each other. On this silent night/sacred day, I give myself to you, __________________, as your loving, faithful husband/wife as I offer my gift of love to you, a gift that shall endure until the end of time. Every year of our lives, as we gather during the Christmas season and give gifts to each other, I promise to give myself anew to you in remembrance and honor of the vows we are taking here today.''
Garden or Forest Wedding
"As we stand in the shade of God's creation, I offer myself to you as your husband/wife. Our love is reflected in the flowers blooms and the strength of the towering trees, always growing, always searching for perfection, just as the trees reach for the heavens and the blooms open their faces to the sun. Just as this garden/forest is a living thing, so may our union continue always to thrive until death do part us from His earth."
"As we stand in this garden among the flowers of God's creation, I offer you the flower of my heart as my wedding gift to you. This flower is pure and innocent; beautiful and eternal. It needs the care and nourishment that only you can give it. Place this flower within your own heart; love it; keep it safe; and give it light; and may it bloom forever from this day forward as I commit it to you with my eternal love as your wife / husband."
(The bride and groom may actually hand a flower to each other as he or she recites this vow.)

Seaside Wedding
"As we stand beside the ocean tide, may our love always be as constant and unchanging as these neverending waves that pour beneath our feet, flowing endlessly from the depths of the sea; your love came softly upon my heart, just as the foam comes softly upon the sand, and just as there will never be a morning without the ocean's flow, so there will never be a day without my love for you. I pledge myself to you this day and I promise to be your faithful husband/wife, as unchanging and dependable as the tide; as these waters nourish the earth and sustain life, may my constant love nourish and sustain you until the end of time."
"As the sea is eternal, so is our love; as the wind is allencompassing, so is our love; as the earth is solid beneath our feet, so is our love. And yet, our love is so great that it even soars beyond the sea and the wind and the earth. It is so perfect to be standing beside you here, among these elements which reflect the love we have for each other. Every year on our anniversary, we will come here, to stand on this very spot, as we commit ourselves to each other anew, just as I commit myself to you this day."
