He’d waited years for this, thought he might never again experience it.
“It feels really good to be with you,” Jessie said, eyes so sincere. He saw desire there, too.
“It sure does, Jess. You let me know what you want,” he told her.
“I like when you kiss me,” she said. “You wanna take your boxers off, and kiss me some more?”
He couldn’t help the grin that teased his lips as he kissed her again. “Is that what you want?”
He held her loosely, soft and ripe and lush in his arms, and breathed her scent, breathing in the closeness between them. She arched her back under him, wriggled her pelvis against him, getting him even hotter, kissing his chin, his cheeks, his eyelids, her eyelashes fluttering across his skin.
“Getting real close would feel good about now, huh, Wyatt?”
He kissed her mouth, so full and ripe and ready for him. “This is going to be good, baby, I promise I’ll make it real good for you.”
She said nothing, tracing his nipple with her fingertips, so that he pressed closer, rolling on top of her. With a coy smile, her hand brushed his shaft, under his cotton boxers. “You are getting me riled, Jessie O’Rourke,” he groaned, pinning her beneath him, nipping her neck and ears. “Keep that up, and I’m going to take every last bit of you, make you mine, the way I’ve wanted to since too long.”
By way of answer, Jessie grabbed his shoulders with her hands, sighing when he rocked his groin against her. His fingers went to the seam of her panties, close to her crotch, and he stroked her skin there. She reached over his hips and tugged at his boxers, till she felt his firm buttocks in her hands.
He kissed her neck, found her nipples with his tongue and teeth.
Moaning softly, she moved her pelvis under his. “Yes, Wyatt,” she whispered. “Oh, yes, please. More, baby!”
He slipped her panties down and she was ready for him, wet and lush and sexy. He lowered his mouth to her thighs, stroked her with his tongue, and she gasped with pleasure. Finding the firm little nib of her clitoris, he flicked his tongue over it, lapping, licking, pressing into her core, her moans and writhing giving him the kind of male satisfaction that only total possession of his beloved could bring.
Her engorgement and excitement made him hotter than ever, and he buried his face in her wetness, brushing her vulva with his rough chin, intent on filling her with every sensation of him.
Jessie gasped as the electricity of his contact vibrated down her spine. “Wyatt,” she moaned, rocking her hips gently with the movement of his tongue, “This is so right. I want you now, please. I do. God, the first time with you, I couldn’t wait to do it again. Now I remember why.”
“You are gorgeous, Jessie O’Rourke. Fine and fair and perfect, and it’s been too long since I had you,” he whispered.
Needing to see the pleasure on her face as he entered her, etch it in his memory, he rolled so she straddled him. Her breasts were fuller than he remembered, the nipples darkened, a rose pink, and her porcelain skin glowed in the warm sunshine of morning.
“Take me, Wyatt,” she pleaded, her voice low with need. “I want you inside me, baby! Give me all of you, please!”
His cock, hot and ready and fully erect, sprung upwards, straining to be inside her, and their eyes locked in a gaze of mutual hunger and passionate desire. In her green eyes, he saw his past and future, felt it between her legs, hot and lush and ready for him.
Jessie took the shaft of it in her hands, cupping his testicles, squeezing gently, and he moaned with the jolting sensations. Then, wet and slick and ready, she raised her hips and lowered herself, rubbed herself against the broad head of his raging cock, rolling her hips back and forth, stroking the length of him with her wet goodness.
Reaching up, he cupped breasts, suckled at her nipple.
“Oh, Jessie, Jessie,” he moaned, fondling her breasts, “I have to have you, baby.”
When he could wait no longer, the head of his cock caught on the cusp of her pelvic bone, and he was inside her, deep. Thrusting once, he clasped her hips, surging against her, once, twice… “Jessie, you feel so good,” he moaned, as she began to ride him. “Honey, I don’t know how long I can hold back. Let me get a condom, baby.”
She smiled, moving her hips slowly, then, as the heat between them increased, faster and faster. He thrust into her, feeling her fully around him, against him. He touched her clitoris with his fingertip, on the verge of ecstasy himself, trying to hold back for her. She moaned, and arched her back, and he thrust, deeper and deeper as she rode him faster and faster, the heat between them melding them as one. He heard her breath catch, and felt the pulsing, throbbing of her orgasm tighten around his cock as she clutched him within her, screaming his name.
“Jessie,” he sat up, clutching her to him, crying out in pure ecstasy, thrusting deeper into her, and again, as he surged, then exploded, allowing himself release, wanting only to be one with her forever.
Still deep inside of her, he held her to him, both of them gasping, breathless. “Oh, my God, that felt so good. I like fucking you, I like it a lot,” she gasped, melting against him. She was so tender in his arms, liquid even. He kissed her mouth ripe and soft, and she sighed on top of him, still squatting, curled against his chest, and he held her close. He stayed in her, melded together, his skin glowing with warmth, satisfaction and contentment welling up in his belly and chest. He leaned back, still inside her, his arms around her and she stretched out over him, sighed, and nuzzled against his chest.
He kissed the top of her head. “That was incredible, Jess.”
“So good,” she said, squeezing around him. “Let’s do it again soon?”
“Baby, I’m still hard, and already reloading. Just give me a minute,” Wyatt promised.

Wrapped in the sheet, Jesse wriggled away from the seductive warm strength that was Wyatt, picked up her clothes, and went into the bathroom to dress.
When he realized she’d gone downstairs, he pulled on a pair of jeans and went down to find her. She was sitting at the dining room table, twirling a spoon in a mug of coffee. He got coffee from the kitchen for himself and joined her, kissing the top of her head as he sat down. “Hey Jessie.”
“Mornin’, Wyatt,” she said nonchalantly, apparently fascinated by the coffee.
Wyatt closed his eyes and exhaled slowly. Reaching to touch the hair that fell in front of her face, waiting til she met his eye, he said, “I understand the kind of choices you’re facing, with your job on the line, Jess, and I know how much your life in Austin means to you. I want you to make the best decision for you, y’know that, but I can’t pretend I’m not pleased that you’re here. You know how I feel about you, and I hope you’d at least consider Rodric’s offer, under the circumstances.”
Her gaze moved to his, her eyes shy and tender. God, how he loved this woman.
“Which is why I’ve decided to keep the emotional stuff out of it, and just focus on a good career move. I’ve decided I don’t want to be in the Austin public defender’s office, too much drama. I’ve discussed my commitment to the alternative adjudication program with Rodric. He’s frustrated that their scrapping the program, it’s something he believes in, too. This is just between you and me, Wyatt, but he’s pulling strings to see if the City of Austin and Travis County will outsource the program to a nonprofit that operates here in Bastrop County. The ranch facility where the kids are rehabilitated is west of here, and city administration is expensive. If Bastrop County will take on the program and assign an adjudicator, Rodric’ feels he can persuade both the City of Austin and Travis County Commissioners will pay Bastrop for the administration, based on the program’s success. It’ll save a ton of money.”
“Wow, that’s fantastic new, Jess!” Wyatt said, pushing his chair back and pulling her into his arms, up, off of her feet.
She elbowed his ribs and wrinkled her brow, turning her head to pull away. “C’mon you, this is strictly business.”
He kept her close, kissing her cheek. “Jessie, don’t tell me after what just happened upstairs you don’t want to be close anymore.”
When he saw a tiny smile, he pulled held her closer.
“I’ll call Rodric tomorrow, first thing, see if the Judge can’t knock on some doors so you can keep this program together. You’re doing such great work, I’m proud of you, honey, for digging in and seeing what you can make happen.”
Jessie nodded agreement, but she looked at him through narrowed eyes. “I’ve got a big leap to consider here, Wyatt. We can’t get bogged down with emotional stuff right now, okay? I’m need to stay clear about all of this,” she said.
“I get that, baby.” He unclasped her, and she sat down on her chair, grabbing the spoon and stirring her coffee anxiously. Wyatt sat down next to her. “Jess, I’m not arguing with you, or trying to convince you of anything, but I do want to talk this through. Just so you know, as far as that “emotional stuff” you are referring to….the times I spent with you were the best times of my life, hands down.”
Jessie’s eyes were wary. “We had good times, no doubt. We….We’re good together, I know that, Wyatt,” she said quietly, laying a hand on his arm. “But what I need now is a positive career move, without a lot of emotional stuff, at least, until things fall into place. It’s too soon to know if the juvenile program might work here, and in the meantime, my career is in the air, Wyatt. That’s enough for me to deal with, right now.”
Wyatt looked at her for a long moment, then said, “All I want is for you to be happy, Jessie, which means you make the best decisions for you. If being involved with me is confusing for you right now, then it’s not a good idea. There’s no rush, anyway. We’re both adults now, and we can make whatever we decide work.”
Wyatt was looking at Jessie with less passion, but he seemed as convinced and self-assured as ever. She studied him intently, but he just grinned, affectionate and affable.
God, he was infuriating. And so damn irresistible.

QUICK, QUICK, SLOW, SLOW
Friday, July 1, 2016, 5:18 PM~Juvenile Adjudication Services, Bastrop, TX
The door to Jessie’s new office was shut, as it had been for the past two hours. She’d been on calls all week, setting up administration for the alternative juvenile adjudication program.
Wyatt’s father, Judge Callanbach, now retired, had gone to bat for the program, as had the DA’s office, led by Mark, and Rodric McGreer. Apparently, a retired Judge and two lawyers could be very persuasive, because Travis County Commissioners had reviewed Rodric’s projections and voted unanimously to outsource, at considerable savings. Bastrop County Commissioners, happy to keep ranch where the adjudication services were offered in business, was willing to appoint an adjudicator, and Nicole had left her guest house to pinch hit as Jessie’s crack legal secretary.
Jessie’s phone buzzed.
“Hey, Jessie, Wyatt’s here.”
“Thanks, Nicole, I’ll be out in a sec.”
Finishing the last of the paperwork, she picked up her suit coat and headed in the lobby. “Hey, Wyatt.”
“Hi, Jess. How’s it going?”
“Really well, super busy week, just finished up all the paperwork.”
Face tanned from the weather and sun, he looked handsome, in cotton plaid shirt, jeans and boots. Things had been business friendly between them for the past weeks, but if she was stressed out, or needed something, he always jumped in to calm her down.
“Night, y’all” Nicole smiled from the desk as they left. It was a hot Texas summer evening. Jessie dug her keys out and handed them to Wyatt.
“We can take my car, if you want to drive.”
Wyatt unlocked the door and held it for Jessie.
“Where are we off to?” she asked.
“I made a reservation at Steed’s, in Turnstile,” he told her, helping her in, then slipping her attache behind the seat. Steed’s served fine French cuisine, in an elegant restored Victorian mansion.
“Wow, fancy. If this is the practice’s first week celebration, what will we do for the second?”
“I guess Rodric will throw a Grand Opening party, no?” Wyatt smiled.
“I guess you’re right, counselor,” Jessie teased.
Wyatt took the back roads to Steed’s, where they were seated in a chic, dark paneled dining room, furnished with period Victorian antiques. A steward brought the Coupe de Foudre Cabernet 2004 Wyatt had chosen.
As she swirled her wine, testing its nose, she said. “Thanks for celebrating with me, Wyatt. It’s…. I’m really glad we’re here.”
Light shone in his amber eyes, and his proud smile sent shivers up Jessie’s spine. “You’ve accomplished a lot in the past two weeks, Jess. Time to kick back for the holiday weekend.”
“You’re right. I can’t believe how well things have come together.”
“You’ve pulled it off, Attorney O’Rourke.”
“You’ve helped tremendously, Wyatt Callenbach, calling the Judge and having him pull strings in Travis and Bastrop. Rodric is thrilled,” Jessie enthused. “We’ve made it happen together.”
“Yeah, but you are the one with the daily grind, driving eight, nine hours back to Austin each week to keep things coordinated. How long are you going to be able to keep up?”
“I don’t mind staying connected in Austin. Once the program is fully operational, I’ll likely still need to be in Austin once or twice weekly for oversight. If the Bastrop Commissioners’s appoint me adjudicator, a team will be interviewing attorneys to take over my position, and I’ll be hearing cases myself. Interviews are next week.”
“So are you happy with all these changes?” Wyatt asked intently, a question in his eyes,
“I really am, Wyatt. I think that’s why we’re celebrating.” Jessie lifted her glass, her smile widened, and under the table she brushed the cuff of his jeans under the table with her boots.
“You are a tease, Jessie O’Rourke.”
