Then he made a path down the center over her chest to her belly, letting the ice drip into her belly button for a few seconds, and then he dipped his tongue into it. He sat up, reaching for another piece of ice, winking at her as he began a trail down from her belly button, and she knew exactly where he was heading.
"Damn, and you call me a tease."
He smiled but didn't speak. Pressing on, he brought the piece of ice to her clit. When that piece of ice hit her clit, she almost shot off the bed as she bucked. Her clit began to throb and tingle almost painfully, the feeling she received from it powerful. Putting the ice into his mouth, he pressed it to her clit, licking at her with the added sensation of the cold from the ice cube.
"Oh!" Her stomach sunk in as she drew in a deep breath.
S
he felt like she was burning up. The feeling of a heated mouth with the coolness of the ice enveloping her clit made her screech in pleasure.
H
is hands moved to hold her legs still, his tongue curling around her clit over and over, which set her legs to trembling. He had her teetering on the edge of orgasm, and she almost came, but then he pulled his mouth away.
She saw him reach for what she suspected was another ice cube, and then she heard the telltale clink of ice on the glass. He moved back into position, and she gasped as she felt him slide a piece of ice inside of her. She bucked on the bed and groaned. She frowned and looked down at him, but the look on his face made her beam. He was hurting to come just as much as she was, if not more. His next words had her scrambling to do as he wished.
"L
ie
on your side, baby, facing away from me.”
Smiling, she turned to her side, facing away from him, knowing that whatever he did to her next would be what she wanted and needed. Her smile widening as he moved to lie behind her in spoon fashion. A soft sigh escaped her lips as his fingers stroked over her side, brushing fleetingly over the side of her breast and then down to her hip where he grabbed that leg and brought it over his own, cuddling her close. “Are you nice and wet for me, Lili?”
She groaned. “Yes, I am very wet for you, Samael.”
“Show me, Lili. I want you to put your fingers in your pussy and then pull them out and let me see them.” His words turned her on even more, and she felt her cream gushing from her. Her breathing ragged, she eagerly did what he asked. Slipping her hand between her thighs and dipping them into herself, she moaned as finger tips stroked over sensitive folds and then inside.
“Ohhh.” Her breath caught as he nipped her where her shoulder and neck met just as her fingers dipped into her channel. Her hips bucked with her need, and she pulled her fingers out quickly so she would not orgasm. She held her fingers up for him to show him how wet she was.
“That’s beautiful, Lili. Your fingers are soaked. Lick them clean.” Smiling, she took her fingers and placed them in her mouth, licking them clean of her juices. She felt him moving behind and then he was thrusting inside of her. She let out a long gasp, arching back against him. He thrust in until he was in as deep as he could go and then held himself still. She felt his lips at her ear, his teeth tugging at the lobe.
"I love taking you from behind like this. I can touch every part of you." His breath tickled her ear as he whispered softly into it. She shuddered as he nipped the lobe again. He was right. This was one of the best positions to be in with him. His thrusts seemed deeper and his hands touched her body so reverently that even if she wanted to she couldn't speak. Her head fell back against his shoulder, and she moaned.
"Move with me, baby." His goatee tickled the side of her neck, and she shivered with pleasure.
No more urging needed from him. She moved into his rhythm, her hand moving to cup the back of his head, tangling into his long tresses. Whoever said you had to be in the missionary position for it to be making love didn't know what they were talking about, she thought. Samael was inventive, and she adored that about him.
His cock seemed thicker, harder and even longer in this position, and it hit just the right place, her g-spot. Slowly, he loved her, their panting filling the room as they neared completion. Both of their bodies bore a light sheen of perspiration, which made his hands slide over her as he moved from her breasts to cup her lower belly. Liliana cupped her breasts once they were bereft of his touch, tugging and pulling at her hard and sensitive nipples.
She moved her leg from his, laying it on top of her other one, placing pressure around her opening on his cock. He groaned and nipped her shoulder. She felt the beginning vibrations running through her body as her inner muscles contracted around his cock.
"Ohhhh, Samaellll!" She wailed and pushed back hard against him. His hands moved to tighten at her hips, holding her to him, and then he climaxed with a shout, pulling her deeper into her own orgasm. Her eyes closed and behind her eyelids swirls of different colored lights filtered through until she lay against him spent. He stroked within her a few more times as her body's contractions pulled at his pulsing cock and emptied it of his cream. They lay in a heap together, panting, neither one daring to speak.
All through the night, they reached for one another and made love. The connection between them filled with an urgency to

not only sexually but also mentally. There truly were no words to describe how she felt about him or he about her. All they could do was whisper words of love as they made contact with one another frequently throughout the long night.
Chapter Nine
Liliana sat up in bed with a start, tears streaming down her face. Her chest heaved, and her heart beat erratically. It felt just like she had run a marathon. She placed her hand on her heart as if that would stop it from beating so
fitfully
, her glance moving to the clock on her dresser.

her it was five in the morning. She didn't have to look to know Samael was gone.
I
t was the price of the curse, right?
Her dreams had finally revealed to her the truth. This last dream showed her a camp by the
Tigris
River
that she'd called home with Samael. From that very vision, she'd learned who she'd been. She also had to acknowledge that her flesh and blood sister, Eva, through the ages, had lied to her continually. She should feel relieved that she knew the truth, but all she could feel was sick to her stomach with worry, hurt and anger.
She was Lilith, and had been Adam's first wife, the Adam she now recognized as Clay Quinones. He'd also been the young Adam who'd come to her when she was a child, her friend and her protector. No wonder she'd latched on to him again as an adult. Her dreams had revealed to her that even Eva didn't know everything. It was ironic that the one person Eva had wanted had always been within her grasp, but she'd not been able to see it because of her envy. Envy was such an ugly thing.
Eva didn't want her with Samael because Eva had wanted her to be as unhappy as she was. This was because Eva had been a jealous bitch thinking that Adam wanted her and not Eva. She'd be a victim no more. Confronting Eva would be facing the truth and ending a curse that should never have existed. Karma was going to be a bitch named Liliana Jackson.
The next thought was, now that she knew what'd happened, would she still love Samael the way she did before knowing the full extent of his curse? Was she in love with him because her subconscious thought that was what she was supposed to do? So many factors made this an all too scary proposition. What if in finding out what she had caused, the cycle not only broke, but their love for one another also dried up? Too many what ifs out there needed answers. Samael knew about the curse and all that it entailed. Was she angry with him because of that? No. Part of his curse was to know and not be able to inform her about it. She would not direct the anger she felt at Samael; no, it all would belong to Eva.
Her mind made up, she turned over, reaching for her cell phone and dialing Eva's number. She didn't care it was five in the morning: she wanted answers, and she deserved them. She listened to the ringing on the other end.
Come on, Eva, pick up the damn phone.
"Lili? Is something wrong? Why are you calling me so early?"
"Oh yes, there is loads wrong, Eve.” She placed emphasis on the name Eve. “How about you come over and straighten this out?"
"Eve?" She sounded ready to protest.
“Yes, Eve. I know who you are.” As Eva tried to protest, Liliana cut her off. “Don't bother trying to explain over the phone. Get your ass over here and explain it to me in person." Liliana hung up the phone. Standing, she went to her dresser and pulled out a comfortable pair of shorts and a t-shirt to throw on for when Eva got there; she also brushed her hair and teeth. Cleaning up and making herself presentable made her feel like she would be on an even keel with Eva. Those actions also made it possible for her to calm and center herself. No more tears. She needed to be strong, letting her anger fuel her.
She found that the anger hadn’t lessened. She remembered when Eve had cursed them by the
Tigris
. Eve had had no sympathy and would not listen to reason. It hurt, and it angered her. In all these years, Eve could have surely put a stop to it. Leaving her bedroom, she made her way downstairs and stopped dead in her tracks when she went in the living room to wait and Eva was already there. She recovered quickly and watched as Eva stood.
“So, sister dear, when were you going to tell me that you’re a demon as well?” Liliana’s arms crossed her chest as she prepared for battle.
“When did you remember?”
“Does that really matter? I’ve remembered everything.”
“You’ve remembered everything? Well, then that means you know what I want.”
“Just answer me one thing. In all the years we have known one another through time, but most especially this present time that you’ve been my sister, you never once thought this was all a mistake? I didn’t want Adam. The one I wanted I left the Garden for and that was Samael. You were too blind in your jealousy to see that!”
“Yes, I'd thought about it at one point.”
Liliana frowned at her answer. She knew her face had to show the disbelief she was feeling and cocked her head to the side. “Oh? And when the hell would that have been?”
“When we had our talk about the date I had with Clay.”
"I'm angry. Eva, I’m angrier than I’ve ever been with you. So many years have gone by." Tears filled her eyes and threatened to spill over; she blinked, trying hard to stop them from falling. She knew if she allowed them to fall, she'd have a hard time stopping. "So many years lost between Samael and me. Hell, so much time lost with you. There are so many times throughout our histories together that we were real sisters. If you’d had one ounce of sympathy or even the love you say you feel for me, you would've stopped this nonsense. This wasn’t about me.
I
t never was. It's always been about you and your selfishness.”
“You’re right. I’ve been selfish. I’m sorry, Lili, so very sorry.”
“No, you’re not getting off that easy. I know what I have to do now. I have to free Samael and myself from this curse by speaking my true name.”
"I have taken care of you, Lili!" Eva huffed in frustration and moved f

"You only took care of me when it suited your needs, Eva. Or should I call you Eve?"
"Lili, please—"
Lili raised her hand to stop her from talking. "Please what, Eva? Why should I allow you any thought when you didn't give a damn about how I felt? Because you've changed? Is that what you want me to believe?"
"I have cha—”
Lili cut her off. "Don't even try it. How is it possible that you have changed that quickly? Tell me how a demon can change."
"Things have changed, Lili. I promise you."
"You have a long way to go to prove that to me, Eva. There have been too many lies from you. The funny thing is, I can't hate you. I am one who believes that things happen for a reason. I don't think this was because I needed to learn a lesson." Eva's brow raised, and she crossed her arms.
"Are you trying to say I need to learn a lesson?"
Liliana laughed. "And you think you don't need to learn one? Think about it this way. As much as you have been trying to keep me from Samael, you've never once gotten what you've wanted or needed, have you? You haven't had a decent relationship through any of this. So with you thinking you don’t need to learn anything that just tells me you aren’t ready to admit you’re wrong."
"Lili I…"
"I am Lilith." Liliana shook her head, and looking directly at Eva, she spoke the three words that would forever change how things stood between them. It was like the breaking of chains that held her down as she said those words. She no longer felt heavy. Hearing a sound, she turned and looked behind her towards the door and in the early morning light, there stood Samael, her demon and lover. Tentatively, she took a step forward, smiling as he held his arms open. She ran into them with a sob. The dam that held the tears back broke, and she sobbed uncontrollably. He was actually there with her, and she was holding him in the daylight.
