“Kind of?” There was something to be said about a bitch getting possessive over him. Erin showed such raw emotion for him, bared tooth and claw to lay down rights over him. That knowledge gripped him so hard he almost couldn’t breathe.

She sucked in a breath and her jacket parted, giving him a hint of those beautiful breasts. He couldn’t wait to bury his face in them.

“You made me think that you wanted me.” She ran her teeth over her lower lip and looked at him with a hooded gaze.

He loved how her lashes fluttered over her dark eyes.

“Good.” He grabbed her arm, yanking her to him. It didn’t bother his injuries a bit when she collapsed against him. The pain was nothing compared to the excitement pumping in his heart. “I’ve never had a bitch fight for me before.”

“There was no fight,” Rosa pointed out.

“But she would have fought for me.” Which was good enough for him.

Erin licked her lips, meeting his gaze. “Were you going to take me outside?” she whispered.

Rosa cocked her head, her ears obviously tickled by Erin whispering. She looked down at her hands quickly when he glanced at her. He wrapped his arm around Erin.

“We’ll be out front chatting for a bit,” he told Rosa, ignoring her prying stare.

She nodded, more than likely feeling a bit left out, but she’d get over it. Rosa and Moira had both teased him that the first day after being smacked upside the head by the car, he’d repeatedly called out for Erin. If anything, he probably should be grateful his cousin didn’t unload the embarrassing story to Erin and elaborate on it. He wouldn’t be surprised a bit if she called Moira the second he left the den.

That thought brought him pause. He opened the door but then looked at Rosa.

“Don’t call anyone and tell them she’s here.”

“Okay.” If she was disappointed about keeping the news secret, she gave no indication.

“I feel like I’m the bad guy or something,” Erin muttered when he closed the den door.

“Why in the world would you feel that way?” He slipped his hand over hers, interlocking their fingers.

“Because you had to tell your cousin not to call anyone, like it’s a crime for me to be here.”

“There’s no crime.” He squeezed her hand. “I’m glad you’re here.”

Happiness smelled damned good on her.

“I wanted to come sooner. How badly were you hurt?”

“I don’t remember a lot after chasing Moira’s car. I think I got off better than the car, from what I hear.” He wanted to make light of it.

She shook her head, not convinced. “Their car went off the road. It looked like you took out the whole front half of their car, but honestly, we didn’t wait to find out.

Maybe we should have.”

“They had more of their pack on the way.” Most of the facts had been given to him later. “No one died. And you did the right thing getting back into your own territory.”

“We stopped and got you.” She shivered, and he didn’t think it was from the cold.

“I held you in my arms until they took you away from me.”

There were no tears when she looked up at him. He brushed her hair with his palm, loving how silky it felt. She’d had years of learning how to hide her pain, but when her emotions shone through, they made her glow. He rubbed his thumb against her chin, feeling her pain and frustration over not being able to see him sooner.

“There was never any worry that I’d broken my neck or spine. But a few ribs got busted up and I broke my arm.” He held it out for her inspection.

Immediately Erin let go of his hand, turning to face him and taking the arm he held out for her. She didn’t look up at him but brushed her fingers over his flesh. He hadn’t bothered with a coat when coming outside, and her touch sent fire rushing inside him.

Hell, he didn’t even need the shirt. Standing before her with her hands on him had him burning with need.

“It seems to be mending okay,” she said, now running her fingers over his shoulders and then down his chest. “All cuts healed okay? You were bleeding everywhere.”

“I think I’m going to live.” Her sudden maternal instincts amused him.

She fussed over him like his wounds were fresh instead of three days old and almost healed. Erin tugged at his shirt and then raised it, exposing his chest. She inspected him with meticulous detail, finding every wound and gently touching the scars that would fade with time.

“This one was close.” Her fingertips brushed over puckered flesh next to his left nipple.

“I’m not human, little bitch. None of the wounds were life-threatening.” He kept his arms at his side, allowing her time to go over his body. Hell, she could take all night if she wanted. He endured the pain of his cock throbbing in his jeans while she stroked and caressed his flesh.

“I know you’re not human,” she said, laughing, but when she looked up at him, her expression sobered. Her scent wrapped around him, so full of concern and compassion that his heart swelled to his throat. Her fingers delicately ran over the deep scar that was so close to his heart and would take the longest to heal. “I just…well, I wished I could have been here to take care of you,” she said, her voice dropping to a whisper with her final words.

“You could take care of me now.” He cupped either side of her face, holding her still and nibbling her upper lip.

Her fingers stretched over his bare chest and her palms pressed into his flesh. Her hands were so hot she could brand her touch into him. He pushed his tongue between her lips and she sucked him in. Their tongues danced around each other. He pressed deeper, exploring her moist heat. She tasted rich and sweet, tempting him with flavors and suggestions of what else her hot little mouth could do.

Juan ran his hands down the side of her head to her shoulders. He pulled his mouth from hers, looking down at her swollen, moist lips, the way her lashes fluttered over her eyes and the flushed, sensual glow on her face.

“I need inside you, now,” he told her, meaning it more than he could put in words.

She nodded, her lashes fluttering over glazed eyes. “Yes. Where? How?” Words weren’t coming to her any easier than they were to him.

He led her farther away from his den, into the surrounding woods and away from the road. It was cold out—almost bitterly so. In spite of the heat she’d created inside him, muscles cramped, fighting off the chill. She’d immediately wrapped her arms around her waist, leaning into him while they stepped over fallen branches and through thick grass. A cold wind attacked them.

“Let me move some large branches,” she suggested. “I could make us a small, makeshift den.”

“I have a better idea.” He turned her to face him and then ran his hands down her arms until he reached the end of her sweater. “Take this off.”

“I meant the branches would block the wind. We would be warmer.”

“We would be even warmer in our fur,” he said, lifting her sweater over her breasts.

She raised her arms and he pulled it from her and dropped it to the ground. The large support bra she wore barely contained her full, plump breasts. They swelled over the silky white material, and the wires underneath cupped them together, creating cleavage worth drooling over. He smacked his lips in appreciation.

“I want to undress you too,” she said, her voice quavering. “Are you still tender?”

There was no way he’d tell her he was, no matter the amount of pain. “Take all of my clothes off, babe,” he told her in a slow drawl.

She grinned, her black hair falling down her body. Her white bra glowed against her skin, and he leaned over, burying his face in her cleavage and breathing in her scent.

Erin pulled his shirt up his back and tugged while he straightened his arms and let her yank it from his body. His injuries had healed quickly over the past days but were still tender. He bit his lip, keeping his face buried in her breasts while she fumbled between them until she found the button to his jeans.

Since he hadn’t bothered with shoes before coming outside, pulling his jeans down his legs and stepping out of them was no problem. He didn’t want her exploring the fresh scars down his legs. They would be ugly for a week or so. Her fingers brushing over his skin was enough distraction to ignore the pain. If she saw the deep purple gashes on his flesh, she’d have a fit, and right now he’d rather have her crying out in passion than in concern over his body.

When her fingers brushed dangerously close to the largest of wounds, he reached around her, releasing her bra. Erin’s large breasts were freed. He dropped the bra and squeezed the plump flesh, attacking a nipple like a starved pup.

He marched in place, forcing his jeans to fall down his legs and then stepped out of them. Erin had the most perfect breasts—any werewolf’s dream. He could bury his face in them and feast on them for hours. Liquid fire burned inside him, filling his cock and making it swell. The growing pressure throbbed through his groin, pulsating inside him until every inch of him was swollen and hard.

She wiggled against him, struggling to get out of her jeans. “Don’t stop,” she murmured, placing her hand on the back of his head and holding him to her breasts.

“I don’t plan on it,” he said, and nibbled on her nipple until it was as hard as his cock.

She cried out, arching into him. A cruel breeze attacked his flesh, and Erin shook uncontrollably against him.

“Change now,” he told her, lifting his face to hers.

Her cheekbones pressed against his palms, changing and altering. She stared at him with dark eyes that turned silver while he watched—a beautiful, stunning color. And her eyes changed shape too. Getting wider, more almond-shaped, they captivated him and pulled him into her soul.

The intense rush of the change took over, hard pain that quickly turned into something more beautiful, more pure and simple than anything his human body could master.

He let go of her face. His arms no longer would extend to hold her that way. But he didn’t look away as his vision changed. He couldn’t. It was as if they transformed together, moved and shifted and altered their existence as one. Transforming from human to werewolf was a cleansing act. It gave him strength, power and a dominating sense of control that ran inside his blood. Changing with Erin, becoming more whole, bonded them in a way he hadn’t expected.

Juan fell to all fours, howling from the hard drive of blood flow that attacked his senses. The cold night now felt good, clung to his coat, cleansing his body while the change cleansed his soul.

Erin’s thick, long black coat hung like a royal robe almost to the ground. Her paws were dainty and her body petite compared to his. Granted, if another werewolf approached her they would be wary and would give respect to a deadly female of the Malta pack.

But she was beautiful. Her regal nose was slender and her cheekbones high.

Almond-shaped eyes glowed silver as she watched him warily. Her senses were heightened, and her nose twitched adorably as she sniffed the air, learning his mood.

Her scent made him wild. It was erotic, sweet and rich. The mountain breeze lifted her coat, fanning it over the ground in a sensual motion. He leapt on her, taking her down.

Erin growled at him, twisting under his weight. Her growl was like music, tempting him, calling out the most primal side of his existence. Her movement wasn’t to escape. He didn’t smell fear. Not at all. She smelled of lust, so rich and intoxicating it made him wild.

Fucking you like this will bond us, mate us for life, little bitch.
He growled his warning, lowering his head and sniffing her.

She spread her legs, offering her belly and everything else she had to give him. The fur between her legs was damp, coated with her come. He lapped at it and she collapsed further, spreading her legs wide while leaning her head back. Her panting increased with each stroke of his tongue.

Her pussy swelled, seeping with moisture, hot and ready for him. He dipped his tongue into her, pushing the sensitive, soaked flesh. She was tight, so damned fucking tight. His cock got so hard he couldn’t breathe. The ground tilted underneath him as all oxygen left his brain. It would feel so damned good to be inside her. He parted her with his tongue and entered her heat. Soaked muscles constricted around him, pulling him in deeper.

Erin bucked under his attention, yelping as she squirmed on the ground. Juan answered to the most carnal side of his being. He moved his paws on either side of her, holding her lower half so that she couldn’t move from him. Erin was his bitch.

Although his human side lingered, drifting through his conscious mind and reminding him of laws and dens and packs who might have a say in that, the animal side of him dominated at the moment.

He would fight and kill for Erin. No one would touch or hurt her. No matter what any werewolf might say, this bitch was part of his den now—a den of two. Her scent mixed with his, clung to his fur, lingered in his mouth as he lapped at her come.

Juan explored her small entrance, pushing his tongue in deeper and then pulling out and stroking her swollen flesh while she quivered underneath him. His cock hung heavily, swollen and throbbing.

She quivered and then kicked him as her body convulsed. He swore his heart had relocated and pounded angrily between his legs.

That’s it. Come for me, little bitch.
He growled, unable to form the words he craved to say.

Erin exploded, soaking the fur on his face. She screamed, fighting underneath him.

But he wasn’t done with her. He was twice her size—there was no way Erin could budge him. He held her in place until her body quit convulsing. The air around them dripped with the musky headiness of her orgasm. It intoxicated him, drove him to keep control of the situation.

Lifting his head, he watched through blurred vision as she relaxed. Slowly she lifted her head, looking up at him. Her submission was complete. Silver eyes glowed in the darkness, staring up at him. She opened her mouth and started panting. Long white teeth pressed against her lips, sharp and beautiful. Never had he seen her look more appealing.
