Truth or lie?

Lie.

No, truth.

Yes, truth was always better.

"IthinkIbrokeyourXboxbutIdidn'tmeantoIswear," I mumbled in one breath.

Dominic just stared at me for a moment, then slowly set me down onto my feet.

"Move so I can check on her," he growled.

I widened my eyes for two reasons. Firstly, he actually understood my rapid-fire murmur, and secondly he called his Xbox her.

A her!

"It's a machine, not a female," I snorted, but instantly looked down and shut my mouth when Dominic shot me a look that promised painful slaps for my arse if I kept it up.

"Move, Bronagh."

The way he said my name gave me shivers.

"I don't wanna 'cause you will be mad. I didn't mean to do it, I was trying to put my heel on, and I fell on it. It's your fault when you think about it, you're the one who left it on the floor and not up on the unit."

I flicked my eyes up for a second then lowered them back down, his face was red indicating he was pissed.

"I'm overlooking your blame game, because I'm in a rush and don't want our first fight as a couple to be over a machine. Let me check my hard drive, the rest can be replaced but if my hard drive is fucked then I'll probably be charged with murder after my fight tonight."

I snapped my head up and blinked but did as he asked - or told - and stepped aside. I watched as Dominic walked over to his Xbox. He covered his face with his hands and let out a puff of air into them that sounded dangerously close to a whimper.

"Um… Dominic-"

"What the hell did you do to her?" he cut me off.

I played with my fingers. "I told you, I fell on it."

"Ass first?" he asked.

I grunted. "Yeah."

He shook his head. "You're fucking lucky I love that phat ass otherwise I'd chop the thing clean off. It broke my Xbox, it
actually
broke it. Jesus Christ!"

I felt beyond offended for my arse!

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean it. I tripped and fell!"

Dominic cut me a look. "Were you hurt? Is your hand injured further?"

I paused. "Well, no."

He grunted and laughed at the same time. "Right, I forgot, you landed ass first, and I doubt you would feel any impact on that ass."

Well, excuse the fuck out of me!

"I said sorry, what more do you want me to do?" I shouted.

He shook his head. "Nothin you can do, you cracked my hard drive and dented the body cover. It's ruined."

I felt bad and was very sorry, but I was still mad that he wasn't being the least bit understanding.

"Well, I'll take me fat arse out of here where it won't cause any more damage," I snapped and stormed over to collect my shoes.

Dominic rolled his eyes at me so I threw a heel at him, then screamed in anger when he caught it, which he found funny.

"Fine. Keep it, I don't even care, they are Branna's anyway," I snapped and stormed out of the room with my left shoe in my hand and Dominic on my heels.

"I don't know why you're even mad. I'm the one whose baby was just murdered by a phat ass crushing her!"

I turned around when I reached the bottom floor and attacked Dominic with my remaining high heel. He jumped backwards and watched my movements and when I swung for him again he grabbed my arms, and then spun me around so my back was to him and held my arms across my chest like an X. He was careful not to press on my injured hand though, which earned him a point or two.

"Yeah, and you said you wouldn't be able to hold your own against Micah. If you came at her like you do me, that bitch wouldn't have got a hit in!"

I hated him for bringing that fight up. Regardless of what he thought, I wouldn't win a fight with Micah. She was a kickboxer, and I was just someone who attacked her boyfriend when he got too lippy.

"I'm cheerin' for whoever you're fightin' tonight, you big bastard!" I grunted as I struggled to break free of Dominic's hold.

"If I hear anything other than Rampage or Dominic come out of your mouth tonight then your ass is mine when we get home!" he growled in my ear.

My arse would be his…
what the fuck did that mean?

"Hey, don't threaten my baby sister with spankin's you little fucker," I heard Branna's voice snap, then Dominic's yelp in my ear making me wince.

"Hey, put me down right now. Ryder!" I watched as Ryder hauled Branna out of the house, tugging on her dress when it began to ride up.

Kane, Alec and Damien followed suit all laughing in our direction.

"Twenty bucks says she kicks his ass before they leave the house," Kane grinned over his shoulder at me and Dominic.

I growled, "It's twenty Euros not bucks. Eejit!"

Damien hollered with laughter as he closed the door behind himself and the lads. I huffed and puffed to break out of the arms caged around me, but when they wouldn't budge I gave in and sagged back into Dominic, who didn't move an inch.

"You finished with your temper tantrum, sweetie?" he asked, his tone annoyed.

I shrugged. "Give me a minute, I'll get an energy boost from somewhere and scratch your eyes out."

"As amusing as you being a batshit crazy bitch is, can you cut me some slack until
after
my fight? We can go fifty rounds of arguing, and you hitting me then. Okay?"

He made it sound like I abused him!

"No! Let me go. I'm not goin' to your poxy fight. I wanna go home, somewhere you and your stupid fightin' pit, or circle, or whatever that stupid thing is, won't be."

He let go of me, and I stumbled forward. "Fine, fuck off home then. I don't need this bullshit before a fight."

Him and his stupid bloody fight.

"Fuck you, you bloody gobshite!" I growled as I spun around to face him.

His eyes raked over my body in my tight fitting dress and he smirked. I glared at him so hard, holes should have appeared in his head. I turned and stormed out of the house - barefoot - and down the driveway and climbed into the back of the Jeep.

"Drop me home first, I'm not goin' to that stupid fight," I stated and kept my eyes straight ahead after I settled between Alec and Kane, who wouldn't even look at me after I spoke.

Dominic got into the Jeep and since he didn't have a seat, he half-shared with Damien. They were muttering the entire ride to my house, and it pissed me off because I heard Damien say things like 'tell her' and 'she has a right to know what you do' and it was freaking me out.

"Do you want me to-"

"No, it's fine. It's Friday,
Supernatural
is on tonight. I'll watch that before I go to bed," I muttered to Branna after I cut her off then leaned forward and kissed her cheek.

"Touch her, I fucking dare you, bro!" Dominic suddenly growled.

Alec's voice laughed. "I'm not doing anything."

"You're looking at her ass!"

I shuffled out of the car, angrily climbing over Damien and Dominic making them grunt, yelp, and hiss when my knees pressed into sensitive areas.

"It was in my face, what am I supposed to do, be rude and look away?" Alec asked making Kane and Ryder chuckle.

I ignored him and his teasing and took the key Branna held out from her side of the car.

I said goodbye to my sister, gave Dominic the finger, everyone else got a smile then I walked up the garden.

"Jesus, Bronagh, it's freezing, girly! Get your arse inside and into warm clothes!" Mrs. Brown shouted from my right as she exited her house.

I heard chuckles from behind me, but I ignored them.

"Will do, Mrs. Brown." I smiled to her.

I didn't look back as I entered my house and closed the door. I shook myself out, noticing my legs were tingling from the cold. I headed straight upstairs and jumped into a warm shower then got out and changed into my pyjamas. I took my time drying and straightening my hair before I went downstairs, stocked up on ice-cream and cookies, and headed back up to my room.

I turned the station on for Supernatural and dug into my food while I waited for it to come on. When it finally did come up, I lasted only twenty minutes before I turned it off and snuggled under my covers. Good thing I always recorded the episodes.

I lay on my bed tossing and turning and even though I was knackered tired, I still couldn't sleep. It took me a few minutes to realise I was worried about Dominic, and the thought alone made me bolt upright and break out in a sweat.

If I was worried about him getting hurt during his fight, that obviously meant I really cared for him. I groaned then because I knew I more than cared for him. Just thinking about him made my heart race. I knew everyone risked their hearts going into a relationship, but when I really thought about the impact that hurt could have on me, I would just die altogether if it felt as bad as when I lost my parents. I couldn't survive that again, no way.

I shook my head at my train of thought and inwardly kicked myself for thinking so negative. I had to have a positive outlook, things would just be miserable otherwise.

I sighed as I got out of bed and grabbed my phone off my locker.

Is he okay? Did he win his fight?

I went into the bathroom after I hit send and went to the toilet, then came back into my dark room. My phone lit up, and I found myself rushing towards it.

His fight got delayed, he just left the circle now, but yeah he is fine. He won by knockout which isn't surprising since he was mad from your fight from earlier. The lad he was fighting didn't have a chance.

The knowledge that he was okay lifted a weight off my shoulder and gave me some of my stubbornness back.

Whatever. He started it by saying me arse had its own postcode!

Okay, he didn't say that, but he was clearly thinking it after the way he described the damage my arse did to his stupid Xbox.

I tucked my phone under my pillow and climbed back into bed; sleep came very easily then, and not even the sensation from the phone vibrating made me move.

I wasn't fully asleep, but I wasn't awake either, so when I heard the door open, and people talking downstairs I knew Dominic had somehow talked Branna into letting him come back here.

"No, shower first. She will drop kick you if you go in there and get in her bed all sweaty," I heard Branna hiss from outside my door.

I ignored her voice and fell into a deeper sleep that again was disturbed, but this time by arms, legs, and a body entangling itself around me.

"Dominic," I groaned/snapped, "I'm sleepin' here… move over."

He kissed the back of my neck freely because my hair was tied up, and it made me squirm and shudder. I blinked my eyes open and squinted through the darkness. I sighed and rested back against him when I realised he wasn't going to let me go.

"I didn't say your ass had its own postcode," his voice suddenly murmured.

I groaned. "That bitch can't keep anythin' to herself!"

Dominic snorted from behind me.

I sighed. "I was jokin'."

"Hmmm."

I felt his hand slide over my stomach, and I grabbed it, stopping its movements.

"I'm lyin' on my side, any fat that I have just hangs down when l'm on my side, and you aren't touchin' it," I stated through my tired voice.

Dominic groaned from behind me. "Havin' some meat doesn't make you fat, it makes you human."

I inwardly rolled my eyes. "You have like zero fat, so you don't get a say."

"I'm twelve percent body fat and weigh one eighty-eight. The reason I'm so heavy is because muscle is heavier than fat. I train for muscle, so I'm fit and powerful."

I didn't care about any of this.

"Why are you even here? How did you talk Branna into lettin' you come in here?"

He kissed the back of my head and forced his hand around mine and rested it on my stomach. "I told her the truth, that I missed you and just wanted to sleep next to you."

The layer of ice that had formed around my heart because of our fight melted after he finished speaking. I turned around to face him.

"You missed me?" I asked.

He nodded his head in the dark; I couldn't really see him, but the moonlight gave off some of his profile.

"Yeah, babe, I missed you, and I hated that you weren't at my fight. I wanted my good luck kiss," he said and pulled me closer to him.

I snorted. "You won, so you didn't need a good luck kiss from me."

He kissed the tip of my nose. "I'll always need your good luck kisses, pretty girl."

He was undoing me!

"I missed you too, and I'm sorry for breaking your Xbox and for fightin' with you. I didn't mean any of what I said," I said and leaned my head against his.

He stroked my back with his hand. "Me too, I overreacted."

Not really, I broke an expensive machine. He was calmer than I would have been if it were something of mine. Way calmer.

"Let me make it up to you?" I whispered.

I heard him swallow. "How?"

I moved up, pushed him onto his back, and straddled him. He winced, and I frowned and looked down, but I couldn't see a thing so I reached over and flipped on my lamp. I looked back to Dominic and gasped.

His left ribcage was bruised, and his poor face was busted up again.

"I'm getting fed up with them hittin' your face! Why do they always go for the face?" I asked and leaned down to him, placing kisses over his bruised jaw and eyes.

Dominic smiled, and it sent a wave of need through me.

No one had the right to look so stunning with a bruised up face. No one!

I looked down to where I was sitting then slid down until I was straddling Dominic's shins instead of his hips.

"Bronagh," Dominic sat as he leaned up on his elbows and looked at me.

I smiled at him shyly.

"Just tell me what to do? I want to do this," I said.

He looked a little torn, so I frowned. "Please?"

He let out a choked laugh. "Don't beg to suck my cock, babe. You can do it whenever you want, I just want you to be sure that it's what you want to do. I'm always up - pun intended - for your mouth and hands on me, I just want you to be sure that you're doing it because you want to and not because I want you to."
