“Your pussy feels like heaven, Adyson,” he praises, stroking in and out. “It’s nothing like that dried up cunt your sister has.”
I hate that he talks about her like that, but there’s nothing I can do to stop it. According to Alex, Blake’s not mean to her in any way. In fact, she says he goes out of his way to make her happy. Still, I can see her dying a little more inside each time I lay eyes on her. She would completely give up if she knew what I was being forced to do to keep him treating her right. Even the baby she is carrying wouldn’t keep her from falling apart.
“Your skin is like silk,” he says as his fingers run up and down my arm.
His hand moves up to my breast, finding my erect nipple and giving it a pinch. Of course, that draws another gasp from me, just like he knew it would. He continues to move in and out of me, bringing me closer and closer to a place I never want to go again. Finally, his fingers give my nipple a brutal twist, and my walls start to convulse around him. Biting hard on my bottom lip until blood fills my mouth, I let my tears fall.
“Yes, Adyson, come for me,” he moans, gliding in and out at a ferocious speed. “Show me how much you love me.”
Blake goes on for a minute more, grunting with each downward stroke. Then, he buries his head in my neck and groans out his release. He continues to lay on top of me for a few minutes more. His heated breaths feel like acid against my skin. Finally, he lets out a sigh and rolls off. Of course, he attempts to pull me into his body, wanting me to cuddle. No fucking way is that going to happen. Instead, I pull away from him and immediately jump from the bed.
Grabbing my clothes, I walk to the far side of the room. I get dressed as quickly as I can, not even bothering with my bra or panties. Instead, I just shove them in my pocket. Then, I slide my feet into my shoes and grab my socks. Finally, ready to leave, I rush toward the hotel room door.
Just before I step into the hallway, I can hear the humor in his voice as he calls me by his pet name. “Little Bit.”
Forcing myself to stop, I pull in a deep breath and pray that he lets me go soon. If not, I’m going to vomit right here on the floor. It’s happened before, and he thinks it’s amusing. Having him laugh at me is nearly as bad as being in the bed with him. Not quite but close. Knowing he can’t be put off forever, I turn back and see him still lying in the same spot with a smile on his face.
He lifts a hand and gives me a wave. “See you next week.”
I slam the door and make it three steps before I’m vomiting right on the carpet.

AFTER BOZ
walks into the room, it only takes a few seconds for him to call church to order. “Let’s get this shit started.”
Sitting at my spot, to the Pres’ right, I wonder what in the fuck is going to happen. Normally, the three of us are on the same page before we walk into church. There hasn’t been a time that the Pres hasn’t talked about shit to me and our VP. This time, Boz is keeping everything quiet, and I don’t like it one fucking bit. I’m not the type that likes to be kept in the dark. I like to know what I’m getting myself into so I can be prepared. Looks like that isn’t gonna happen this time.
When he finally starts talking, he says, “Transporting guns has brought more money into the club than we’ve seen in years. We need the transport money to keep coming in.” He looks around the room. “Without it, we’d be fucked again.”
I listen to the back and forth talk from the brothers. Boz is telling everything that has happened in the last few hours: the stolen shipment, the lost guns, and a brother beat into submission supposedly by the Satan’s Revenge crew.
“Why would Hoss do this?” A brother asks the question we are wondering about.
“I can’t figure it out either, but that’s the only lead we’ve got right now. I’m not sure who else would have the balls to fuck with us,” Boz answers, his eyes scanning the room.
Everyone is tense, wondering what this means for the club. The brothers know something like this cannot be let go, not if we want to keep our status in the community. If we let another club take our shit, sit back and do nothing, we will look like a bunch of pussies. Then, we’ll have every two-bit club in the state trying to take over our club. We have all worked hard to get to where we are, and we are not giving up a damn thing.
Every single one of the brothers is as pissed as we are about what happened. Still, I can see some are weary of going to war, but they also understand we might not have a choice. I don’t want war either, but there’s nothing I can do to stop it. I’ll fight by my brothers’ side without hesitation. My only issue is who we should be at war with, and I have to wonder if it isn’t one of my own brothers.
I’m not sure what he did, but I know this shit has Crank’s stink all over it. Nothing that he has said makes any sense; I don’t see Hoss doing the things that Crank says he’s done. We have no issues with Hoss and haven’t for a while. I don’t see any reason he’d want to change that now.
Crank was a brother long before I came into the picture. Hell, he had his patch while I was still in prison. As son of one of Boz’s dad’s officers, he should be sitting in my spot. Instead, he has never made it past brother status and never will. He’s not man enough to be anything more than a foot solider. After losing the shipment and laying this bullshit on our doorstep, I’m beginning to wonder if he is good enough for that.
“If it was Hoss and his crew, what are we gonna do to get our shit back? We can’t lose those guns,” Stone, Crank’s father, says, voicing something we all already know.
This is the question we have all been waiting for. Even Smoke and I have no fucking clue what Boz has planned. If he wasn’t so damn pissed, he’d hold back and get a bit more information before he jumped the gun. My President, though, isn’t known for holding back. He gets angry and reacts without thinking. That reaction isn’t always the best decision, but it’s always kept the other clubs from sniffing around our patch of land.
“We’re gonna hit him where it hurts. I’m gonna take the one thing that means more than anything to him—his little princess, Trix. We either get the guns back, or money to replace them. Until he hands over the shipment or proves he doesn’t have it, we’ll keep her here with us,” Boz tells everyone, before jerking his eyes to me then Smoke.
We both lift our chins to him, even though I know Smoke is thinking the same thing I am. When his words finally make their way into my brain, my stomach rolls. I’ve done some fucked up things since earning my cut, but hurting a woman isn’t one of them. I’ve never known Boz to, either. Before I can tell Boz just that, he stands up and points at Crank.
His voice is filled with fury as he asks, “I know you’re hurt, brother, but do you feel like helping pick Trix up?”
A half-grin covers the prick’s face as he says, “I can do that.”
Smoke lets out a grunt, and I jerk my eyes to him. He shakes his head at Crank’s stupidity, before mouthing the words, “We will have to watch that dickhead.”
Nodding my head, I mouth back, “Yes, we do.”
Boz lets out a grunt of his own and says, “I’m not sure you can, brother. That’s why you’re taking Brew with you. He’s gonna let me know if you fuck anything up. If you do, you’ll pay.”
Lifting my chin to Smoke, I stand and say, “We got this, Pres.” I sure as fuck do not want to have to deal with Crank, but this is a good way to keep an eye on him and try to get him talking.
My eyes then cut to Crank. I’m about to lay in to him, tell him he better not fuck this up, too, but Boz’s words stop me. “Go in easy. Keep it clean and don’t hurt her.”
I’m not sure Crank knows how to keep anything clean. My stomach turns as I look over to his smirking face. Riding anywhere with him is not on the list of things I want to do today. For some fucked up reason, Boz wants him to be a part of this. I’m guessing it’s just to see if he screws up again, but I have to wonder if he’s making the right decision. It’s not my choice, though. My place is to watch his ass and make sure he doesn’t fuck up too bad.
I wait until the door shuts behind Boz before grabbing Crank around the throat. “Don’t fuck this up, brother. If you do, I’ll bury you six feet under.”
Crank’s eyes move to his father, who is still sitting at the table. I watch as a look of resignation crosses his face before he looks back at me. “I won’t. I’ll follow your lead.”
“If you don’t, you’re a dead man,” I say, turning my back on him and walking out of the room.
Motioning for him to follow, we head straight to Boz’s office. We spend three hours trying to find as much information as we can about Hoss’ daughter. Unlike every other college student, she doesn’t have a Facebook or Twitter account. I dig and dig but can’t find one fucking picture of her. Crank has seen her, but it’s been a few years. I did find out where she goes to college, what dorm she lives in, and even the make and model of her car. That’ll be enough for now.
After that, Crank and I head out to the shop. As soon as we reach the van, I look over to him and try to figure out the best way to play this. This kidnapping business just seems wrong. I don’t think it will bring us anything but more trouble. That’s all we need at the clubhouse, a woman that will have to be guarded and watched twenty-four hours a fucking day. Before I can even think about that shit, my first priority is getting her back here in one piece, without any witnesses. After thinking for a few minutes, I start issuing orders.
“I want you driving, so I can be free to jump out of the van in an instant,” I say, making sure he is listening to me. “We’ll head to Knoxville, start at her dorm, and figure out where to go from there.”
“There’s no reason to be so uptight,” he says with a shrug. “It isn’t like one bitch is gonna be that hard to grab.”
It’s times like these, I’m glad I wasn’t born a biker. If I was, Crank would be eating my gun. Instead, I pull in a deep breath and try to control my anger. When I finally look back at him and see the smile on his face, I consider feeding him my gun anyway.
“Grabbing her is gonna be a breeze, but getting her without someone seeing is another story.” I try to explain in a way that his fucked up brain can understand. “Witnesses mean cops, and cops mean jail. I’m not sure about you, but I’ve spent enough time behind bars to last a lifetime.”
Fear flashes in his eyes as he replies, “No, man, we don’t need any cops involved. We need to keep this clean, so we can make Hoss pay for what he’s done.”
Something about his words just sounds false, as if he’s having to pick every word he says carefully. Motioning for him to get in the van, I walk around to the passenger side and decide I’ll spend the ride getting as much information out of him as I can. If I’m lucky, he may change up his story before we even reach Knoxville. If so, maybe I can end this shit before it gets worse.

WATCHING AS
the cashier rings up Trix’s purchases, I smile as she stuffs a cool pair of high-tops in the bag. Looking over my shoulder at the shoe display, I wonder if I have time to go back to get a pair of my own. Knowing we need to get our asses back to the dorm, I let out a frustrated sigh and push the thought of new shoes to the back of my mind.
Turning to look at my best friend, I smile. “You’ve got to let me wear them with my new
Five Finger Death Punch
tee.”
She cuts her eyes to me after handing the clerk her debit card, and shakes her head. “Hell no, you still haven’t given back my earrings you borrowed two weeks ago. Oh, and let’s not forget my red dress that you wore to the Christmas party at PI Beta Kapa. Isn’t it still hanging in your closet?”
Shooting her a smile, I reply, “You know where everything is. We share a dorm room, so you can just grab them whenever you want.”
“Whatever,” she mumbles as she grabs her bag and starts to walk away. “I shouldn’t have to dig through your shit to get my stuff back.”
Trix has been pissy ever since she showed up at the mall. I know she planned to study for finals all day, but I needed her with me. After spending the last hour with Blake, I needed my best friend. I could’ve gone back to our dorm room, but the mall seemed like a better idea to me. I also needed a little retail therapy. Not that it helps me forget, but I just needed the time away from my life. It took a lot of pleading on my part, but she finally gave in and came shopping with me.
“You wear my stuff all the damn time,” I point out, motioning toward the shoes she has on her feet at this moment.
“Yeah, but I put them back in your closet when I’m done,” she says, not bothering to even turn around and look at me.
Following behind Trix, my phone beeps. A shiver of fear runs up my spine as I pull it out and see that I have a text from Blake. Knowing I have no choice, I open it and read what the motherfucker has to say this time.
Same place, same time. Next week.
Flashes of his hands on my body fill my mind, and I have to pull in a deep breath to keep from vomiting again. It takes everything in me not to text back and tell him to fuck off, but the thought of my sister’s tears keeps me from doing it.
As always, I respond.
I’ll be there.
My phone dings again, but I ignore it, lost in my thoughts. How the hell did we end up here? Alex living with a monster, carrying his child. Me, well, I’ve turned into the same monster’s whore. Every time I go to him, I lose a little more of myself. At this point, I feel like a shell of the girl I used to be, a worthless shell at that.
“What the fuck is wrong with you?” Trix asks, drawing me from the dark memories. “Who just texted you?”
I shake my head and shove my phone back into my pocket. “It’s nothing.”
My best friend grabs my arm, forcing me to look at her. “Addy, I know something is going on. You’ve been different lately, and I want to know why.”
“Nothing’s going on with me, not really.” I lie to my best friend, doing my best to look everywhere but in her eyes. “I’ve just got a lot of shit on my mind. I’m stressed about finals next week and getting ready for graduation.”
She stares at me for a second before letting go of my arm. “You’re lying to me, Addy. You’ve been acting weird all year, ever since you came back from your sister’s wedding. You jump every time you get a text and keep disappearing without a word.”
