“Roman,” Kimberly called, reaching for him. The vampire responded by leaning over them and planting a fist beside Tobias’s head. Tobias sucked in air as the other male’s hard cock inched in against his. Their eyes met and locked as they moved in unison, rubbing off against each other, enveloped in the wet heat of Kimberly’s core. Her inner wall gripped them tight.

Roman drove in to meet Tobias’s pace. Reaching up, Tobias slid a hand behind Roman’s head and drew him down. He almost growled in frustration when Kimberly claimed that full lush mouth. But then, it was his turn. He savored the delicious taste of the male and raked his tongue over the vampire’s fangs.  A groan escaped when Roman nicked his tongue and began to suckle, drawing deep hard pulls of the wolf’s hot blood into his mouth. Tobias watched mesmerized as power flooded into Roman’s eyes.

When Roman pulled back, Tobias licked his lips and mouthed, “Fuck her real good, vampire.” Roman nodded and braced both arms. Their hips crashed frantically, both penetrating Kimberly deep as she writhed between them. Her head thrashed on his chest. Tobias caught her hair in a fist and pulled it away from her neck. His teeth closed over the throbbing pulse in her throat. His wolf howled as the fire in his balls spread up through his cock. His gaze flickered to meet Roman’s and he pushed out the thought that he was going to cum. The vampire’s eyes and nostrils flared.

Roman’s thrusts increased and drove ever deeper. The friction was so damned sweet. He felt each stroke of Roman’s cock pressed against his own as they humped and plunged inside of Kimberly again and again. Her cries soared out to join theirs and all three came together in a rush of thick creamy wet seed.

Full to bursting, Kimberly thrashed; trapped between the two hard muscular bodies. She loved the lurid sensation of both their hard cocks pistoning into her sopping sex. Her inner walls gripped them, milking them as she ground down then arched up. She’d never felt so complete, or so beautiful. Although she had never considered multiple partners or sharing a lover, she’d never be able to choose between Roman’s dark, exotic allure and Tobias’s masculine wildness. So she’d have them both, as often as possible. And when they’d worn her out, she’d happily watch as they sated each other.

Roman might try to hide it, but he liked being a part of this ménage. It was written all over his gorgeous face. The heated looks he directed at Tobias while thinking nobody noticed added to the allure of his innocence. Whether he’d admit to it or not, he wanted Tobias and it was extremely obvious Tobias felt exactly the same way about him. And, both of them wanted her…

Powerful thrusts spread her apart and threatened to consume her every breath. She squirmed wanting more, wanting the sweet rapture to tear her apart.

“Fill me up, boys. Oh yes, yes…fuck me hard, faster please.” Kimberly thrashed as her orgasm swept over her, and her nails raked down Roman’s broad, muscular back. Tobias’s teeth held her by the throat as the room filled with the scent of wild lascivious sex. Moans pierced the air, and Kimberly joined in with the carnal chorus of wild grunts as her body convulsed around the two hard pumping cocks. She felt their seed spill over into her core. It sent her back over the edge, and she came again in time with a thunderous howl from Tobias’s lips.

Silence ensued as Roman collapsed against her. Both males lay panting and still. Tobias moved slowly, turning them all until they each lay on their sides sweaty, flushed, but happy and appeased. Both males remained buried deep inside her as Tobias’s arm swept around them, followed by a long muscular thigh that draped around her and Roman. His nose passed in long sweeps at the back of her ear. She knew from her lessons that the behavior meant he was marking her as his. She liked the domineering gesture. For some reason, it brought her peace.

She settled back against Roman’s chest and drew Tobias in closer until she was securely wedged between them with no room to move. Tobias smiled down at her and kissed the tip of her nose while he reached out to take hold of Roman’s hand and bring it to his lips. The wolf’s eyes sparkled as he smiled. She heard Roman’s heart start to race. She smiled knowing both males were as smitten with each other as they were with her. This could work, she thought as the throws of sleep gently lulled her. This could really be the start of something special and beautifully unique…

CHAPTER TWENTY-TWO

VATICAN CITY, ROME

The sounds of the changing guard outside the chamber doors lured Malachi from sleep’s hold. Half awake, he slid an arm across the sheets, searching for the angel. Cool silk met his questing fingers. His eyes snapped open to find emptiness. The events of the night before crashed into his psyche. Loz had been so different, rising above him to take her pleasure. The gentleness he’d never experienced despite all of his conquests. On his back, he tucked an arm under his head. He’d been with females before, back before his proclivity for pain surpassed his inclination to protect the more delicate female form.

When Laziel offered himself as his sexual partner, he’d given Malachi far more than the angel ever realized. With Laziel, Malachi could be himself, exorcise the demons that rode him while giving the angel pleasure and gaining some measure of peace for himself.

He knew he’d hurt Loz with his repeated requests for Laziel. He’d witnessed the pain in her eyes. He hated to inflict the wounds, but his heart, his body, his very soul craved Laziel. He understood that Laziel and Lorenza were one and the same, different halves to the angel. But, there were differences in personality, and certainly differences in appearance. Only two things stayed the same in either form, the angel’s blood and the celestial scent. The angel’s purest essence was the only thing that allowed Malachi to give Loz what she had so obviously craved.

The tenderness was as foreign to him as sunlight was to most vampires. A heaviness settled in his chest. The night with Loz would forever remain in his memory and hold a special place in his heart, but he needed Laziel, he needed his male to center him.

A glance at the clock showed the hour to be late morning, not quite noon. Loz would have gone before sunrise to uphold appearances. Malachi rolled from the bed and hurried through a shower. Dressed and ready for the day, he again checked the time. Where the fuck was Laziel? Throwing open the bedroom doors, his gaze tracked their spacious quarters. A useless gesture, his senses told him the angel was not even in the enclave. With a growl of irritation, he stalked from the bedroom. Two guards fell in behind him as he marched through the halls to his office. When they followed him inside, he turned an icy glare on them.

“Out.”

“But Sire, Laziel…”

“I said get out.” Malachi interrupted them, his stare never wavering from the two. After a visible swallow, Saul bowed.

“Yes, Majesty.” The door closed on the two, leaving Malachi alone in his office. Immediately, he reached out with all of his senses, searching for the angel. What he found confused him. Loz? The angel still wore the female form? Before he could get a lock on the angel, a wall came up blocking him. Irritation escalated to fury. What the hell was the female up to and why was Laziel allowing it? He pushed at the angel’s mind and met the solid wall of Laziel’s will. With a snarl, Malachi retreated. If the angel wanted to play games, it was fucking fine with him. He had a God...forsaken race to manage.

While his computer booted up, he hit the play button on the messages. One husky message from Ms. Stroner brought a brief smile to his face. The female would be indisposed for the day, and in the background the distinct voices of Roman and Tobias conversing low told him why. After making shorthand notes of the messages, he moved to email correspondence. The usual barrage of requests and complaints waited with only a few requiring immediate responses. When he came up for air and glanced at the clock, he instantly reached for Laziel. It wasn’t like the male to stay gone so long without checking in with him. Once again, he slammed into a barrier. His inner beast roared at the denial of his entrance. He sprung to his feet pacing to the bar and some liquid consolation. Tossing back the Glenfiddich, his mind raced. Something was wrong, something eluded him.

Loz left hours ago. The ruse should have been complete. Inspiration struck, and he whirled to the computer. His fingers flew over the keys. Security footage leapt onto the screen. A few clicks, and it rewound until he saw Loz’s face appear outside his living quarters. He changed the setting to play and watched the silent film play out. Loz sailed through the enclave without speaking to anyone. She entered the garage and seemed to sag into herself. Her head and shoulders dropped, a clear indication she was upset.

From out of the shadows, a stranger approached, dark ankle length jacket obscuring his form, glasses and the jacket’s hood hiding his face. Loz never saw him. The blow to the head sent her reeling and propelled Malachi out of his chair accompanied by a furious growl. He waited for Laziel to appear, waited for the angel to blast the motherfucker into ash. Instead, Loz was thrown into the vehicle. The hooded abductor climbed in behind her and the limo drove out of the underground garage right past the unsuspecting guards.

“What the fuck?” The question fell into the silence of the room. The angel hadn’t fought back. Realization struck him hard. Loz, his female consort and chosen mate, a perfect target for his enemies. A roar of outrage shook the walls. His worst fear come true, the reason he refused to admit his feelings to Laziel or Loz. The angel had been taken, was in danger, because of him. He clamped down on the rage; he had to keep his shit together to find his male.

“Laziel. Answer me.” He shot the demand straight into the angel’s mind, bursting through the barrier using every ounce of his own enhanced will.

“Leave us be, vampire. Laziel cannot answer you.” The markedly feminine voice answered him. Not the fucking voice he wanted to hear. When the hole he’d barged through started to shrink, he lashed out.

“Do not toy with me, female. Last night was an aberration. I am not a meek or mild vampire. I saw the footage. Who has you?”

“That is not important. Your safety is paramount. Your destiny must be fulfilled.”

“Fuck destiny, fuck your Creator. I want what is mine and I want him fucking NOW! Tell me who has you.”

“Malachi, please. Leave us be. Laziel has given you everything you need to succeed. It’s time to let him go. It is for the best.”

“And if I refuse?”

“Don’t. He wants you protected. Needs to know you are safe. Let him go”

The repeated plea opened a crater in Malachi’s chest. Pressure greater than he’d ever known settled against his shoulders. Rage, white hot and blinding, roared through him. Let the angel go. Hell fucking no he wouldn’t let him go.

“I. WANT. MY. ANGEL.” He pulled no punches, shoving the demand through the barrier, bursting it wide open. Pain, the angel’s pain, crashed over him. He stumbled back from the desk and sent his chair crashing to the floor.

“Laz?” He choked on the anguish, falling to his knees as Laziel’s essence pushed to the forefront of the angel’s mind. There was strangeness in his male. Something Malachi couldn’t quite grasp.

“Azarian. She is right. Our parting was inevitable. Go with the Creator; fulfill the destiny I have prepared you for. The Creator will take care of me.” Laziel faded as quickly as he’d shown. Loz returned and started to shore up the wall, separating Malachi from them both. Despite his anger, despite his determination, she shut him out until nothing remained but the faint glimmer of their bond.

“Who is fucking holding you?” When he received no response, he exploded from behind the desk. Chest heaving, he struggled to contain the savagery of his vampiric nature. Fangs punched through his gums, itching to rend and tear. Muscles trembled, ready to explode into action, but against who or what? The office suffered his wrath. Chairs, tables, glasses, books all torn asunder, their guts scattered across the carpet. Feathers from the pillows drifted around him when he finally returned to himself. Destruction reigned in the once immaculate office. The only thing still standing in one piece was his desk and laptop. Another short beep drew his red tinted gaze. His computer signaled an incoming email. Striding over the carnage, he blindly punched the keys to pull up the account. Sender unknown. He hit the icon to read the missive.

“We have your female. Abdicate, or we kill her. There will be no negotiation.”

The thin thread he held on his control snapped. Windows shattered, doors crashed open and vampires scrambled for cover as sunlight poured into the enclave. In the middle of his office, Malachi Denali surrendered to his vampire. One name roared out into the daylight shaking the very foundations of Rome.

“LAZIEL!”
