“Si, that sounds good,” says Papa Luis, looking at
Monique with sadness. “My niña you did not behave. I did expect you to marry
the right way. I’m glad that your novio is a responsible hombre and loves
you.”

“Papa, mama, my intentions were not to hurt you. I
love Christian,” says Monique, looking at them, praying that they understand.

“My hija, you’re both in love. This makes it easier to
accept. We will not be going with you to get married. It’ll be quicker if only
you two go. We’ll be waiting for you,” says Mama Ana. “Christian, you did want
to have my niña stay with us until you were married by church?”

“If you don’t mind, I would like to discuss this with
Monique. I will let you know when we return,” says Christian, looking at Señora
Acosta. He then turns to look at Señor Acosta to gauge his feelings on this
matter. “Do you have any preference, Señor Acosta?”

“I think that I will be okay if she stays here or if
you want her to stay with you. Monique will be your esposa. I know that you
will do right and marry her in the church,” says Papa Luis. “If you decide to
have her live with you, I will expect you to marry immediately by the church. I
want it to take place as soon as the priest will perform the ceremony.”

Oh yeah, I didn’t expect them to allow Monique to live
with me. This makes me immensely feliz
.
I do want to have her at my side now and forever
.
The only reason I
will allow her to stay here is because I’m still on active duty. I need to
discuss this with her
, thinks Christian.

“Señor Acosta, I need to discuss this with Monique and
see what she would like. You also know that I need to have her near me. We also
discussed the reason for our haste. I need to see if she wants to stay here or
with me at mis padres’ casa until we get our own casa,” says Christian, looking
at her padres.

“I agree, Christian. I will be waiting for your return
and your decision,” says Papa Luis standing and assisting his esposa to stand.

Christian and Monique stand. He looks at Monique and
notices that she has changed into a nice dress.
Great, now

we can head out
. Christian pulls her into his side. “We will be heading out and return
as soon as we can,” says Christian, walking towards the door.

“Adios, mama, papa,” says Monique, smiling.

“Dios te Bendiga mi hija,” responds Mama Ana smiling

Chapter Eleven

Christian and Monique drive through listening to music.
She’s leaning her head on his shoulder. She takes a nap. Christian is okay with
that.
I know that today has been very emotional day for her
, thinks
Christian.
My baby is so affectionate. I just love it
, he rubs her back.
We’re making good time.

A few minutes later Christian pulls up into the valet
spot and turns the carro off turning to wake Monique. “My Cielo, wake up, we’re
here,” says Christian, kissing her forehead.

Monique wakes up quickly and looks around smiling. “Baby,
we have arrived. This is so exciting,” says Monique, turning to look back at
him.

Christian opens his door and quickly goes to her side
to assist her. The valet person walks towards him. “Sir, here’s your ticket,”
says the valet as he quickly takes the tip and Christian’s keys.

Christian pulls Monique into his side. They walk to
the reception desk to register.

“Baby, I need to go to the ladies’ room,” says Monique,
looking up at Christian.

“Okay, my Cielo, I will register while you go to the
ladies’ room,” replies Christian, smiling.

“Okay,” says Monique, smiling. “I’ll look for you at
the desk,” She strides quickly to the ladies’ room.

Christian turns and strides to the reception desk.

“How can I help you, Sir?” asks the clerk, looking at
Christian.

“Yes, I have reservations for the bridal suite under
Christian De La Cruz,” says Christian.

“Yes, Sir, your suite is ready. Here are your keys. Please
sign here. Let me call the bell person to take you to your suite. I will call
Mary, our concierge, and advise her of your arrival. She’s expecting you,” says
the clerk, smiling.

“Thank you,” replies Christian, smiling. He turns and
watches Monique approach him smiling. Christian and Monique follow the bell
person.

I’m so excited,
thinks Christian.
I will be making Monique my esposa in a few hours. I
know that I’m making the right decision. I know I will never find any other
chica that will compare to her. She’s mia, only mia.
He possessively pulls
her closer.

The bell boy opens the door to the bridal suite. “Is
there anything you would like, sir?” asks the bell boy.

“Thanks, not at the moment,” says Christian, giving
him a tip. The bell boy exits the room.

Christian turns around to see Monique looking at all
the wedding gowns that are on display. She walks to each one, touches, and
looks at the detail. “My Cielo, I hope you see one that you like,” says
Christian, walking over to her.

“Christian, they’re all so beautiful,” replies Monique,
with a dreamy voice.

“My Cielo, I want you to select one that you will also
wear to the church ceremony. Select the one you like the most,” says Christian,
walking over to the wedding ring sets. He views the rings with the matching
groom band.
I wonder which one she would like,
thinks Christian
.

There’s a knock on the door and Christian strides to
the hallway to answer the door. “Yes,” says Christian, looking at the woman
that’s standing at the door with a notebook in her hand.

“Hi, I’m Mary Jones, your concierge. I have some
assistants with me to attend to your bride’s needs,” says Mary, looking at
Christian.

“Great, that sounds excellent. My bride does need
assistance in trying on the gowns,” says Christian, allowing her to enter with
the group of assistants.

“My bride is Monique,” advises Christian.

Mary approaches Monique smiling.

“My Cielo, this is Mary. She will be assisting us get
ready for the wedding,” says Christian, looking at Monique look at a gown.
Awesome,
it looks like she finally found one that she likes.

Monique turns towards them, smiling. “Hi, Mary, thank
you for your assistance,” says Monique, looking at the other assistants in the
room.

“Yes, Monique, we’re here to help in anything that you
need,” says Mary looking at her.
The bride is beautiful. No wonder the De La
Cruz bachelor’s run to get marry to these beauties
, thinks Mary. The brides
appear to be sweet and innocent.

“Thank you. I would like to try on this dress,” says
Monique, turning to look at the white satin dress. It has lots of crystal, pearls
and silver thread detail on the bodice. The bodice is a heart shape halter and fitted
to the waist. The skirt flares out in full beautiful transparent skirt that
gathers up in waves with a beautiful shiny satin underskirt.

“I would like to try this gown on with this crown,
veil and shoes,” says Monique, looking at Christian.

“Monique, we also have lingerie over here for you to
select,” says Mary. The assistants pick up the gown and accessories to take it
to the room for her to try on. Monique selects some under garments, garter belt,
and white shimmering hose.

“I also have a hair stylist available if you so desire
one,” says Mary, walking Monique over to the other clothing for her selection.

“That will be nice,” says Monique, looking at Christian
to see if that was okay. Christian nods to go ahead.

“Anything you need, mi Cielo,” says Christian, looking
at the wedding rings.

Monique takes a quick shower before trying on the gown.
It takes her a few minutes. She returns to show him how she looks. She’s feliz,
smiling.

Christian is speechless. Damn,
she looks like a
reina. She’s beautiful
, thinks Christian.

He walks over to her. “Is this the one my Cielo?” asks
Christian, taking her hands in his.

She looks at him, smiling. “Yes, Christian, I love
this gown. Is this one okay?” asks Monique, looking at him.

“My Cielo, you can get the one you want,” says
Christian, looking at her. “Do you want to take it off or keep it on so we can
pick out the rings?” He turns to Mary. “You did order my tux and accessories?
The wedding chapel is ready for us?” asks Christian.

“Yes sir, everything is ready. The red roses have been
delivered. The wedding bouquet should be here soon,” answers Mary, smiling.

“My Cielo, do you want them to call the hair dresser?”
asks Christian, looking at Monique. “You look bella.”

“No, I like my hair up. If we will be leaving in a few
minutes, I think I should keep this on. What do you think?” asks Monique.

“My Cielo, you look bella. I think that we need to
select the rings and some clothes for you before we go to the wedding,” says
Christian. “When do we have to be at the wedding chapel?” He looks at Mary. “I
need my tux and her bouquet.”

“I will call right now to make sure they have sent
them up,” says Mary. “Do you still need the assistants here?”

Christian looks at Monique and she shakes her head no.
“We do not need the assistants any further,” says Christian.

Mary turns around to look at Monique, smiling.

“My Cielo, I want you to pick out our rings,” says
Christian, taking her over to the rings that are on the table.

She looks at all of them and picks up some, she looks
at him. “Christian, do you have a preference. I think that they’re all
beautiful. Which ones do you like?” asks Monique, wanting Christian to select
their rings.

I saw him looking at them all and I think that he did
like a pair or two,
thinks Monique,
looking at her bad boy.
He’s such a hunk and he’s mio
.

“My Cielo, I think that these are beautiful for your
hand,” says Christian, as he takes her hand to try them on.

The wedding sets are platinum with a huge diamond in
the center with a cluster of slightly smaller diamonds surrounding it in a
cluster with the matching band for him.

The one that he selects is one that has the largest
diamond from the entire collection.
It sparkles from any angle and looks
awesome on her hand
, thinks Christian.
I don’t care what it costs, my Cielo
deserves it.
S
he’s worth anything and everything to me
, thinks
Christian, pulling her into his arms.

Monique looks up into his beautiful green eyes, smiling.
She pulls him down to give him a beso. “Te amo, Christian, with all of my
corazon,” says Monique. She deepens the beso, feeling him tremble.

He pulls back as he hears Mary’s steps get closer to
them. He turns to look at her. “We’re ready to leave. I need my tux. Do you
know where it is?” asks Christian, looking at her and expecting the right
answer from her.

“Yes, Sir, it’s on its way up as we speak,” replies
Mary, smiling. “Maybe Monique would like to select her clothes and shoes?” she
looks at Monique.

“Yes, I will select some clothing and shoes. Christian,
what do you want me to pick?” asks Monique, looking over at him for some
direction.

“My Cielo, I want you to select anything that you like.
I want you to have some outfits for work or for going out, whatever you want. We
can go shopping on Saturday for more if you want,” says Christian, hugging her
close.

There’s a knock on the door and Mary strides quickly
to answer the door. It’s his tux and Monique’s bouquet.

Christian whispers in her ear. “My Cielo, I would love
you to get some sexy lingerie. I like the ones over there, some nice sexy
panties, and bras. Please select some from that collection,” says Christian,
kissing her on the neck.

Monique turns to gaze into his eyes to verify that
he’s full of pasión. She pulls him down to give him a beso, wrapping her arms
around his neck.

The door closes and Mary approaches them. Christian
pulls away to look at Mary.

“Mr. De La Cruz, your tux is here for you to put on,”
says Mary, looking at them. “We then can go to the wedding chapel for the
wedding.”

“Thanks Mary. Baby, I’m going to get dressed,” says
Christian. He grabs his tux and strides into the room to get dressed.

I need to get married and have another small taste of my
Cielo. Who knows when I will be able to have her again
, thinks Christian.
