"Is Hank single by any chance," she asked,
thinking of her landlady's remarks the day before.

Tony grinned at her as he pulled his t-shirt over his
head and spoiled her view. "Why? Do you have an urge to take three
firefighters at once?"

Rachel's eyes went wide. The suggestion certainly gave
her pause for thought. Her heart raced in her chest, but she decided she'd
better not appear too eager. At least not yet. "I happen to know someone
who fancies Hank. That's all," she said.

She kissed Tony and Sven goodbye and headed back home.
There would have been more of a spring in her step had it not been for the
pleasant ache between her legs.

Mrs. Taft was right. Living across the street from the
