“What is all of this?”

John laughed, “Well, when I started renovating buildings, I thought I’d have a big construction business, so I went a little overboard ordering marketing materials.

I have like twenty boxes of baseball hats.”

He ripped open a box.

“Pink or yellow?”

He held up two hats.

“Pink, of course.”

I took the hat, pulling my hair through the hole in the back.

“Let’s go grab some food!”

GREENERY

After grabbing a nice greasy breakfast at an all-night diner, the sun was out and shining.

We walked six blocks to a building that looked as if it had been restored to its former glory.

The stone columns in the front looked brand new and the stone had been cleaned, mortar replaced and everything was perfectly sealed.

A bakery had already leased the space and had their equipment inside.

I could see women inside baking and preparing for their grand opening, which the sign said was the following day.

John unlocked a door on the left side of the building and we walked up a flight of stairs.

The upstairs was completely open, with cherry wood floors and stainless steel lights suspended from the ceiling.

The windows facing the street were stained glass, flooding the room with beams of colored light.

“This is beautiful.”

“It’s furnished because it’s my show piece.

I won’t sell it for a while so that I can drum up interest.

Do you want to see the roof?”

“Yes!”

We went to the roof.

The entire surface of the roof was covered in a beautiful green moss.

Flower pots were scattered and in full bloom.

“The roof smells heavenly!”

I said.

“You did all this?”

John laughed, “It smells better than any tar roof, that’s for sure.

And yes, this is my baby.”

John stepped in closer to me, put his arm around my waist and pulled me in.

“Do you like it?”

“I’m impressed,” I answered.

He planted a firm kiss on me.

“Let’s go test out the couch.”

With his hand on my wrist he led me back to the apartment and onto the couch.

“Let’s get these jeans off.”

He undid my pants and slid them off with ease.

I wasn’t going to miss another opportunity to practice my oral skills.

I pushed him up and he stood.

Reaching up, I undid his pants and slid them down just below his ass.

He had a nice firm ass.

I squeezed it for good measure.

Grabbing the shaft, I put my tongue on it, just above his balls and licked my way to the top.

He let out a loud breath.

I slowly put the tip in my mouth and looked up at him.

He’d tilted his head back.

He was enjoying it.

I put his dick in as far as I could, moaning as I did so and stroking the shaft up and down, twisting my hand as I did so.

His knees started to buckle.

He reached down and grabbed my arms, pulling me up.

We stood face to face, his erection poking me in the stomach.

He bent down, reaching in his pocket grabbing a condom, wasting no time putting it on.

He scooped me up, wrapping my legs around him.

I thought he was going to lay us on the couch.

Instead, he reached around guiding himself into me.

All my weight was now pushing me down on him, making the pressure of him inside me greater.

He started bouncing me in the air, so that I was riding him.

My heart was racing and my breath increased.

The feeling was so intense; I locked my fingers behind his neck and held on for dear life.

He increased the rhythm.

I could hardly take it.

John’s legs finally gave in.

He rested my bottom on the arm of the couch and gently pushed my legs down so that my feet were resting on the floor.

The angle made the tip of his dick hit that hard spot inside, the one Olivia had talked about.

I was loud again, screaming and moaning.

John exploded, pushing so hard into me I felt like I might break.

He quivered slightly as he pulled out of me.

“I’m sorry,” he gasped.

“I just couldn’t hold it once you started screaming.”

“Don’t be sorry, that was great.”

“You didn’t have an orgasm,” he pouted.

“I’m extremely exhausted, a little hung over and to be honest, I’m a little sore.

Orgasm or not, that felt incredible.

Don’t be sorry about anything.”

I leaned up and rolled off the couch to my feet.

Sliding on my pants, “this place is really fantastic.”

“Thank you.

I wanted to take you before I showed you the bedroom, so it wasn’t so cheesy and expected.

You have to see this.”

He pulled up his pants and held his hand out.

I took his hand and followed him up a spiral staircase against the far wall.

When we reached the top, I discovered that John had built the bed frame into the room.

The entire bed was a sculpture that had a mattress and box-spring set inside.

“It took me six weeks,” John smiled.

“But it will be here forever.”

“It looks like a tree swallowed a bed.

I love it.”

The whole bedroom overlooked the rest of the apartment.

Each dresser and table had literally been carved into the place.

Everything was built in, tying it into the roof being organic.

“You should let me help you,” I offered.

“Help?

How?

Don’t really see you wearing a tool belt, though that would be sexy.”

He squeezed my but cheek.

“How many of these buildings do you have ready?”

John looked puzzled.

“Why?”

“John!

How many?”

“I have six done and three started.

Again, I ask why.”

His brow furrowed and face reddened.

He was getting frustrated.

“So you’re liability column is enormous then.

Right?”

My mind was working faster than I could communicate.

“I sold one last year and the profits have kept me afloat.”

“John, I’m an Advertising Executive.

This is what I do.

I bet we could get them sold and have a waiting list.

Green is in and your buildings are very green, not to mention you are beautifying the downtown area, reducing the carbon footprint.

This would be a piece of cake for me.

I mean really, you took an industrial building and made it very organic.

It looks like you carved an apartment into the earth instead of just going green.

It’s pretty amazing, and I’m certain I’m not the only one who would think so.”

John stood staring at me.

The frustrated expression started to leave his face, but he still looked apprehensive.

“I can’t ask you to do that.

I’ll just let the realtor do her job.”

“John, the realtor will still have to do her job, but a small advertising campaign would get you the foot traffic you need.

Your work is beautiful.

I’d love to do this for you, if you let me.”

I grabbed his hand.

“Because friends do things for each other.”

“My advertising budget is small.

Very small.”

“That’s okay.

I’ll work for free, because honestly it won’t take that much work.

You’ll only have to cover printing costs.

Will that work?”

“On a small scale?” he asked.

“Yes, very small.”

I squeezed his hand.

“Okay then,” he nodded, “let’s do it.

I need to unload these so I can continue on.”

“Fantastic.

Now, if I’m being honest, I really need to go home and get some sleep.

I can’t focus my eyes anymore.

Let me get some photos first.”

I pulled my camera out of my purse and took as many photos of the building as I could.

John looked elated.

He led me out of the building, locking up behind us.

We walked back to our building and he sweetly walked me to my apartment, kissed me and left.

I took a quick shower and collapsed in bed.

I rubbed my face on my cool pillow and settled in, falling asleep almost immediately.

FINDING FOCUS

I woke Monday, hours before my alarm went off.

I arrived at work so early that I opened the office, a thing I hadn’t done in years.

It gave me much needed uninterrupted time to work on the long list of ad campaigns I had piling up.

There had been so many distractions lately, I began falling behind.

At seven, Olivia arrived.

It was nice to see her there early.

She brought me fresh coffee and a pile of messages.

After bouncing a few ideas around, we both worked diligently through lunch and until the day was over.

We managed to accomplish a lot.

At the end of the day, I loaded everything in my car and went home. It took two trips to carry everything inside, but I had several boards to work with, my printer, all my materials and my laptop.

I changed into a cute halter and boxer shorts that had been newly purchased for me, brewed a pot of gourmet coffee, called in for food to be delivered and went to work.

My first project was going to be the easiest.

I transferred the photos from the camera to the laptop that I had taken of John’s building.

It only took me a few hours to put together a nice advertising campaign for John’s buildings.

I only needed his contact information and I could print them off.

When my Chinese food was delivered I took a small break.

Why did I always order enough for four people?

I spread the containers out on my kitchen island, making a plate.

The problem was, I loved four dishes and I always wanted a little of each.

Thank God I was lucky enough to have good genetics.

I finished four more campaigns while I picked at my food.

My large living room was now cluttered with easels holding story boards.

Sitting Indian style on the floor, I dunked my room temperature egg roll in duck sauce while I admired my work.

The doorbell startled me.

I wasn’t expecting company.

Through the peep hole, I saw John, looking rather nervous.

“Hello,” I said opening the door, forgetting that I was in pajamas and braless.

John’s face glowed red.

“Uh, high.

I brought wine.

I hope I’m not being presumptuous. I’m not here for sex, I just… I…”
