He chuckled and kissed the tip of her nose. “Okay. Well, this is new to me too. Sex with a virgin—totally untried territory.” His eyes dipped to her breasts and abdomen, then lower still, to where he cupped his hand. “God, you’re hot. And so wet.” He bent his head then and captured her mouth again, sending his tongue deep into the recesses. In another second, he began to strum her again with the perfect precision of a true maestro.

Julie moaned into his mouth. She rolled her head to the side, breaking the kiss. “Jason!” She was hot—burning up. And close. So close. She arched her back. And then it happened. “Oh–oh–oh–aahhh.”

When she collapsed back to the mattress, he kissed her cheek, and then the bottom lip of her gaping mouth. “Time for Act Two,” he said and then he trailed his lips across her cheek to her ear and nibbled on her earlobe a second. He licked and sucked at the sensitive place below it, before moving down her neck. After a moment, he lifted his hands to her shoulders and slipped the straps off of them, revealing her breasts. “Beautiful,” he said, and the heat in his gaze burned her flash of shyness away. He lowered his head and began to feast. The warm, wet suction tugged something inside her, made her womb throb; made it tighten. She cried out and arched her back.

He rose up on his knees. His breath was coming in even rougher blasts now and he seemed a bit frantic when he said, “I’m on fire for you.” He pulled on the gown until it was completely off her. He ripped at his jockeys until they were off as well. She gaped at his erection.

“Don’t worry,” he said. “It won’t be like last time.”

She lifted her eyes to his face and nodded. “I know.”

His gaze gentled and he smiled at her. And then he grabbed the condom package that lay next to his knee, tore it open, and quickly put it on. He straddled her thighs and lay down on top of her. Then he lightly rubbed his chest across her breasts before bending his head down and placing several open-mouthed kisses under her collarbone. “God, Julie, your skin is as soft and smooth as that silk I just got you out of.” Then he started the assault on her senses all over again. He kissed her mouth, her neck, her breasts, but this time he kept going. He moved down her abdomen, and as he did so, he grasped hold of her inner thighs and pushed them further apart. “Just a taste—maybe two—before the final act.”

Julie’s heart tripped and began to thud.
I can let him do this—just relax,
she thought.

And then he lowered his head and took her with his mouth. Using his fingers to open her outer lips, he tickled her with the tip of his tongue, bringing about the most erotic sensations she’d ever experienced. He teased her clitoris, flicking at it in quick, sure beats until every one of her muscles went rigid with the need for release. And then—and then—he sucked it into his mouth and she was careened into a fireworks blast of sexual climax. “Oh–oh–oh. Ahhh. Mmm–mmm–mmm.YEEEEEEEEEESSS!”

When Julie was past the crest, her womb, and every muscle in her body, still trembling, he pumped his tongue in and out of her several times. Then he used its tip to soothe and stroke the ultra-sensitive outer perimeter. Before she knew it, she was spinning and spiraling again, into the center of another white-hot orgasmic starburst.

“Gorgeous,” she heard him say afterward. Closed-eyed, limp, and dazed, Julie felt the warm suction of his mouth on first her thighs, then her abdomen, then her breasts. Finally, he kissed her lips and, as he did so, he pushed himself inside her. She sucked in her breath. There was still a bit of resistance.

He lifted his head and looked at her. “Am I hurting you?” he asked.

She opened her eyes and shook her head. “No. It stings a little, but it feels good, too.”

He dipped his head and kissed her brow. “Good.” Then he moved out of her slightly and pushed into her again. And then again. “Ah, God!” he exclaimed, his voice strained. On the fourth thrust he went all the way inside her. His face was flushed a dark red and a vein pulsed in his forehead and under his eye. “This feels incredible,” he ground out. He dropped his head to the pillow beside her and pressed his cheek to hers. And then he started moving in earnest.

“Jason!” She threw her arms around him and held on tight. “Aaaaahh!”

“You like this?”

She tucked her face against his neck. “Yes!”

“God, Julie, me too.”

Jason couldn’t remember the last time he’d been this turned on. What a cozy pussy she had—totally fuckable. He sucked in his breath and released it on a groan.
Oh, God.
Her little virgin box was tugging and clenching him like a warm, velvet fist. He wasn’t going to last much longer. He bit down on her shoulder and when she cried out, he soothed it with his lips and tongue. “Wrap your legs around me,” he told her and when she did, he lifted up on his forearms and dipped his head, taking her nipple in his mouth and sucking hard on it.

She arched against him and moaned. Her warm, slick sex gripped him even harder and he yelled out. He sprung up onto his palms. Rusty groans exploded through his clenched teeth as he stroked into her twice more. In the next second, he stiffened and his head flew back.

“JU–LIE!” he shouted as his load blasted from him with the force of a bottle rocket.

CHAPTER 8

“Do you think your dad heard us?” Julie asked a few minutes later.

Shit!
Jason glanced at the door. “God, I hope not. But, it’s too late now if he did.” He turned back to her and squeezed her more firmly against his chest, giving her forehead a soft kiss. “How are you feeling? Sore?”

She shook her head. “Mmm—no. I feel good. Really, really good.”

He grinned. “Yeah, me, too.” He leaned down and kissed her lips. “God, you taste good,” he murmured. He kissed her one more time and then settled back against the headboard again with his hand resting on her cheek. After a second, he tipped up her chin, forcing her to look at him. “What made you change your mind? About sex, I mean.”

He felt her stiffen in his arms, but then relax. She sucked her bottom lip into her mouth a second before she answered. “You.” She dropped her gaze to his chin. “I guess—I guess I just wanted you, is all.”

Jason grinned.

Then she lifted her eyes to his again. “And—well, I owed you, remember?”

He bolted upright and hauled her up with him. And then he glared at her. “Are you saying you fucked me just now because of that
god-damned
letter??”

Her eyes went wide. “Not
just
because of it—no—but, yeah, it played a part.” She tucked her hair behind her ear and nodded. “Yeah.”

As if his hand had just been scalded, he released his grip on her. Then, dropping his elbows onto his bent knees, he scrubbed both hands through his hair.
“Fuck.
I do
not
believe this shit.”

“But…it’s what you wanted. And I wanted to give it to you. I don’t understand—why are you so mad?”

He dropped his hands and stared at her. “Because.” His pulse raced and his breath quickened. “Because something INSANE just happened between us—or at least I thought so—and now you tell me you did it for some stupid sense of honor, or something.”

He leapt out of bed and started dragging on his jeans. “I gotta get out of here.”

“Jason! Wait!” Julie came up on her knees. “I didn’t mean—it was special for me, too!”

But he was already out the door.

Julie sat back on her haunches and chewed on her lower lip.

Okay. So maybe she had been kidding herself a little. And maybe she had thrown that last part in about her owing him just to put a little separation between how she felt for him and how she portrayed herself to him.

God! How
‘insane’
must it have been for him to have actually admitted as much to her—angry outburst or not? She had truly, truly messed up. She dropped her face into her hands.
What on earth was she going to DO?

Julie rose from the bed and walked into the bathroom. She took a quick shower. After another few minutes, she emerged, dressed and ready to fight for what she wanted.

She walked to the door, took three deep breaths, opened it and strode out.
I will not take no for an answer.
It repeated like a chant in her brain as she marched down the hall.

Jason stood at the island in the kitchen and rotated the smiley face glass first one way, then the other, making the amber liquid inside it swish and sway before lifting it to his mouth. The
click
ing sound of high-heels on linoleum invaded his somber musings just as he was beginning to swallow and he swung his gaze to the doorway. Part of the whiskey went down his windpipe. He choked down most of it and then started coughing. “Julie!” he rasped. “What the bloody
fuck
?” In spite of how used, how angry—hell, even how
hurt
—he felt, his heart kicked into a 5/4 beat and he broke out in a sweat as his eyes ran up and down her body, with his brain scrambling valiantly to catch up.

She walked—okay, teetered—over to the island, propped her forearms on it and leaned forward, facing him. “I’m showing you what you’re going to be missing if you don’t forgive me for being such a coward earlier.”

“Coward? What do you mean?”

“I mean, I lied to you—well, to be totally and completely honest—I lied to myself. I used that debt thing as an excuse to do what I’d been wanting to do, with you, since—Okay, you want honesty? Since the first day I ever saw you. That day in the elevator lobby five years ago.” Her cheeks turned as red as the island countertop.

Jason felt something—something major—like the jerk-and-slide of continental plates, shift within him. He stepped to the end of the island and hauled her into his embrace. Then he dove into her, devouring her mouth. After a while, he broke the kiss and rested his forehead against hers. Smiling, he ran his fingers along the exposed curve of her left breast, then down the crease of her cleavage.

She sucked in a breath.

“Where’d you get this, anyway?” he asked, and trailed his finger up and over her other breast.

“I—”

He ran his finger just inside the top edge, teasing her nipple into upright attention. “Hmm?”

She moaned, arching her back and pressing her pelvis against his groin. When the edge of a rosy aureole peeked from the top, he dipped his head and slid his tongue over it before saying “Where, Julie?” And then he tasted her again.

“I—they—we must have gone shopping in Vegas—they were in the bags,” she said. She gripped his head in both her hands and tilted it back, forcing him to look at her. “Remember the bags?”

His slow smile turned into a grin. “Oh, yeah,” he drawled. Then he got a shocked gasp out of her when he yanked one edge of the bustier down and proceeded to gorge on the flesh he’d exposed. Holding her tight against him, he pushed his knee between her thighs and messaged her clit with it.

She moaned and rotated her hips.

He lifted her legs around him and pressed her back against the island, going for his zipper at the same time.

“Jason—your dad!”

Shit! Okay, slow it down, man.
He lifted his head and stepped back. “Oh, yeah,” he said with a chuckle. “I guess I went a little crazy.” Then, as he covered her up again, he dipped his head to her ear and murmured, “Before I take you back to bed, will you do me a favor?”

She nodded.

“Will you go over there and open that oven? Then bend wa-a-ay over and look inside, okay?”

She gave him a look like she thought he’d gone totally Looney-Tunes, but she did it anyway.

And if his dad hadn’t been in the house, Jason would have seriously enjoyed doing the down-and-dirty dance right there over the stove with his black-leather Betty Crocker.

At 10 o’clock the next morning, Julie and Jason tooled down the freeway at a fast clip toward Dallas to pick up Jason’s Vette from DFW, where they’d left it five days prior. She was still a little wowed by him, by everything, in fact, that had happened between them last night. And this morning. And in the shower. And, God! On that side road a few minutes ago. She looked down to make sure he’d re-buttoned her shirt correctly afterward—all the buttons in all the right holes. Yep.

He looked over at her then and gave her a very sexy smile. Then he reached out and grabbed hold of her hand, squeezing it gently. “You all right?”

She felt her cheeks heat, but she nodded. “Yeah. Great.”

“Good.” He glanced ahead at the road and then back at her. “Hey, wanna check into the Airport Hyatt for a little—
ahem—
nap? You know, before we pick the car up?”

She grinned. “You’ll have to feed me, too.”

He grinned back. “No problem. Room service.”

“Sounds…very
relaxing.

He chuckled. “Yeah. Should be.”

She leaned over and nibbled his earlobe. “Can’t wait.”

He groaned. “Enough of that or I won’t make it to the hotel.”

“Yes, sir.” She settled back into her seat and looked to her right, forcing herself to focus on the passing scenery by reading the billboards and other disparate signage as they passed. She sighed in utter happiness.
