He watched as she began to move, her face seductive and confident, her hands gliding over her body as she slowly rose and fell. Her eyes closed as she tilted her head, her hands rising up, pushing her shoulder-length hair up onto her head to expose her neck. The tilt of her head, her smile, the way she moved her body, was the single most erotic thing he had ever witnessed. She seemed to glow from within, radiating with a power and confidence that she had never shown before. He realized that
this
was the true Bridget, and she was his. In the year he had known her, he had seen glimmers of this Bridget, but the Bridget he thought he knew paled in comparison as she was weighed down by her decisions.

She opened her eyes as she felt him move under her, watching him rise to a sitting position and take her into his arms. His face had softened in a way she had never seen before. He began to kiss her, his lips dancing over her neck and upper breasts. She held his head to her, enjoying the tenderness. She knew he could be a gentle lover, but she had always had to ask for it, their default being hard passionate sex, but tonight he seemed to crave her loving touch as much as she did his.

He fell back to the bed at her push, and she smiled down at him. “Just relax and let me take care of you,” she murmured.

He reached up and softly caressed her breasts as she began to move, enjoying the feel of her skin beneath his fingertips. His eyes flicked back to hers and she smiled at him, that sassy smile she had when she was feeling in control. He smiled back at her as his monster growled.

She was almost out of gas, but she knew Stiles was close. She could see the strain in his face as she continued to bounce on him, the tender moment they shared long past. She was gasping for air, her hair matted with sweat and her legs burning, but she was determined to finish him.

“Come on, Stiles, give it up. You know you’re going to come.”

He was, but he wouldn’t admit it. “Not even close,” he growled in return, but as a wave of pleasure passed through him he knew his face gave him away.

“Bullshit! You can’t hold out much longer.”

“Longer than you.”

She smiled, knowing his control was slipping. “Show me.” She fell forward, pressing herself into him. “Fuck me until I come,” she sneered before kissing him deeply.

He pulled his legs up as he wrapped her in his arms and began to drive into her furiously. She continued to urge him on, whispering into his ear how she knew he was close and then kissing him before whispering again. He cried his completion into the room, holding tight to her as he continued to thrust into her, trying to push her into orgasm, but as he twisted with pleasure he admitted defeat in this round and stopped his driving hips with a gasp.

She kissed him deeply, lovingly, and he pushed her hair out of her face as she pulled back. “You’re still hard,” she murmured.

“Yes,” he panted.

“I guess I still have some work to do.”

“We can stop if you want,” he offered.

“Do you want to?”

“No.” His monster was quiet and he no longer cared who could out fuck who. It was enough that he was with her and that he was able to give her pleasure. He wanted to make love to her forever, to never stop, to please her as she pleased him, to give of himself until there was nothing left.

They rolled over and he settled on her again, face to face, her heart near his in the most intimate of positions. “Then don’t,” she whispered.

He entered her, moving slowly, propping himself on his knees and elbows to support some of his weight. He tucked his hands under her and held her snuggly, her own arms and legs going around him.

“I love you, Bridget,” he whispered as he began to move in a slow and easy pace, no longer trying to prove anything, no longer fucking, but making love.

“I love you, Stiles,” she replied, sighing in contentment as they moved. The rough and tumble fucking was fun, and she was certain they would do it many more times in the future, but, for now, this is what they needed, closeness and caring, a mending of the threads she had nearly cut, the threads that held them together. She held him tight and smiled while he made love to her. As they moved, two becoming one, a single tear rolled down her cheek, but not a tear of sadness for what she had lost or done, but a tear of joy for what her future held.

They held each other, kissing and whispering of their love as he moved, the fact that Lindy and Treble saw them not bothering them at all, enjoying the closeness they felt, reveling in the feeling of togetherness long into the night.

CHAPTER THIRTY SEVEN

Lindy stepped off the bike and then waited at the door to Stiles’ house for Treble to join her. She expected him to knock, but when he tried the door and found it locked, he opened it with a key from his ring and walked in without a pause.

“You don’t knock?”

“Nah. This is like home away from home. Stiles?” he called. The lights were on, and Stiles’ bike was outside, but he didn’t hear anything. “He’s probably busy. We’ll just grab your purse and go. Where did you leave it?”

“In the living room,” she whispered as she stepped in behind him. “What do you mean, ‘busy?’”

He looked at her impishly. “Your car is here, Stiles’s bike is here. What do you think I mean?”

“Oh! Maybe we should just go.”

“Fuck that. He’s walked in on me banging someone more than once. Turnabout is fair play,” he said, changing his wording at the last moment so Lindy wouldn’t hear that it had happened just yesterday. “Come on.”

She followed Treble down the hall but paused to watch Stiles and Bridget as they made love. She knew she should give them their privacy but she was unable to tear her eyes away. They were wrapped up tight, their skin glowing, as he slowly thrust into her. She couldn’t see Stiles face, but Bridget had the most profound look of pleasure on her face she had never seen.

“That turning you on?” Treble whispered as he stopped beside her, her purse in his hand.

She looked at him and smiled, then jerked her head to the kitchen as she turned. “A little,” she admitted in a hushed tone as they stepped outside. “Bridget looked so happy, and sexy…and I don’t know how to describe it.”

“I’m glad Stiles has someone. I was worried about him when I thought he had sworn off women. From the looks of it, though, he hasn’t forgotten what to do.”

“No,” she murmured, remembering the movement of his hips between her legs, the tightness of their embrace, the slosh of Bridget’s breasts, but mostly the look on her sister’s face. She could feel herself becoming more and more aroused as she remembered what she saw and wondered if she had that look of peace, contentment and ecstasy on her face as Treble made love to her.

“What?”

“Follow me home and make love to me like that.”

He grinned roguishly in the light from the house. “Why wait? We could go back in there and give them a run for their money.”

She glanced down and saw the bulge in his pants and thought that should be something they try someday, making love while watching Bridget and Stiles do the same so she could learn how to please a man. But that was for another day. She met his eyes again and smiled. “Only one bedroom, remember?”

“Oh right. I guess it’s your house, then.”

She stood there, the rain still falling softly, thinking that there were so many things she wanted to try. If it weren’t the gravel drive, and the fact that they were in the middle of the largest city in North Carolina, she would’ve considered having Treble take her right here in the rain. She was ready to spread her wings and fly as Bridget had.

She pressed the button on her remote, the lights of her car popping on. “Let’s get out of the rain.”

It was late and he allowed the bike to idle through the apartment complex, not wanting to disturb the neighbors. The last thing he wanted was the cops to show and pound on Lindy’s door while they were in a clench.

He had played it cool while at Stiles’, but he had a hard time getting the sight of Stiles giving Bridget the hard one out of his mind. It looked like they had both been ridden hard, but there didn’t appear to be any end in sight. Bridget and Lindy looked enough alike that it was easy for him to imagine that what he had seen was Lindy and himself engaged in a hot tumble. He hoped she meant what she said because he had to adjust himself several times on the ride over and he was determined to make love to her well enough that she would have the same look of joy on her face that Bridget did.

Lindy waited for Treble under the cover over the steps leading to the second floor where her apartment was located. She was glad she was still wet from rain because otherwise she would be afraid her wetness would show. She couldn’t get the sight of Bridget’s face out of her mind, her desire to experience that for herself winding her tight on the drive home.

When he joined her, she stepped up onto the first step to put their heads at a more even height and then turned to kiss him passionately. “I am so fucking turned on, I want you to take me upstairs and fuck me all night. Can you do that?”

Her breathy request made his blood surge, so he gave her a nudge to start her up the steps.
Oh, what a difference the woman saying the words makes
he reflected as he smiled and began to follow.

The moment the door closed behind them, she turned and walked slowly to her bedroom, swinging her hips, feeling naughty as she began to strip out of her clothes, leaving a trail of discarded items behind her.

He followed, admiring how her ass moved in those wet and clinging pants, just enough light coming in from the parking lot so he could see and not fall over something. Her bedroom was darker, but not so dark that he couldn’t tell that she was still undressing, and then crawled into her bed. Such a change from the nervous girl he took to bed less than two weeks ago, the girl who admitted she didn’t know what to do.

Her bed was smaller than the king in his own bedroom, but as close as they were going to be tonight, it wouldn’t matter. As he joined her, she opened for him, inviting him into the same position Stiles and Bridget had been in. He moved in, slowing entering her. As he settled, he tucked her in tight, kissing her lips as he began to thrust gently.

“Slowly,” she whispered, as she surrounded him, wrapping him in her arms and legs as Bridget had done Stiles. He began to move and she allowed her eyes to close in pleasure. “Slowly and for the rest of the night.”

He kissed her softly, a strange sense of peace coming over him as if this was somehow right and natural. “For the rest of the night,” he promised, wondering if this feeling was what Stiles was talking about when he said sometimes someone just seemed special.

They kissed and touched, moving slowly together, not hurrying, enjoying the give and take of pleasure. She knew she was going to be tired and sleepy in the morning, but she didn’t care. She smiled and sighed deeply as she felt the glimmering of an orgasm begin to form.
I’ll call in sick if I have to…

I’m
taking
you
to lunch,” Bridget declared with a beaming smile, pointing a finger at her sister as she strode into Lindy’s office. “So pack your stuff and let’s go.”

Lindy looked up and smiled. She hadn’t been expecting Bridget, but she was glad she was here. “Deal.”

Bridget looked at Lindy and her grin grew wider. “Just like that? No arguing?”

“Nope. No arguing,” Lindy said as she kicked her chair back and pulled her purse out of the desk drawer. “Where are we going?”

“Uh,” Bridget began but then stopped, stumped. She had expected an argument and then having to bargain to pry Lindy out of the office. “First off, who are you and what have you done with my sister?”

Lindy twittered. “Come on. We’ll talk about it on the way. How about Sam’s?
It’s close and that way I can get back to work on time.”

So not completely changed.
“Sam’s it is. You drive.”

“Ella! I’m going to lunch!” Lindy said through the door.

Ella waved but immediately returned her attention the child standing in front of her with tears in her eyes.

“So what happened with you and Treble last night?”

“He took me back to his place.”

“I meant after you and Treble stopped by Stiles’ later. I assume you were with him.”

Lindy blushed, hoping they hadn’t been caught watching, remembering how Treble had made love to her until the wee hours of the morning. She had to
drag
her sorry ass out of bed this morning, but it had been
so
worth it. “We went back to my place and did what you and Stiles were doing. I assume you and he sorted everything out?”

Bridget smiled. “Oh god, yes! I have never felt so free and happy in my
life!
We made love all night long, and then again this morning. Then we had a long talk, and then we did it again. He wore my ass out! I haven’t been this sore since my first time, but
fuck,
it was worth it! And I owe it all to you, my brilliant little sister!”

Lindy grinned at Bridget’s exuberance. She had forgotten how full of life she could be. “So what are your plans now?”

That,
my dear sister, is what I want to talk to you about!”

“Would you
please
stop fussing with the flowers!” Lindy complained as Bridget adjusted the flowers in her hair. She was wearing her wedding dress but had ditched the veil in favor of a circlet of flowers. Lindy had accompanied her sister to the hairdresser this morning and watched as the woman braided her hair and wove it through with small flowers until it looked perfect.

“I’m afraid they’re falling out!”

“If you would stop
messing
with them they would be fine. Have I steered you wrong yet?”

Bridget smiled and put her hands down. “No. Not yet.” She looked around the room at her friends and bridesmaids. Where only a week ago she was sick at the thought of being married, now she wasn’t sure her feet were even touching the ground.

It had been a hard sell, convincing them to go through with the wedding. But with Lindy on her side, her parents had finally come around. Her dad was still prickly, but Stiles had been on his best behavior and charmed her mother immediately. When Leigh had looked at her, smiled, and nodded, Bridget had broken into tears of relief. She knew with his wife and both daughters working on him, her father would eventually accept the situation.

“You look lovely,” Leigh said with a slightly sad smile. She was glad Bridget was happy, seeing her vibrant and alive again making her realize that she had made the right decision. Stiles McCoy was no doctor, but he was charming, intelligent, and owned his own business, so he wasn’t all bad. But, most importantly, he made her daughter happy and seemed to have a calming influence on her.

“Are you okay, Mom?”

“Yes, why?”

“You seem a little down.”

“No. You’ve done the right thing. It’s just that my little girl is all grown up.” Leigh’s face twisted as she struggled to night cry. “Mrs. Stiles Wills McCoy.”

A shiver passed over Bridget at the sound of her name. She pulled her mother into a hug. “I’ll always be your little girl. I love you, Mom.”

“I love you, too, baby.” Leigh wiped at her eyes carefully and sniffed. “I have to go before I smear my makeup,” she said with a small laugh. Bridget sniffed and took a deep breath, fighting off her own tears as her mother left.

“We have to go,” Lindy said, waving the bridesmaids together. “You look beautiful.”

“Thank you, for everything,” Bridget whispered as she hugged her maid of honor.

Lindy smiled as pulled back from the hug. “If it weren’t for you, I wouldn’t have met Treble. So thank you right back.”

“Time to go, ladies,” the wedding director said as she stepped into the room. “We need to hurry. Everyone is waiting.”

Bridget watched as her party scurried from the room, smiling. She was pretty certain that Tomi, at least, was going to hook up with one of the groomsmen. Stiles had all the Black Aces as his groomsmen and ushers, with Treble as his best man. They were all incredibly handsome in their black tuxedoes, each wearing a discrete black ace of spades as a lapel pin in a nod to their charter.
