About the Author

Todd Loyd currently serves as the President of the National Conference on Youth Ministries. He grew up in Nashville, TN, and loved every minute of a childhood filled with trips to Fair Park and Opryland. In 1986 Todd was cast in the Film “Ernest Goes to Camp” as Chip Ozgood. Rarely does a week go by that someone does not remind him of the movie. In 1994 he graduated from Lipscomb University with a Bachelors degree in Communications. For nearly 20 years Todd has worked as a student pastor working with teens and speaking all over the United States. He and his wife, Amanda, have three boys and are very active in Special Needs charities like “Best Buddies of Middle Tennessee” and Athletes for Special Kids.
