I’ve always wanted a house on the water and now Gigi and I are building one. And I’m going to have an art studio so I can get back to painting. I learned a lot writing this book and I think I have a children’s book and a screenplay in me too. And I would still love to act. I’ve had and have a wonderful life.

So now I’m going to reap the fruits of all my labors. Go fishing, do some sketching, maybe just watch the river flow behind the house. Despite all the bad things that have happened to me, they’re all water under the bridge now. My life has been a lot like that classic Bob Seger song “Turn the Page.” Life goes on, within you and without you, some other wise men said. They also said the love you take is equal to the love you make. Simple words, but true.

I’m blessed to have a good wife like Gigi and a shelter cat we adopted named Fanny. I can’t wait to see Fanny run around the new house. I’ve got a lot to be grateful for, and I thank my loving God who keeps this old cat’s heart beating.
