Our tongues dance together and I
know I’ll never get enough of this woman. She makes me feel like a complete
person, not even Jackie did that. I want her in my life, in my home, and in my
bed forever. I stop kissing her and look into her eyes. They are so deep and
she looks so beautiful. I wish I knew what she was thinking because I don’t
want to fuck this up. I don’t want to scare her away by confessing my feelings
too soon. I seriously need to stop being a pussy and get back to the
mind-blowing sex we’re about to have.

I kiss down Lily’s chest and
stomach to her waist. Pulling her pants off, I find she’s not wearing any
panties. I like that. I put her legs on my shoulders and my tongue on her clit.
She bucks her hips under me and lets out a scream. The sound is enough to make
me do it again. So does
she
. I want to drive her out
of her mind. I delve in, fucking her with my tongue. Every so often I stop and
lick up her folds and suck on her clit. It doesn’t take long until she’s writhing
under me, pulling my hair, and screaming. Just as she’s about to reach her peak
I back off, kissing her thighs. I hear a low growl of frustration and it makes
me smile. She has no idea what that does to me, and it takes all I have not to
just fuck her right now.

I kiss up her leg and focus on
her clit. I want her screaming my name before I plunge my cock into her
dripping heat. I zero in on that little bundle of nerves, teasing and sucking.
Lily’s hips move up toward my mouth, so I hold her down. I want to be in
complete control of her orgasm. She tries to fight against my hands, but she
can’t move me. I continue to suck and lick and lightly bite her. When she
comes, she screams louder than ever and her juices are flowing from her pussy.
It’s the hottest fucking thing I’ve ever seen and I know I’m going to want to
make her do that more often. I slam my cock into her while she’s still coming,
and it makes her scream again.

“Fuck, Drew, keep fucking me! Oh.
My. God! You are fucking unbelievable!”

“You make me great, Lily. I’ll
never get tired of hearing you scream my name.” With that, I pound into her
harder. I still have her legs on my shoulders and it feels like I can reach all
the way to her heart. Lily is coming again, and the way her pussy clenches around
my dick pushes me over the edge, too. I come with her name on my lips and it
seems to go on forever. I can’t keep my balance anymore and I fall down on the
bed next to her.

We both lay there in silence, and
all I can hear is her breathing and my heartbeat. She really is the most
incredible woman I’ve ever met and I have to figure out a way to make her my
wife for real.

Chapter
17

Drew

It’s Thursday and there’s not
much left to do for the wedding on Sunday. I’ve gotten my friend to officiate and
I’ve invited a couple people from work. I’ve got to finish getting the
honeymoon set, even though Lily insists we don’t need to have one.

Things have continued to be great
with Lily. We’re getting to know each other better and I really like spending time
with her. I think her cat even likes me, but it’s tough to tell. Lily has let
Nala
roam the house and so far, so good. I’ve never been a
big fan of animals, but Lily loves her so I’ll learn to live with her.

I have a meeting with the named
partners today to discuss scheduling time off to take Lily on our honeymoon. I
don’t think it’ll be a problem since I’ve only taken a few days off since I
started, other than the days I was out last week, but I’m still nervous. If
they don’t agree, my plans will be shot to hell and I don’t want to deal with
that.

I hear someone clear their throat
and I see Kelly standing in my office door. She looks upset about something.

“What do you need, Kelly? I’m
about to go into a meeting with the partners.” I try really hard not to sound
irritated, but Kelly has been acting strange since Lily came into my life.

“I just came to tell you they’re
waiting for you in the conference room. Is there anything you need me to do for
you while you’re in the meeting? Also, don’t forget you have a lunch meeting
with the attorney from Bell and Donaldson about the Crane merger at Callahan’s
at noon.”

“I remember the meeting. If you
could make sure the file for the merger is complete and put it on my desk, I’ll
pick it up on my way out. Thanks, Kelly.”

“Sure thing, Drew, I’ll take care
of it.”

I walk into the conference room
and see the three named partners waiting for me. I admire these people more
than they’ll ever know. They gave me a chance right out of law school, and I
hope I’ve made them proud of their investment.

“Drew, have a seat,” Mr.
Clausman
says. His father started the firm and built it
into what it is today. “I understand you’re getting married this weekend and
have requested a couple weeks off. Is that correct?”

“Yes, sir, I’d appreciate two
weeks to take my lovely bride to Hawaii.” I swallow nervously and hope my voice
sounds confident. These people still intimidate the hell out of me.

“Where are you going in Hawaii?”
Mr. Donaldson asks. He was the second lawyer Mr.
Clausman
,
Senior, hired and has been with the firm since the beginning. He keeps talking
about retirement, but he doesn’t seem to be in any hurry. He’s a very kind and
patient man and I often go to him for advice.

“There’s a resort called
Akalini
that’s all-inclusive. They have a private beach and
a spa I think Lily will like.”

“I went to Hawaii on my
honeymoon,” Mrs. Grayson states. She’s the only female partner and she worked
her ass off to get there. “It’s a wonderfully romantic place I’m sure your
bride will love.” She smiles warmly and I start to feel less anxious.

“Drew, we’ve given your request
serious consideration,” Mr.
Clausman
states. He looks
very serious and I brace myself for bad news. “We feel you’ve earned a vacation,
and we’re pleased to approve your request.”

I breathe a huge sigh of relief.
Now I can book everything and get ready to surprise Lily. I start to thank the
group but Mr.
Clausman
says something that shocks me
into silence.

“When you return from your trip,
we want to make you a senior partner in the firm. Your work has been exemplary,
and your loyalty is admirable. What do you say, Hamilton? Are you ready to move
up with the firm?”

I can’t help the smile that
breaks out on my face. “Sir, you have no idea how ready I am. I’d be honored to
accept your proposal. Thank you all for your confidence in me.”

Everyone stands as they come to
shake my hand and congratulate me. I can’t believe they want me to be a
partner. This is the best day I’ve ever had.

I walk into Callahan’s and see
Dan, the lawyer I’m meeting, sitting in a booth. This is a great place to meet
because it’s so private. I sit with my back to the front door. Dan seems to be
in a good mood. We’ve known each other for years and have worked on mergers for
clients. We’ve been out for drinks a couple times, but he’s someone I prefer to
keep as a colleague, not a friend.

“So, I hear you’re getting
married this weekend. Who’s the lucky girl? I probably need to warn her about
you before she takes the plunge.” Dan loves trying to get me going. Today I’m
not going to let him.

“I think it would be better if I
kept that information a secret, Dan. I don’t need you trying to steal my girl.”

“Oh, she must be special if
you’re keeping her a secret. No worries, Drew. I have my own woman to handle.
I’m happy for you, though.”

“Thanks, man. I appreciate it.
Now let’s get some lunch and get this merger done. I’m going to be gone for a
couple weeks, and I’d like to wrap up as much as possible before I go.”

We spend the next half hour
hammering out the specifics. It’s nearly complete when our food arrives. Once
we finish eating, we wrap up the final details and I sit back. It’s always a
relief to finish something like this. I shake Dan’s hand and he heads out. I
close my eyes and lay my head on the back of the booth for a moment. I hear
someone come up to my table. Opening one eye I see the one person I don’t want
to ever see again. Brandy.

“What do you want, Brandy? I
thought I told you I didn’t want anything to do with you.”

“Oh, Drew. You know you and I are
meant to be together. You just like playing these games to keep me guessing. We
had a good time when we were dating. Why do you want to throw that away?”

Suddenly she’s sitting next to me
with her hand on my thigh. I’m trapped in the booth, and I just want to get
away from her brand of crazy. I guess I’m going to have to be mean to get her
to understand.

“Brandy, you were a convenient
fuck.
Nothing more.
I needed to satisfy my needs and
you were in the right place at the right time. I don’t have any feelings for
you, other than disgust. Now, leave me the fuck alone.” I keep eye contact with
her the whole time to make sure she understands what I’m saying to her.

“Drew, baby, you
sound like you need me again.
Where’s this anger coming from? You
know I can help you relax. Let me help you.” She slides her hand up to my
crotch as she kisses me. I was so focused on keeping her hand off my
dick,
I didn’t see the kiss until it was too late. I push
her away from me and that’s when I see her.

Lily.

Staring at me
like I just slapped her.

Fuck.

I try to get Brandy out of the
booth, but she refuses to move. Lily turns and walks out of the restaurant. I
have to get to her and explain, but I can’t get away from Brandy. I finally
just pick her up and physically move her so I can stand up. I drop Brandy on
the floor and rush out the door, not caring what kind of scene I’m making. My
only concern is to get to Lily and tell her what happened. I get out to the
street but I don’t see her anywhere. Dammit!

I run back in and pay the
waitress, making sure I leave extra for a tip. I blast out of there and to my
car. I drive straight to Wedding Dreams to try to talk to Lily.

When I enter the shop, I’m
stopped by Sierra. I know she knows what happened because she’s scowling.

“I need to talk to Lily. Where is
she?”

“She’s not here, and she doesn’t
want to talk to you. What the fuck, Drew? Brandy?
Really?
From what I saw the day she came in the shop, she looks and acts like a
skank
and you’re willing to do that to Lily with her? You
make me sick.”

“Sierra, it isn’t like that. I
hate Brandy. I was trying to keep her hands off my dick and I didn’t see the
kiss coming until she was on me. I pushed her away and Lily turned around and
walked out. I don’t want Brandy.” I’m going crazy now. I need to be explaining
this to Lily.

“Well, Drew, you fucked up. Lily
thinks you’re cheating on her. I’m not sure what to tell you. Give her some
space and let her calm down.”

“No, I have to talk to her. Where
is she, Sierra?”

“I don’t know. She came in here,
grabbed her purse, and left again. She said something about you being a
cheating asshole. I’ve never seen her so upset, but she didn’t want to talk
about it.”

“Okay.
Fine.
I’ll give her some space, but I’m going to find her. If she calls, will you
please tell her I was here and I’m looking for her? I don’t want this to ruin
us, Sierra. Seriously, I need this to work out.”

“Yeah, I know. You need to put on
a show for your mother on Sunday. We don’t want to disappoint Mommy, even at
the expense of Lily’s heart.”

That hurt. Sierra has no idea how
I really feel about Lily. Maybe I can pull her in as an ally and she’ll help me
get Lily back.

“Sierra, I’m going to tell you
something I haven’t told anyone. I hope you’ll believe me and that you can find
a way to assist me with what I have planned. I love Lily and I want her to be
my wife for real. I’ve known for a while now, but I haven’t figured out how to
tell her, and now I’m afraid I’ll never get the chance. Will you help me?” I
look up and Sierra has tears in her eyes. Not the reaction I was expecting, but
I’ll go with it.

“Drew, are you serious? You’re in
love with her? You’re not just saying this to get me on your side, are you?
Because I will kick your ass if you are.” I have no doubt she would, too.

“No, I’m seriously in love with
her. She’s like no other woman on the planet and I don’t want to lose her. Will
you help me? I’m planning on surprising her, but I’m in need of some help if I
want this to go like I planned.”

Sierra looks at me for what seems
like forever. She doesn’t say anything and it’s making me very uncomfortable. I
hope she’ll help me. Otherwise, my life is going to fall apart.

“Okay, Drew. I’ll help you, but
only because I know how happy Lily has been since you came into her life. She’s
like a different person, and I like that for her. What do you want me to do?”
