I think your grandda knows. He…he has a
special feeling for Tony. Garth too. It could be that they’re around him less
with their own work, but he does love them. I love him too, the old fart.
He laughed with her,
and she looked up when a shadow fell over her face.
Well, I have to go I
guess. Reggie is here and she’s looking like she needs a break. Or she wants to
go home with her babies.

Both, I would imagine. I’m about done here
anyway. The baby is doing fine after her struggle getting here, and both mom
and daughter will be able to come home in a couple of
days.
Baby
girl Donaldson had interrupted a nice game of chase between their cats when
she’d decided that she wanted to come a couple of weeks early. It was the third
baby he’d help bring into the world since the night of the charity event.
Burke
is done with the hospital as of last night, and is going to be coming in all
the time now. I, for one, am glad for it.

As they made their way back to the house,
Rylee realized just how lucky she was. A mate, a friend, and a family. Even a
mother that she loved like her own, with grandparents that she could not get
enough of. And now a business. This was what fairytales were made of, and she
was glad to have gotten hers. Yes, Rylee thought, she was extremely lucky all
the way around.
