“I thought you’d never ask,” he said with a grin.

I blinked and stood there for a moment, utterly shocked. Then I laughed out loud and threw my arms around his neck. It was harebrained and crazy and impulsive and…exactly what I wanted with this mad Valentine.

Why not? Everything about us together is crazy and impulsive and exactly what I want!

“Fine,” I said, pulling away, “but you’ll have to do most of the cooking.”

“Whoever cooks doesn’t clean, whoever cleans doesn’t cook,” he replied. “Fair enough for me.”

A laugh that sounded like a gasp escaped me as I tried to ground myself in the surreal moment. I was lightheaded from happiness. I felt myself reeling under Victor’s soft gaze.

“I love you,” he whispered.

My knees went soft. “Victor, I love you too.” The words rushed out of me as I caught his lips in a passionate kiss. He kissed me back deeply, and I reveled in the feeling of his hand gripping me at the back of my neck, his other hand sliding over the swell of my ass.

In a rush of heat, I found my hand traveling down the firm muscles of his chest and down past his abs. My fingers hooked themselves on his belt and I pulled him closer to me by his pants. I could feel his hardness through his jeans, but he pulled away gently, breathing heavily.

“Let’s save that for the motel room,” he said with his roguish grin. His husky voice thrilled me to my core. I bit my lip as he winked at me, picked up my suitcase, and placed it easily into the back seat of the car.

Victor opened the passenger door for me, and I slid onto the smooth leather bench with a pounding heart. I had no idea what was ahead of us. But I knew it was exactly what I wanted.

Victor walked around the car, got in behind the wheel, and put on his sunglasses. He started the car, turned on the dial radio, and the Chiffons came on with “One Fine Day.” Victor turned to me, gave me his notorious half smile, and said, “Buckle up, angel.”

I bit my lip in anticipation for what the future would bring. We pulled away from the curb and roared off to the east, in search of our El Dorado.

Epilogue

We lay in bed in our tiny new Brooklyn apartment, sweaty, out of breath, and sated. Victor had just given me my most mind-altering orgasm so far. He lay facing me, his arm around me, his leg draped over mine. He traced soft lines with his fingers up and down my ribs.

“Victor?” I said.

“Mmm?”

“Explain your song to me.”

“Which one?”

“The one you wrote for me.”

A pause. “Which one?”

I turned to look at him with wide-eyed surprise. “You mean you wrote more than one?”

He laughed. “Maybe.”

“Well, explain the one I know. The one in the video you sent over winter break.”

He laughed again. “It’s self-explanatory, isn’t it? It meant that every time I saw you, you amazed me. I wanted you so badly, but I couldn’t have you. I could only watch you from a distance.”

“Why couldn’t you have me?”

“Because,” he said, still tracing lines on my skin, “I was a bad boy, and you were a good girl. I didn’t think I deserved you.” He kissed me softly on the shoulder and smiled. “I still don’t. But I’ll take it.”

“So you thought I was a good girl?”

He nodded. “The best.”

“But that’s where you’re wrong.”

“How’s that?”

“Because I’m actually a very bad girl.” I rose, straddled him, and gently ran my hands down his torso, feeling his every muscle. He lay back and closed his eyes. My hips began to move softly, gently, back and forth.

“Mmmm…” he murmured.

I lowered my body to his, letting my nipples graze his chest and squeezing his hips with my thighs.

“A very, very bad girl,” I whispered. He slid his hands down my back to my ass and caressed my curves lovingly. I began to rock harder back and forth, and he groaned, his cock hard again beneath me.

“Yes, you are,” he said. “Very bad.”

I rubbed myself along the length of him, teasing him, feeling him turn to putty in my hands.

“You’re right about one thing, though,” I said, lightly biting his bottom lip. “You are definitely a bad boy.”

His hands gripped my ass tighter and I allowed him to raise me and bring me down on his shaft.

“Oh, fuck…” he moaned, and there, in our new apartment in a new chapter of our lives, I rode him until he was completely lost to me again.
