1 lemon wedge

1 ounce vanilla-flavored vodka

1 ounce espresso or strong coffee

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

½ ounce chocolate liqueur Dash of heavy (whipping) cream

Fill a martini glass and cocktail shaker or other lidded container with crushed ice and let sit for 5 minutes to chill. Discard the ice. In a saucer, mix the powdered sugar and cocoa until blended.

Run the lemon wedge around the rim of the glass. Dip and rotate the rim in the powdered sugar mixture, making sure to keep the sugar on the outside. Fill the shaker with more crushed ice. Add the vodka, espresso, sugar, and chocolate liqueur. Cover and shake vigorously for about 5 seconds. Strain the liquid into the glass. Drizzle a dash of heavy cream into each glass and enjoy.
