is anything, but normal.  “Good morning babe,” Liam says as he stretches.

“Morning.”

“So what
are your thoughts on Brody and Kenzie?”

“I’m mad, beyond pissed actually.  How could she do that to me?” I ask, looking to Liam for answers.

“Babe, the only thing I can come up with is that she’s jealous of you.”

“Why?  She was the outgoing on
e, the center of attention, not me.”

“I don’t know,” he states.

“I can’t go and act like everything’s fine, because it’s not.”

“You’re right it’s not.  We need to head back to school though, so do you want to leave this morning and just ignore them, or talk to them first?”

“Ignoring them sounds good right now.  Let’s get ready to go,” I say as I hop out of bed.

“Can you be ready in a half an hour?”

“Sure can.  I’m going to jump in the shower now, wanna join?” I ask with a devious look.

“You naughty, naughty, girl,” Liam says as he saunters towards me, “Don’t start something you can’t finish,” he says as he leans down and meshes his lips with mine.

“I’m thinking a shower sounds really good right now.  Are you sure you don’t want to join me?” I ask, as I push my shorts down slowly making my way towards my bathroom.

“You’re about to get it.”

“You can help make sure I’m clean everywhere,” I say as I pull the tank top over my head, leaving me in only my panties.

“Christ,” he shrieks, “We are going to get caught, you know that right?” Liam says as he picks up me and walks toward the bathroom.

“No, we won’t.  Why would we?”

“Because sweetheart, you aren’t quiet.”

“And whose fault is that?” I ask with a serious look.

“That would be yours,” he says laughing.
He sets me down and reaches into the shower to turn on the water.  I shed the last of my clothes, walking up behind him, pushing his boxer briefs down to the floor. “Did you lock the door?”

“Sure did,” I say as I rub my hands up and down his amazing chest.  He pulls the door back for me to enter the shower first
, with him following right behind. “I love you.”

“I love you too
, Hails,” he says as he backs us up until we are directly under the sprayer.  “Now I get to wash you,” he says with a sexy smirk.

“Wash away,” I say excitedly.  He grabs the shampoo and lathers it into my hair before repeating the process with the conditioner.  As he’s washing out my hair
, I grab the loofah and soap to create a thick lather before deciding to wash him too.

It doesn’t take long for us to get soap everywhere, making sure to wash each other thoroughly.  Before I know it
, Liam hoists me up, so I wrap my legs around him quickly, feeling his erection right at my core.

“Shit” he curses.

“What’s wrong?”

“I didn’t bring a condom in here.”

“Just pull out,” I say like it’s the smartest idea in the world.

“You know that doesn’t always work
, right?”

“Do you want to hop out and go grab a condom because I’m not,” I say as I grip tighter around his neck, not wanting him to go anywhere either.

“Fine, I’ll pull out,” he says as he lifts me, so he can position himself at my entrance before slowly sliding in.

“Oh God Yes!” I moan as I
feel every blissful inch of him.

We start working where I’m able to use his shoulders for leverage to bounce up and down on him as he grips my hips tighter.  “Kiss me woman,” he grits out before a loud moan consumes me.  Liam’s able to
muffle my sounds with his mouth and damn, I’m thankful for that.  It doesn’t take long for Liam to push me over the edge with him following close behind.

“You did say you were going to fuck me today,” I say with a laugh.

“Yes I did,” he says as he leans in and kisses me again.  Now, we can finish getting ready and leave,” he says as he places me back down onto the tub floor. We finish rinsing the few soapsuds still on us before we climb out and dry off.

“I wasn’t loud,” I state as I walk into my bedroom.

“That’s because I took your mouth over,” he says as he throws his clothes back on.

“Nonsense.  I can be quiet when I need to.”

“Do you want to bet?” he asks with a serious look.

“Yes,” I say holding my ground.

“Remember that pretty girl, that’s a bet you’re going to lose.  Now get dressed and I’ll be back in 30 minutes,” he says as he smacks my butt causing me to yelp and him to laugh. “Thirty minutes babe.”

“Yes, yes I hear you, now go,” I say as I head into my closet
to get dressed and grab my bag to pack.

Twenty-five minutes later and I’m packed and ready to go.  I grab my things and head
downstairs to say goodbye to Mom and Dad.

I don’t even make it to the stairs when Kenzie says, “We need to talk.”

“Not right now we don’t,” I say as I continue down the stairs.

“You can’t just ignore me.”

“Sure I can.”

“What’s going on?” mom asks.

“Nothing, Liam and I are heading back to school,” I tell her.

“I love you sweetie, call us when you get there,” she says as she gives me a hug.

“Yes, call us,” Dad says as he gives me a hug after Mom.

“I will.  Love you both,” I say as I make my way towards the front door.

Liam has the trunk open and is loading it when I walk across the street. “I’m ready and I’m early,” I say with a smile.

“I see that,” he says as he takes my bag and puts it in the trunk.

“I need to talk to you,” Brody says out of nowhere.

“No you don’t,” I say as I walk towards the passenger side door.

“Please Haley, listen to me,” he pleads.

“Not right now. I don’t want to hear anythi
ng you or Kenzie have to say,” I state as I open the door and slide in shutting the door in his face.  I hear Liam say something to him, but I can’t make out their conversation.  I look across the street and see Kenzie on the porch looking distraught, but that’s her problem.  She did this, not me.
