Rock hard and ready to go, a hand on each knee Oscar forced Katy’s legs apart. Positioning himself between them, he knew he was closer to the area he longed to bury his erection in.
Rhythmically working his hard-on, Katy became aware her dress was being inched up her thighs to her waist. She was exposed to the breeze of the night air on her legs. Oscar’s firm hands gradually climbed between her inner thighs. Slow, deliberate, his thumbs massaging her toned thighs, her knees tried shutting as he brushed by her cotton briefs. Solid and firm, in their current position she was unable to take control of the course of events. She whimpered as Oscar’s right thumb, pressed against the crotch of her panties. Already damp, his exploratory thumb encouraged yet another burst of wetness between her legs.
Left hand secured high on the front of her right thigh, he let his thumb work under the elastic material of her briefs. Immediate contact with the area had him stroking the slippery parting of her lips. When he located her bud and circled firmly, he was pleased to see her head drop back and legs widen of their own accord.
Sensing she was primed, while continuing to stimulate her nub, his left hand went to her chest to push her flat on the bonnet of the white Ferrari. It would’ve been difficult to contend with his unmovable palm had she wanted to resist, but all Katy wanted was to secure the perfect end to the perfect day. Laying flat, malleable in his hands, he was forced to push her panties to one side in order to grab her waist to drag her to the edge of the car bonnet.
Lifting the dress higher, he kissed her flat stomach, laying his head across it to tantalize all active senses. Returning to a state of attention, Katy was unsure how much longer she could wait. The round head of his erection, rubbed between her plump lips and over the already excited clit. One hand on her tummy, his other on his cock, he pressed at the entrance of Katy’s slit.
Bearing down, eager to enter, he guided his helmet in, savoring her gasp at how it stretched her at the point of penetration. He paused for a minute as he inserted himself inch by inch. The delaying tactics were more for her sake than his. Failure to exercise any self control and he’d be rough and ready, climaxing instantly so immense was his lust for her.
Oscar knew, however confident or contradictory, she was a young woman. It was important he injected love into the encounter alongside the sexual elements. His full length inside, he was pleased to feel the lips guarding her entrance resting on his pubic base. Gently he began sliding in and out, pulling out his full length and then smoothly replanting it inside her.
With only a long-term high school romance and a few failed attempts at university to generate a permanent relationship, Katy wasn’t overly experienced sexually. Oscar’s size shocked her, but the coasting sensation, rhythmic and smooth, had her relaxing to enjoy the experience with the older man. As her whimpering faded, content with the lubrication, Oscar maintained his pace, letting his thumb return to the sensitive bud which had been on the brink of emitting electric tingles throughout her body earlier as he’d caressed it.
Her audible response to the attention had him powering further inside her to encourage louder moans. The forceful shaft had her hips bucking to accommodate the length driving into her. As his thumb was lost in the saturation of her flowing juices, the various patterns he traced on and around her bud were driving her to a state of sexual delirium. Concentrating solely on her orgasm, his thumb pressed firmly to her nub.
Katy began to grind and gyrate her hips so her clit was touched to her personal preferences. Oscar’s rapidly building pace and probing shaft in combination with the varying strokes of her bud took Katy over the edge.
Crying out loud, she shocked herself at the power of the orgasm. She bucked wildly and the spasms and shudders enveloping her body were strong enough to affect Oscar’s shaft, plunged inside her. The quivering, the raised goose flesh of her skin and her calling his name unremittingly, bought Oscar to his own climax. It had been too long. The peak was painful as he released his pent up load inside Katy.
Awash with a satiated sexual appetite and a strong feeling of mutual love, Katy remained flat on the bonnet of the car catching her breath, as Oscar did the same resting his head on her cleavage. Whether it was seconds or minutes that passed, the two recovered at the same time; Katy sitting up and Oscar standing. Legs parted, with the prime British stallion remaining grounded between her legs, time slowed in order for them to assess how to free themselves.
Taking her mouth with a lazy kiss, as Katy let his luscious lips fuse with hers, he stepped back to help her down from the bonnet of the car. Their shared dislike of silence and compulsion to gabble at any given conversational break had temporarily departed them.
Oscar led Katy the two flights of stairs to her landing. Their arms pulled in different directions and Katy realized Oscar had chosen to sleep in a double room on the same floor as she. Amused and acknowledging the potential for power play, Katy relented and ambled into Oscar’s room to sleep soundly.
Chapter Thirteen
Messing up breakfast yesterday was excusable. To fail stupendously two days in a row, particularly as it was Sunday and especially after the magnificence that was last night would be disastrous. Hiring someone out to help with the housekeeping side of the weekend break would’ve made life easier, but Oscar had been determined to keep it private between the two of them.
It would not reflect well in his favor if he wasn’t capable of feeding his guest. When he awoke, he showered, prepared a shopping list, scribbled a note to Katy should she wake in his absence and grabbed the car keys to head out.
The car was infinitely faster than his out of shape jogging condition. Renowned for its wealth, the shops in the area catered to the needs of the rich and hungry, providing a vast range of breakfast delicacies. Collecting the items from the shops, Katy remained in deep sleep when he returned. Argumentative, confident, dominant, opinionated and bloody-minded, Oscar had liked Katy from the minute she opened her mouth at the Rose Bar.
Seeing her as an equal and potential friend, he hadn’t initially thought he would be physically attracted to the girl. It was the little things that made her more human, more accessible, more open that exposed all facets of her beguiling personality. The undignified entrance to the Rose Bar followed by her smashing a glass on the roof terrace. Her vulnerability as a migraine sufferer.
Her sheer amazement at the view of Central Park. Childishly slamming the door to prove a point then retracting it just as quickly. Her occasional lack of grace, losing buttons from clothes and balance on beds. Maintaining poise and patience by accepting four-hour phone conversations. Taking time off work, enduring his musical tastes and suffering an eternally boring set of keen well-to-do people happy to get their hands on Oscar’s power and wealth.
Her bravery at competitively taking to water-sports. On a higher level, sharing her Hampton humiliation from the cruel women shunning her at the charity barbeque.
Whether or not she knew it, Katy’s actions and reactions, behavior and responses in these minor irrelevant mundane daily incidents made her transparent. Oscar could see the real woman and after thirty-five years he actually believed he’d found a person he wanted to share his life with. Their bodies had attuned with one another as they made love. Connecting deeply and bonding immediately, he couldn’t actually imagine a life without her.
Whether she felt the same he wasn’t sure. Mishaps were what knocked her guard down to reveal the real Katy Morgan. It wouldn’t be fair to orchestrate one to enable him to pose the question of her feelings towards him to calm his insecurities. She was younger, but together he didn’t feel the age difference. They tempered one another. Katy gave him the vim, vigor, curiosity and open mindedness only the young embrace without question.
Oscar, on the other hand, calmed her, steadied her, slowed her and challenged her to think realistically, rationally and reasonably as how to achieve the high standards she set herself.
Cursing his lovelorn antics, he put his culinary skills to the test to tempt Katy to take a step closer to him.
Waking and missing Oscar’s warm arms that had cradled her through the night, Katy threw on the one item of clothing that wasn’t designer. Scuttling down the steps in her oversized New York Knicks basketball top which doubled as her nightie, she was keen to know what lay ahead.
The sight of Oscar in his conservative casual uniform of preppy shorts and polo shirt, with an apron tied round him as he juggled and changed frying pans on the cap of the stove should have consumed her with mirth. The smell of pancakes, fresh fruit, bacon, french bread, toasted muffins, scrambled eggs and other delights, presented as appetizingly as they smelled, stupefied her in admiration.
‘You’re a dark horse.’
‘Not at all. It’s a side you’ve never seen. I can’t cook at the Four Seasons. Besides cooking’s only fun if you can share it with others.’
‘Yes but you’ve made a feast. How are we going to get through it?’
‘You managed all right with the pizzas.’
‘Shut up!’ she said, poking her tongue out.
Oscar smiled inwardly, sex hadn’t changed the electric dynamic between the them.
‘Leftovers we can have tomorrow, but it’s lazy Sunday. There’s nothing to do other than eat, read, sleep and—,’
‘—Sun-bake, swim and have sex,’ completed Katy.
‘Really? Lazy sex I can manage but swimming?’ asked Oscar.
Perhaps his age was showing. Relaxing and recuperating was what he sought after the non-stop pace of yesterday.
Luring Oscar onto the patio that led directly to the sand and sea, Katy was pleased with her efforts. Her desire for the outdoors had more to do with showing off in her leopard print D&G swimsuit than topping up her tan. It certainly forced Oscar to neglect his Sunday papers to chat as she sunbathed. Splashing into the private area of beach to cool off, she saw Oscar drop his novel to get a complete view of her parading in the saucy swimwear.
In essence, the weekend was perfect. There was nothing to report to work. John taking her off the case or permitting her to pursue it from another angle would be a blessing. Oscar was far too precious to risk losing for one article in a Saturday supplement. Coming clean to Oscar regarding how she conned the screening process of Exclusive Love was not what Katy wanted to focus on presently.
Climbing up to the blanket, spread out on the sand and grass, Oscar’s lip curling into a half-smile gave her butterflies. He lowered his Prada sunglasses.
‘How do you fancy going out tonight?’
‘On lazy Sunday?’
‘I know and I know it’s inconvenient and not at all what I had planned for tonight, but I’ve had a text from an old school friend. He’s spent his weekend test driving, or test sailing, his new yacht. He’s managed to make it to the marina and asked if I fancied having dinner. Knowing how lonely and starved of company I’ve been, it’s a kind gesture. Also having not seen him for a good few years since he came to work here full time it’s an opportunity to catch up.
‘Plus and feel free to tell me to slow down until we establish feelings and boundaries, it might be nice for you to start meeting my friends if we’re intending on spending a lot of time together. I’ll be straight. For those reasons I’m disinclined to say no, but if you’re too tired, we can stay in. It’s not a problem.’
Waving her hands and shaking her head Katy was insistent they should go, but recommended Oscar check with his friends she was welcome.
‘If you weren’t welcome I wouldn’t go.’
‘I know, but it’s rude to turn up uninvited for dinner with a ‘plus one’. What if they didn’t have enough food? Or what if they’ve arranged to set you up on a date? How awkward would that be?’
‘It’s not really Rupert’s style but if it’ll make you happier I’ll call.’
‘It would.’
Mooring bay number and time confirmed, the couple accepted the end of lazy Sunday to prepare for the visit. Knowing the worst was behind her, Katy relaxed, secure the conflict of business and pleasure was obliterated. Oscar’s down to earth attitude and unwillingness to flaunt his money or lifestyle made him a dull subject for an article. The thick web of pervading thoughts had blown away. Confident in Oscar’s choice of friends, Katy could now enjoy dressing to impress.
Taking hours to refine her look, she declined the stairs for a grand entrance. Awaiting Oscar’s praise she was disappointed to see him rattling the keys and jiggling his leg.
‘What’s wrong?’ she asked assertively.
Her question snapped him out of his anxiety. Placing his keys on the antique pine coffee table, he put his cufflinks in.
‘It sounds silly me introducing you as my new girlfriend when I’m thirty-five. I’m too old to be a boyfriend.’
‘Seriously? That’s what’s got you hopping round like a cat on a hot tin roof?’
‘I hate the word partner. Friend would be downright dismissive and disrespectful to you. It sounds as though I’m unwilling to recognize the sexual side of the relationship. Not that my friends ever publicly discuss sex but even so, it’s too vague and lacks commitment. I want us to be solid as a couple.’
‘Flip it on its head. I’m twenty-three. I am a girl. Therefore calling me your girlfriend makes sense. If I was introducing you to my friends and declaring you a boy at thirty-five, by adopting the term boyfriend that might jar or cause a few sniggers.’
‘You think? I’m not sure if that makes me feel better or ten times worse.’
‘Why label me at all? Introduce me as Katy.’
‘But you’re more to me than the name Katy. Old fashioned as it sounds, by going public we are formalizing the relationship. I’d like to do that verbally.’
Melting like a chocolate fondant she knew his stuffy British customs would become her undoing.
‘Call me your girlfriend then,’ she said, planting a kiss on his lips, smearing him with red lipstick.
