Hayden, who always made her feel like she was more than she could believe of herself, and respected the independence that ran through her veins. And the fiercely overprotective Jake, who lived and breathed her essence when they were together. Fat, hot tears skated over her cheeks as she lifted her face to the sky.

Hayden gently took her face between his hands, smiled and kissed the tears upon her chin.

"Are we hurting you? We can stop if you want us to."

"Not hurt," Baylor forced out, as waves of bubbling ecstasy rolled through her body. "Complete. Full. Happy."

"I am so hard for you right now, baby," Hayden said, clasping one hand over hers, pulling it to touch the base of his pumping manhood. "I want you to feel me."

She lifted her free arm to embrace his head and bury her face in his neck. She inhaled his scent—a combination of the bright freshness of the fragrant desert breeze mixed and lingered with the lilting remnants of verbena and sage-scented soap.

Behind her, Jake rocked her, his hands on her breasts, gliding his palms over her nipples and awakening her to a new level of pleasure. Then his hands fell to her belly and thighs, sliding between her legs.

Sensations flitted through her body, driven by the scent and heat of her lovers. She arched and moaned, opening her mouth on Hayden's throat and engulfing the taste of his velvety skin against her tongue. She again lowered her hand to her clit and grasped it between her index finger and thumb, groaning as Hayden thrust himself roughly against her hand and pussy.

She gritted her teeth, on the brink of her climax, and whispered their names. The guttural, primal sounds were all she could offer to tell them what she needed.

Jake kissed the side of her neck as Hayden filled her mouth with his tongue. He lifted her breasts and pressed them together while Jake placed his hands over hers, entwining his fingers with her own.

Her thighs were tightly sandwiched between their bodies, both cocks stroking in a synced rhythm, their thrusting matching one another and bringing exquisite pleasure to Baylor's heart, mind, body and soul. The rhythms escalated, back and forth within her, pushing her to the edge of a dome of inexpressible joy. Her head fell back, her muscles clenching in time with the crackling electrical bolts that caused her limbs to shiver as she was pushed beyond any physical boundary she had erected for herself over the years.

Hayden's mouth devoured her throat, her breastbone, and the pebbly tips of her nipples. His lips swallowed her cries as she clasped her arms and legs around him, clinging, as Jake continued to match his brother's lunges inch for inch. Seconds later, both men released a loud groan as their bodies stiffened around her, spending their seed into her depths.

Chapter Eleven

"Come, sit," Jake said after they arrived home. The quietness of his voice urged Baylor to obey without question, and she followed him and Hayden into his living room. She sat upon the couch, where he put his arm around her and drew her next to him. His warm breath tickled her hair. "Talk to us."

"About what?" she asked.

"We want to know how you're feeling."

"I'm not sure," she said, her voice cracking a little. She took a sip of water and cleared her throat. "I kind of feel like I cheated on both of you with each other. It was both wonderful and frightening. The intensity…"

Both men smiled at her response and then looked at one another.

"We felt the same way," Hayden said, tracing his finger along her thigh.

"You know that we've never made love as a threesome before," Jake added, squeezing her hand. "I found it intense, exciting, and a little bit intimidating."

"Intimidating?"

"Yeah." Hayden shrugged. "We are both obviously built a little differently and, well, neither of us knew to what extent. I, for one, was afraid you wouldn't find me thick enough."

"Or me long enough. It's a guy thing," Jake said. "Not to mention, the feeling of being inside you and knowing that my brother's dick was adding to the sensation was a little weird for me."

"Me, too. Although," Hayden said and shrugged, "it is something I could learn to enjoy. As long as he keeps his hands to himself."

Jake shook his head. "Trust me, bro, I'm not touching any part of you, especially your junk."

Baylor giggled, holding their hands. "I still like my one on one time, but this is a nice treat now and then."

"We will save it for when you are a good girl, then." Jake smiled as he kissed her cheek.

"I'm always a good girl."

"We'll see." Hayden chuckled, resting his hand on the inside of her thigh.

***

There are times when blanket statements fail to meet the mark. Baylor remembered her words as she paced back and forth in the holding cell of Barstow's security unit. Jake was on duty, and Terry and Matt were off in training—leaving Hayden to receive the phone call.

She'd lost count of the charges that had been blasted at her by the irritated MPs. Among these were trespassing, unauthorized photography on a federal installation, littering, fire without a permit, and destruction of government property. She was up the proverbial creek without a paddle; especially since, just that morning, Hayden had specifically forbidden her to go anywhere around the base boundary lines without an escort.

"Guys, please let me just go. I work for the police department as a photographer and I was just practicing long distance shooting for my job," she pleaded through the bars.

"Where's your ID then?" the military police officer asked, leaning back in his chair and looking at her.

"I left it at home. Jake Paterson is my contact there. You called his brother, Captain Paterson. They are my, um, next door neighbors."

"Your neighbors, huh? Didn't the captain warn you that we take trespassing very seriously on this base?"

"Yes," Baylor sighed, turning her back to lean against the cell bars and look despondently at the off-white walls. "Just this morning, Hayden told me to stay away from this area. But it was the only stretch of land I could find that met the criteria of the shoot. You can look at my photography logbook!"

"So the signs that said 'no trespassing' were obviously meant for everyone else, right?" The man stood and walked to the cell. "I bet you also figured that the photography restriction sign was just there because someone had a bug up his ass, and decided to put it up one lazy afternoon when he had nothing to watch on TV, right?"

"Why are you being such an asshole? You know damn fucking well that I wasn't hurting anyone or anything!"

"Your belligerence is not helping your case, Miss. I suggest you just calm your jets and wait until the captain arrives," the MP said.

"I am not being belligerent! You are being a complete and total son of a b—"

"Baylor!" Hayden scolded, stomping over to the area. "What the hell did you do?"

"Nothing! These fuckers pointed guns at me, cuffed me, and shoved me in this stinky ass cell."

"For no reason? Corporal? What's going on?"

"I'm guessing you're Captain Paterson. It's good to meet you, sir. Well, besides needing a serious attitude adjustment, your little neighbor lady friend here decided to ignore the barrier signs. She bypassed three warnings."

"Three?
Three
? You could have been shot! Three!" Hayden threw his hands into the air. "Didn't you see that sign? What part of the words 'deadly force' did you miss?"

"Everybody says trespassers will be shot. Doesn't mean they will be." Baylor shrugged.

"What other charges are there?" Hayden asked, snatching the paper from the MP. "Littering? Fire without a permit?"

"Yes, sir. She was having a nice little weenie roast in the red zone, and left all her trash behind." The man smirked.

"You didn't give me time to pick it up!" Baylor protested hotly.

"You were having a picnic? In a red zone? My God, Baylor, didn't I specifically tell you to stay away from those areas unless you had an escort with an ID? Didn't I?"

"You might have mentioned it," she answered back.

"Might have mentioned it? I told you about this very thing just this morning! Ooh," Hayden signaled to open the door, "you are in a shit load of trouble when we get home, young lady. A shit load!"

"You guys dating?" the MP asked, obviously amused.

"You could say that. We have a very unique relationship. One that requires blistering her ass when she does something stupid."

"No wonder she was begging to be let go. No disrespect, Captain, but if you're gonna date a civilian, she needs to learn the rules."

"Agreed. She and I are going to have a very long and serious talk when we get home. My brother is a CHP, and I'm certain he will have plenty to say about her behavior as well," Hayden said.

Baylor winced, her movement catching the MP's eye. He cleared his throat. "Sir, if you don't mind, I would like to extend professional courtesy to you and your brother. There is no need to press the charges beyond this station."

"Those charges are bogus anyway," Baylor smarted back.

"Really, Baylor? Aren't you in enough trouble? Starting right now, if I hear another sound out of you, I swear I will tan your bottom in front of this man. Got it?" Hayden reprimanded.

She felt her face flush with embarrassment and nodded. Hayden shook the man's hand with thanks, gathered Baylor's confiscated equipment, purse and her car keys, then led her firmly by the hand to the parking lot.

"Hayden, I—"

"I already told you that I didn't want to hear a peep from you. I need to calm myself down before I get you home, and being a smartass is not going to help your backside any. We'll pick up your car later. You are officially grounded for the next two weeks."

"What? I am an adult, and I have a job—"

"An adult would know how to follow clearly spoken instructions and obey warnings around a government installation. You have lost all your adult privileges for this duration, young lady. You can drive to work and home. Nothing else. And when Jake hears about this," he opened the car door for her to enter, "your ass will be toast. I'd better not hear any complaints out of you, either."

Baylor bit her lip. Hayden was always the light-hearted, good natured Paterson boy who rarely 'took a tone' with her, let alone gave her the 'Mr. Serious' face. She quickly decided that she didn't like this side of him. "I'm sorry," she whispered.

"Buckle your seatbelt. Yes, you will be sorry by the time I'm done with you," he lectured, pulling out of the lot and on to the main road on base. "This little game of yours called me out of an important meeting with my CO. I had to explain to him that my girlfriend was in the brig—and why. Once he'd finished laughing at me, he wished me luck. Do you know how humiliating that is?"

"No, sir," she whispered.

Hayden continued. "Base gossip is the worst on the planet, especially on an installation this small. There is no doubt that this news will travel like wildfire. What the hell possessed you to ignore the signs? No, don't answer me. I already know. Baylor wanted what Baylor wanted, so she went and did it despite what she'd been told. Do you think I told you to stay away from those areas because I had nothing else to do?"

"No, sir." Baylor began to sink down in her seat. She fumbled around in her purse and stuck a piece of gum in her mouth.

"No, sir," he repeated. "We both know that the only reason you are saying that is because you're going to get roasted as soon as we get home. If Jake was here, he would be pulling this car off the road and taking his belt to you. Baylor Anne, you could have been shot and killed! The only thing that saved you was the fact that security could see you were a girl."

She could not hunker down any further in her seat without sliding to the floor of the car. A single tear rolled down her dusty face as she stared at her hands, absently popping a bubble. Her heart was pounding. Was he angry enough to get rid of her?

Hayden paused for a moment to let his words sink in. "I love you, Bay. I love you more than I can fathom. You could have been
killed
," he emphasized, his voice catching in his throat.

Baylor looked over at him, shocked to see the wetness on his own cheeks. Suddenly, the seriousness of the situation dawned on her.

"I'm sorry," she said, touching his arm. "Please don't give up on me."

"Give up on you? Baby girl, I would not be here wasting my breath if I planned on giving up on you. I do warn you, though. You have a
very
unhappy daddy right now. And spit out that gum."

She almost felt relieved when she heard him switch into age-play mode. She still was not experienced with being subjected to punishments, but she was certain that the discipline Daddy would distribute to his little girl would be far less severe than one given to her 'adult' side.

"I know. I really am sorry, Daddy. I really am."

"Why did you disregard my orders and the barriers?" Hayden asked, clearly trying to calm himself.

"I want to do my best for the new job and practice. There was no one around when I drove by the area, and since the building I was photographing was a good mile away, I didn't think I was hurting anything. I knew I'd be a while with practicing different angled shots—you know, the kind the cops would need when investigating a sniper shooting. I got hungry and took a break. I wasn't cooking anything, though. I wanted to practice making a fire pit like you taught me. I didn't realize that it would be a signal to my location."

"There's a reason why fire permits are needed here—it's because the desert and all that scrub can go up in flames from just the tiniest spark. Did you even bother to notice that you were also walking on proving grounds?"

"I saw the sign. Just didn't know what it was," Baylor said quietly, focusing her effort on not squirming.

"Of course you saw the sign. Let's see—oh, there's one!" He pointed to the fence and slowed the car to read it out loud. "Hmm, 'U.S. Government Property. No Trespassing. Unexploded Ammo. Use of Deadly Force Authorized.' Damn it, Baylor. Proving grounds
are where weapons or other military technology and tactics are experimented and tested… and some of them still have undetonated bombs buried under the sand. That building you were taking pictures of contains highly classified information and is under 24/7 surveillance. There are cameras everywhere. All those poles you passed—every sign you ignored—has a constant eye on the area. There's even a satellite that keeps watch!"

"I won't do it again. I promise."

Hayden grunted and pulled back onto the road, saying nothing more until they arrived home. He parked in the driveway and turned to her. "March your backside into the office and put your nose into the 'bad girl' corner. I want those shorts and panties off and your hands on your head. You and I are going to have a very long afternoon, young lady."

Baylor's lip quivered as she looked at him. "Daddy, please believe me. I won't ever do it again. I promise!"

"Mind me, Baylor," he said softly, staring over the dashboard with his fingers still gripping the wheel.

With a sad sigh, she exited the vehicle and dragged her feet towards the front door. She used her own key to enter, kicked off her shoes, and trudged to the room located next to the garage. Grimacing, she removed her shorts and underwear, wondering what condition her bottom was going to be in once he was through with her.

She had not yet experienced the strict side of Hayden and, frankly, did not want to. She suspected that his personality and preference in his role as disciplinarian might be like his love making; completely opposite from his regular, happy and laid-back demeanor—and she dreaded what was to come.

With her hands on her head and her nose to the wall, she recalled Matt's words;

"Each of these guys has preferences. Terry's is the spoon, Jake's is the belt, I'm into paddles, and Hayden here—he loves the cane."
