Jennifer whimpered.
Her ass felt like it was on fire and she wasn't sure how much more she could
take. And then, suddenly, he was done and his hands were on her hips, his knee
nudging her legs apart. She felt his tip enter her and then his grip shifted.
One hand palmed a breast while the other splayed across her stomach.
“Up.”
Gentle pressure
told her to stand as much as the single word did. Even as she was
straightening, Philip snapped his hips, driving up into her. Jennifer moaned as
he lifted her off of her feet. The cry became a breathless wail as Philip
dropped the hand on her stomach, his fingers quickly finding her pulsing clit.
Those fingers began to rub with a firm, circular motion as his other fingers
tugged on her nipple.
He gave her no
relief, manipulating her increasingly sensitized flesh with profound skill. One
orgasm rolled into the next without respite, a never-ending wave of pleasure
intensified by the hot pain from her abused ass and the growing overstimulation
of her clit. The force of his thrusts never waned, never faltered, each one
driving to the end of her and then dragging back over her g-spot.
Time had no
meaning. Logic told her that it was still the same day, but the room was dark
and she felt as if they'd been doing this for hours, their bodies merging as
one until she wasn't sure where one ended and the other began. Her legs had
given out long ago and she leaned back against Philip's chest, letting him bear
her weight. She could feel in her back where his heart pounded against his
chest.
“One more time.”
Philip breathed in her ear.
Jennifer tried to
shake her head, but couldn't manage more than a bobble. Her body was limp,
completely wrung out. It took all of her energy just to keep her eyes open. Her
sex was throbbing, her clit swollen and tender. She'd be willing to bet it was
visible now, red and slick with the juices flowing down her legs.
“One more.” Philip
repeated, his voice taking on a coaxing tone. He pressed his lips against the
crook of her neck and scraped his teeth over the sensitive skin. Jennifer
moaned, the sound weak and cracked. She doubted she was going to have much of a
voice in the morning.
“Come on, baby,”
Philip murmured. “Cum for me.”
The tip of his
index finger unerringly found its target, ghosting over the top of her clit.
His teeth sank into her soft flesh. His cock bottomed out, the tip bumping
against the end of her.
The last thing Jennifer remembered before she passed out in ecstasy was that
Philip was saying her name softly as he stiffened, his cock emptying inside
her.
The world was still
hazy when she woke up, her body tingling as if every cell had been scrubbed
clean and was bright and fresh and new. Her entrance was pulsing as blood
coursed through her body, the feeling that only sensory overload could
accomplish.
“Welcome back.”
An amused voice
spoke in her ear as she became aware of her surroundings. She was lying under
the cool silk sheets on Philip's bed and he was behind her. His arms were
around her, her body tucked against his as if they were two pieces of the same
puzzle. She could feel his now-soft cock against her still tender ass.
“How long was I
out?” Jennifer couldn't muster the strength to be embarrassed. Her voice was as
rough as she'd feared.
“About fifteen
minutes,” Philip answered. “I'm just surprised you didn't fall asleep.”
“Well, I am tired.”
Jennifer admitted. “It's been an eventful couple weeks.”
“That is has,”
Philip agreed. His fingers traced lazy patterns on her arm. “Why don't we both
try to get some sleep. In a couple of hours, we'll get something to eat, maybe
go for a dip.”
“Maybe show me your
sex room?” Jennifer couldn't resist teasing a little.
“Maybe.” Philip
laughed, an easy sound that made Jennifer's pulse spike. “There's no rush.”
She let herself
relax back against him and closed her eyes.
“Jennifer.”
Philip's voice was soft.
“Yes?” She murmured.
She was getting sleepy.
“I love you.”
Her eyes flew open
and she rolled over to face him, careful not to jar her arm. It was aching more
than she wanted him to know.
“I think I have for
a while, I just couldn't admit it to myself. But I'm not scared anymore,” he
continued. Their eyes locked and the depth of emotion written in those green
depths took Jennifer's breath away. “I love you, and I'm going to do everything
in my power to protect you, take care of you, and let you know every day just
how special you are and how lucky I am to have you.”
Jennifer placed her
hand on Philip's cheek. “I love you too. And for the first time in a long time,
I'm also not afraid to say those words. You make me feel safe and no one's ever
done that for me. I'm going to love you with everything I am and not let anyone
hurt you again.”
He drew her to him,
their mouths coming together in a slow, sweet kiss. Their bodies were still
pressed against each other, their lips slowly moving, dancing, as sleep claimed
them.
The sun was shining softly, slightly hidden behind wispy
clouds. I was sitting on the deck of Uncle Andy’s ranch – actually my ranch
now, since he had left it to me in his will along with his investments. It was
a very warm evening, but I was comfortable in my light cotton dress, my hair
loose around my shoulders and blowing gently in the breeze.
It was a perfect evening, the third I was spending sitting
outside and working on my novel. I’d scrapped my first novel and was beginning
a new one, writing out scenes and snippets of inspiration in a gorgeous
leather-bound notebook. It was the perfect place to work; quiet and undisturbed
unless you counted the rustle of leaves in the wind and the scent of ripening
apples drifting up from the orchard beneath.
It was six months after the incident with the gunman. It had
all blown over as Mathis promised it would, with the crime boss and other key
members of the group safely behind bars. Since then, I had handed in my
resignation at my job and decided to concentrate my energies on learning to
take care of Uncle Andy’s investments and working on my novel. I’d given back
the money Mathis had sent me, and we had resumed our lessons, although most of
them were now held sitting cozily at my kitchen table or curled up on Mathis’
couch with a cup of coffee.
Life had been non-stop since the incident. Mathis and I
became an item, and I had to deal with the amazement of my colleagues and the
excitement of Sharon, not to mention a lot of attention from the public – the
fact that the notorious womanizer had a steady relationship was all over the
tabloids. Mathis and I both put on brave faces and weathered the storm.
I was also working hard as Sharon’s wedding planner. Ryan had
finally proposed to her, and she named me Maid of Honor, meaning that I was
dragged with her to every bakery, venue and dress shop in town, not to mention
some which took an hour to get to, because she wanted to make sure she had the
wedding to end all weddings. I had to admit it was pretty fun.
At some point during all the excitement and activity, Mathis
and I decided we needed a break. I had already handed in my resignation, and
Mathis had organized most of the work for his company to be taken over by some
of his more trusted employees. Just a week after we made the decision, we found
ourselves on the doorstep of the house where we first met and fell in love.
With a few months of peace and relaxation in front of us, we were excited to be
together, catching up on lost time.

I heard the door onto the deck open, and smiled as I saw
Mathis’ broad form striding towards me. He was casually clad in a T-shirt and
shorts, but just looking at him still made my heart do a flip in my chest.
“Sorry, I don’t want to disturb your work,” he said.
“It’s fine,” I said, smiling wider and closing my notebook.
“I like it when you disturb my work.”
“Me too,” he said. He bent down and gave me a long, sweet
kiss. I moved over so he could sit next to me and snuggled into him as he put
his arm around me. We sat for a few moments, enjoying the evening sunlight,
before Mathis spoke.
“I thought we could take the boat out on the lake tonight,”
he said.
“Is it ready?” I asked, surprised. The boat hadn’t been used
for a long time, and Mathis had taken it upon himself to see to some repairs. I
hadn’t thought it would be ready until near the end of our stay.
“I’ve been working hard,” he grinned. “It was a good boat,
and your uncle took good care of it. So, how about it?”
“Sounds perfect,” I said. It had been many years since I had
been out on the lake, but it was one of my favorite memories from childhood,
especially when Mathis and I took it out as teenagers.
“Let’s go inside and pick out some wine from the cellar, and
pack a picnic basket for dinner,” he suggested.
“Mmm, you’ve thought of everything,” I said.
“It’s my favorite hobby, thinking about you,” Mathis teased.
He kissed me again, and for a minute I was tempted to forego the boat trip and
have a night in – we’d been spending a lot of time being lazy, lying in late
into the morning, taking time to explore each other and enjoy ourselves.
I took my notebook into the house and we set about getting
supplies. I enjoyed the domestic feeling of doing things with Mathis and
sharing the same living space as him. A few months wasn’t long enough for me to
be with Mathis, performing simple tasks together and being in each other’s
company. I was greedy – I wanted moments like this to last forever, not having
to think or worry about the rest of the world.
We carried the hamper of light food and the wine down to the
lake where the boat was sitting, a fresh coat of paint making it look as good
as new.
I smiled at the name around the hull of the boat.
“The Fairy Queen,” I read, raising an eyebrow at Mathis.
“For the time you took me into the forest and bewitched me,”
Mathis said with a wicked smile.
“She looks amazing,” I said.
“She sure does,” Mathis responded with a grin, looking at me
intently.
We loaded the food into the boat, and then pushed it out onto
the lake. The evening was still warm, but it was cooler on the still water.
Mathis took us slowly out into the center, and I smiled as I remembered all the
other times we had been out here.
“Remember the time when Uncle Andy pushed you into the
water?” I asked Mathis with a grin. “He said you were being too cheeky with me
and you’d have to swim home unless you learned how to behave in front of a
lady.”
“I remember,” Mathis laughed. “I thought he was joking, but
he pushed me in when I said you weren’t a lady.”
I laughed until tears came to my eyes remembering the scene.
“I won’t make the same mistake twice,” Mathis laughed, and I
loved the way his eyes crinkled as he smiled at me, no sign of cares or fears
in his expression. “I’ll make sure to treat you like the most precious treasure
in the world. Where to, my lady?”
“Let’s go over to the other shore,” I suggested. “There’s a
meadow where we can sit and eat.”
Mathis obediently rowed us over to the meadow, where I had
run and laughed and played hundreds of times before. Uncle Andy and I would
always go there to play soccer or baseball. Now, Mathis spread a blanket for us
to sit on, and poured the chilled wine into glasses.
As we sipped and ate, we talked about nothing and everything.
There were so many memories here to make us think back to that summer when we
had met. Mathis talked about old friends, places he wanted to take me, reckless
things he’d done as a teenager and what his life had been like up until the
moment he had met me again.
“Ever since your uncle sent me away from you, I knew that you
were special,” he said. “I applied myself twice as hard to my work, hoping that
one day Andy would say, “Okay, you’re worthy enough to see her again now.” I
remembered your smile every single night before I went to bed, and I worked
every day towards the time when I would get to see you again.
“All through my life, it was like there was something
missing. None of the women I knew could intrigue me the way that little slip of
a girl with the big imagination had back at the ranch. At one point, I thought
there might be something wrong with me being unable to get over the memory of
that young girl.”
“Maybe there
is
something wrong with you,” I joked.
“Very funny.” Mathis rolled his eyes. “You know, the day you
came back into my life, I was terrified. I was afraid to let myself get close
to you, knowing that I couldn’t have you. That’s why I was so cold to you – I
couldn’t let you see how afraid I was.”
“I was scared of
you
,” I confessed. “I wondered where
the person I’d known had gone.”
“It’s a good thing you found him again.” Mathis grinned.
“You’ve woken parts of me I forgot even existed. I feel like a good person with
you in my life. I never want to let you go again.”
“Me neither,” I whispered.
Mathis leaned over to get something else out of the hamper. I
looked at my wine glass. I guess it was a little empty. When my eyes focused
back on Mathis, my eyes widened. I watched, shocked, as Mathis opened a little
box revealing a beautiful delicate ring. Little fronds of white gold cradled
the diamond like leaves curling around a flower. I looked from the ring back up
at Mathis, and his eyes locked on mine.
“Amanda, I love you, and I never want to be without you
again. Will you stay with me forever?”
My heart felt like it was doing a marathon, and joy quickly
overwhelmed me.
I didn’t hesitate. “Yes!” I said. “Yes, yes, yes!”
Mathis laughed with a look of relief, took the ring out of
the box, and slipped it gently onto my finger.
I don’t think I’ll ever been as happy in my entire life. My
entire body was light, and I could have run a hundred miles simply on the
feeling of joy which was radiating through me.
“I want to give you your fairytale ending,” Mathis said,
looking at me with a warm smile. “I promise you that I’ll keep you safe and
happy for ever after, my Fairy Queen.”
