SUPPLEMENTS

Take wild blue-green algae—the algae essentially dries the excess mucus and helps to drain dampness from the body. It also helps to raise the levels of micronutrients including zinc, selenium, iron, magnesium, and calcium.

Take biotin, which prevents the yeast from budding full circle.

Drink aloe vera juice, which is antifungal and antiparasitic.
