Zacariah
Derrick went into a tirade. Trying to wipe the residue off my face and out of my mouth, I watched in horror as he started flipping over things in the room. He picked up the bench in front of our bed like it was made of feathers and threw it across the room.
“You let another man cum inside you,” he stated, throwing a glass vase against the wall. It was filled with flowers he brought me days ago because we celebrated four years together. It shattered, like our relationship, and the flowers flew everywhere. I didn't move. I was too scared to move. I stood and watched him lose his mind. I was still trying to get over him putting his hands between my legs and rubbing the slimy aftermath in my face. He caught me off guard with this one. I never thought he would do anything like this. Coming home dirty ended up being one of the biggest mistakes ever.
“How could you do this to me again?” he screamed.
“I'm sorry, Derrick.”
“You damn right you're sorry. You're a nasty whore. I loved you, and you treat me like a punk. I never cheated on you.”
I couldn't say anything. I believed him. I had never heard anything in all these years about Derrick stepping out on me.
“Awwwwwwhhhhhhhh,” he screamed. “I trusted you, and you do this again!”
“Derrick,” I called out, but he turned to me with so much fury, I jumped back, hoping he was not going to turn his rage on me next.
“I work. I cook. I clean. I come home to you. I buy you gifts. I have provided you with a great life, nice clothes, a nice house, jewelry, and you do this.”
“Baby, we can work through this.”
“You think I'm going to try again with you?” he asked stunned.
“Don't give up on us,” I pleaded.

You
gave up on us. You gave up the first time you cheated, and here you go again with your whoring around. I can't trust you. Hell, I think it's been more than just two times you've been screwing somebody else. This just happened to be the time you got caught.”
I was hoping my face didn't confirm his suspicion. Of course, I had cheated on him more than once. There's been too many times to count. I'm addicted to the hunt. I'm addicted to the feeling I get when a man shows interest in me. I didn't get that coming up. I was the ugly stick-figured girl in school who blossomed into a bodacious hottie. I loved the attention.
“I can't do this anymore, Zacariah. We're done.”
“Derrick, please don't leave me,” I pleaded, really wanting him to stay with me. Even though I loved the attention, I loved his companionship more. He was good to me, and right now I wished I could get help just so I could keep him.
“Too late for all that, you whore. We're done. Now pack your things and get the hell out of my house.”
“You're kicking me out?”
“Do you think I would give you the satisfaction of living here after what you did?” he asked resentfully. “I want you gone.”
“Where am I going to go?”
“I don't care. You can sleep in the streets as far as I'm concerned,” he said taking off his shirt.
“You know I don't have any family here.”
“Then call you girl Essence. She
always
has your back. Let her back your ass up now.”
“But it's after four in the morning. How am I supposed to gather all of my belongings?”
“Maybe you should call that guy you were with and let him rent you a truck. Hell, you don't have much to take anyway. I bought every freaking thing up in here. You're lucky I'm not making you leave with only the clothes on your back.”
“I picked this out,” I said pointing at the mahogany bedroom set.
“And what job did you have to pay for it?”
“Do you remember the first night we spent in it?”
“I don't want to remember. As soon as you leave, I'm going to have it hauled away. I don't want to lie in a bed that a whore slept in.”
I said nothing.
“You're getting exactly what you deserve—nothing. Your name isn't on my mortgage. You have no stake in this place. Get the hell out.”
“If that's what you want,” I said sadly.
I called Essence up to come get me, packed a couple of suitcases, and put them in her car. I couldn't put any of my things in the car I drove because Derrick's name was on that too. A 2009 Lexus IS250, black with tinted windows—gone.

A.M.
, I was getting into Essence's ride and pulling away from what I called home. I messed up. All this time I had been jacking men for their dough and here I was jacking myself with losing the best man that I had ever had in my entire life.
Kea
Who in the hell was knocking at my door like they lost their damn mind? It was too early in the morning for all this. Walking like a zombie awakened from the dead, I scooted across the carpet, turning the lights on as I got closer to the door.
“I'm coming!” I screamed as the knocks persisted with urgency. My heart was still in my stomach. I didn't like to be woken up like this. Either somebody better be hurt really bad or dead. Pulling my robe shut, I peeped through the hole to see Derrick standing there. I clicked the locks and opened the door.
“Is Jaquon here?” he asked, looking like he had lost a battle in war or something.
“What's wrong with you, and why are you over here this time of the morning, Derrick? Your banging has probably wakened the neighbors.”
“Kea, I just need to talk to Jaquon,” he said with nothing but a gray tank top on with black jeans and sneakers. “Is he here?”
“I thought he was with you.”
Jaquon lied to me again, not expecting Derrick to show up at our place, but I was not about to worry about that now. I had to see what was going on with Derrick.
“Dammit,” he said loudly, rubbing the back of his head, pacing back and forth like he had consumed twenty cups of cappuccino.
“Derrick, please come in and talk to me,” I said grabbing him by the arm and pulling him inside before somebody came out to see what was going on.
Shutting the door I asked, “What's got you so rattled ?”
“Kea ... I ... I ...”
He took deep breaths, not able to speak.
“Calm down and tell me what's wrong. Did something happen?”
He nodded yes.
“Is your family okay?”
Another nod.
“Are you hurt?”
He gave me a long glance and his eyes spoke volumes to me. “Does this have to do with Zacariah?”
He walked over to the sliding glass door and peered out into the darkness. The chaise lounge chair was positioned there, and Derrick plopped down on the edge. He lowered his head into the palm of his hands and said nothing. I didn't know whether to leave him alone or try to comfort him, but I decided to continue to talk to him.
“What did she do, Derrick?” I asked walking over to him.
He looked up at me. His eyes were red, but I couldn't figure out if it was from him crying or the rage consuming him.
“She slept with somebody else tonight.”
“What?” I said sitting down beside him.
“Did she confess?”
He frowned his face and said, “Hell, no!”
“Then how did you find out?”
“I caught her in lie after lie so this time, I did my own examination which concluded another man had ... had ...”
“I get it. You don't have to say it,” I told him not wanting to know the details.
“The whore didn't even bother to take a shower before she came home to me. His cum was still running out of her.”
“Where is she now?”
“I kicked her ass out. She with her girl Essence now.”
I sat there not knowing what to say. I just watched as a man who loved this woman crumbled right in front of me.
“Would you like something to drink? I got some beer or soda. Just tell me anything I can do to help.”
“You're doing it,” he said looking at me. “And I'm sorry I came over here like this. I had to get out of that house. Every time I turned around, I saw her. I smelled her perfume on our sheets and envisioned her lying in the bed waiting for me. I ran to the bathroom and tried to wash the stench of her away. I tried to cleanse the memory of her away, but she was everywhere I turned. She even chose the paint color on the walls. She helped me pick out the furniture. She ... She helped my home become what it is, and I ...”
He then stood up rubbing the crinkles in his jeans.
“I'm going to go now. I've disturbed you long enough,” he said abruptly.
“Derrick, you don't have to go.”
“I should have called before I came over,” he said, moving toward the door.
Grabbing his forearm gently I said, “It's okay. You can stay.” I placed my hand on his chest to stop him from leaving.
As soon as I touched him, I could feel the ripples beneath his shirt. My thoughts quickly imagined for a second how he would feel next to me. The tank top had his body looking desirable. I hadn't looked at Derrick like this before, but I was up, close, and personal, and I saw that the brother was fine as hell. I always thought he was cute, but now, sex exuded from him.
Standing over me, he walked backward, releasing the connection my hand had on him.
“Let me fix us something to drink, okay? I don't want you driving in your condition. And I know that sounds crazy with me offering you alcohol, so I'll fix you some punch or something.”
“You don't have to—”
“It's my turn to be there for you, Derrick. Please let me,” I said softly.
“Thank you, Kea.”
“For what?” I asked.
“For this,” he said just before grabbing my face and kissing me deeply.
Derrick's anger erupted into a passion I was more than willing to receive from him. Sexual currents shot through me as his intensity inundated me. Coming up for air, we both looked at each other as our lips disconnected.
“I'm sorry,” he said. “I didn't mean to—”
“You didn't mean to do this?” I said kissing him again. I began tugging at his belt buckle. I pulled him in my direction as I walked backward until we were standing in my bedroom.
“Kea, this isn't right.”
I shushed him with my finger against his soft lips. Then I sat on the bed with him still standing in front of me. I unhooked the belt buckle, eager to see the muscle that was going to bring my body intense satisfaction. His Johnson nearly smacked me in the face when it became free. The rage had transported to his dick, and its target was aimed at me.
Jaquon was the only guy I had ever given oral to, but something about Derrick made me drop my guard fully and let the freak within me come to surface. I engulfed him with my mouth and watched the muscles in his rippled stomach heave in and out as I sucked him to maximum growth.
“This isn't right,” he struggled to say as his hands gripped my hair sending me another message. I worked him until I couldn't anymore. Standing, I kissed him again, and that's when Derrick laid me back on the bed.
He ripped the robe off of me and tore my panties off. He dove into me, giving me the best tongue-lashing I had ever experienced. Derrick didn't have a problem returning the favor as a craving mixed with ferociousness united into a sexual synchronization that sent my body into numerous eruptions.
Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a condom, ripping it open with his teeth. He put it on with one swift move. When Derrick entered me, my back arched from the impression his manhood made within my walls. Another stroke sent shockwaves through me as I felt him hit areas within me that made me twinge in pain. I thought Jaquon was gifted, but Derrick was running in first place over him right now. Once his momentum was established and my body adjusted to his immensity, our bodies became one in motion. He lay on top of me and kissed my breasts, paying attention to each of my nipples. I caressed his back, pulling him into me.
In the back of my mind I knew this was wrong, but I didn't care because it felt so right. Jaquon wasn't here. His best friend was, so I wanted to give him what Jaquon had been neglecting. I did hope Jaquon wouldn't come home while we were in the throes of heated passion. Even though he had hurt me so many times in the past, I didn't want to crush him by having him see me sexing his best friend.
Essence
If Zacariah thought I was going to sit up under her and watch her mope about losing Derrick, she had another thing coming. I still had a life and just because she was staying here didn't mean my life was going to stop and revolve around her. I decided to still keep my date with Jaquon. I really wasn't in the mood to play friend to her tonight since she brought the entire situation on herself.
For some reason, I couldn't keep my mind off of Jaquon. There was something about him, and I couldn't put my finger on it. Was it his smile, his body, or his conversation? I didn't know. Or maybe it was the way this man worked me over. No man had ever rocked my body the way he did, and I guess my body was having withdrawals from wanting more of him.
I knew I didn't have his number, but what I had was his name. And I knew he worked for the electric company, so I took a chance and called his job. Sure enough, I found him. A message had to be taken since he was out in the field, but I hoped he would call me back. He did, and I was like a young girl happy a guy she had a crush on called.
“I hear you called me,” he said arrogantly.
“So, you remembered me.”
“Of course, I do. I can't eat at a table now without thinking about you.”
Me too,
I thought smiling at his smooth words.
“You're funny.”
“Nawh, I'm just being serious. So what's up with you? Are you calling me because you want to get together again?”
“Wow. You don't waste time, do you?”
“Not when it comes to something I'm interested in.”
“So, you interested in me?” I questioned.
“I'll tell you like this. Why don't I come over to your place later and we can grab something to eat. Do you like seafood?”
“I love seafood.”
“So it's a date.”
“See you at seven.”
Dinner was the last thing on our minds as Jaquon took a detour to a secluded spot in the woods. Without hesitation, we both threw ourselves at each other. Deep kisses led to clothes being torn off, and the next thing I knew, my body was going into conniptions as Jaquon rode it like waves crashing into the surface. Nature was our music as the crickets chirped loudly, and I could have sworn I heard Luther serenading in the background. The cool air gently touched our hot bodies as we stood buck naked in the deserted area with nothing but darkness surrounding us. The only light we had was from the moon trickling down like sparkles highlighting our pleasure.
The brake lights on his ride were the only thing on as I envisioned it to be like candles lit for this romantic session. This must have been a spot he was familiar with because I didn't know it existed. I wasn't trying to have sex in the woods, outside, leaning against a car, but this was an exhilarating experience for me.
Bending me over, the palms of my sweaty hands held on to the hood of the car as he grinded into me. Each stroke drove him deeper. His pound was a force to be reckoned with. I hoped my spine wouldn't shatter with the strength of him pulverizing my essential womanhood.
Eagerness wouldn't allow me to take off my G-string as Jaquon pulled it to the side and slid his manhood in and out. He started entering me in the right orifice, massaging my exit which only sent shivers up my back. Little did I know he was trying to get me ready for what he wanted to do to me. He kept playing around that area, which turned me on, but at the same time, I was scared his next stroke was going to miss my essential and enter my exit, ripping me beyond repair. My heart pounded with the anticipation of what I knew was coming. Fear and excitement bombarded me simultaneously. I kept thinking this man was so good that I was willing to do whatever he wanted, but I would regret it later.
Entering me with the ease of a python slithering into a hole in the ground, Jaquon entered my anal area. At first, I wanted to push him off me and scream out in pain, but once he kept going, the pain eased up a bit as he went back and forth slowly and pleasure entered.
“Do you want this, baby?” he asked.
“Yes,” I said softly.
“Tell me you want this,” he demanded.
“I want this, Jaquon. I want this so bad. Baby, give it to me.”
I loved when a man talked to me when he was handling his business, and Jaquon was a talker.
“You feel so good, baby.”
“I want to savor this sweetness, baby.”
“Throw it back to me, baby.”
Each word sent me closer to reaching my zenith. The closer I got, the more I became light-headed. The more I moaned, the more he gave me what I asked for.
“I'm cumin', baby,” I said to him as his speed increased. “I'm cumin',” I yelled. My climax was too much for me to handle and I ... I ... I ...
