Citun flipped her over and pounded into her. His arm wrapped around her waist. For a single second he sensed her fear. He gained control but thumped harder, almost pulling his penetration out, while he crooned a noise meant to sooth, to let the female know she was no longer in danger, but she was under his control. Storm relaxed accepting his brutal thrusts. She lay limp in his arms as time passed and he came with reluctance.

When he pulled her into his arms, she stroked his chest. “Let me sleep for a few hours and we can go again.”

Citun beamed. “Really?”

“Of course. That was amazing. Remember, I’m not going anywhere. Pace yourself or you’ll be a wet noodle.”

Storm fell asleep. Citun knew there was a grin splitting his face. She was right. After the Holiday, he needed to sleep for a week straight. There was no battling during his mating with Storm. It’s why he was so invigorated. Gripping her closer Citun knew he could get used to this concept. Making love two or three times a day would be so much better than screwing his brains out for two weeks straight. Because he gave her his seed they could make love for hundreds of years.

Every day for hundreds of years.

Storm rolled over and groaned. A Mac truck ran over her, she was certain. Behind her was a brick wall, and the wall was snoring. There was no doubt in her mind she was now bow legged. She felt like she had many years ago after riding a Clydesdale for two hours on a dude ranch. Only she was on top of the horse, the bear behind her was way more enthusiastic. She wondered how long she had been asleep.

Easing away from Citun, she made her way into the other room. She went to the replicator and asked for a glass of cold water. She guzzled down two. Her tummy rumbled and she asked for a medium rare steak, then changed her mind and asked for liver and bacon with a side of broccoli. The iron would be welcome. Taking her food, she went and sat on the couch. Famished she dove into her meal.

Citun came barreling out of the room. “There you are; I thought I dreamed you.”

“I’m real and starving.”

Storm shoved a huge amount of liver into her mouth. It was delicious covered in bacon. She should have asked for onions but the replicator was sometimes hit and miss. It wasn’t programed with every Earth food Storm knew and when the machine improvised, it was scary—sometimes things moved. When she questioned Citun how a machine could create life, he laughed and told her it couldn’t. The replicated items simulated the motion of certain foods to be appealing. There were some dishes the Zargonnii enjoyed that were still alive. He then replicated a dish he enjoyed to prove a point. Storm almost lost her appetite when squirming octopus-like small creatures wiggled over a dish.

Citun brought his own plate of food over. Some items were steaming, some appeared cold, and thankfully nothing moved. There were things she’d never seen and gave him a questioning gaze.

“We’ve been experimenting with other planet foods. Before I let you try any I want to make sure they won’t hurt you. You’re so small a belly eruption would be disastrous.”

“Well, I suddenly feel two inches tall.”

“I forgive you; I did a while ago. You were afraid of me. You could have sent me flying. In retrospect that might have been more pleasant then the nuts. You know, I think I killed that bush.”

Storm laughed then covered her mouth. Citun was chuckling, and she knew he’d forgiven her. She supposed after last night, he would forgive her for anything. Feeling a little shy, which surprised her, Storm ran her fingers over his hand.

“You are amazing in bed. I will admit I’m a little sore though.”

Citun put his plate down; he’d already inhaled most of his meal. “Did I hurt you?”

Storm heard the concern. “No, I just didn’t know your kind could have sex for such a long stretch.”

“I should have warned you any attempt on your part to try and take an upper hand is dangerous.”

“Ah, I bit you. Understood. Well that sucks. I wouldn’t mind some rough play but not if you’re going to eat me.”

Citun appeared stunned. “Rough play? But you’re so small.”

“As long as you can control your strength, we can play fight. Storm moved their plates to the floor. She grinned at Citun, then pounced. Her momentum knocked them to the ground where she lay on top of him. He was so surprised she almost felt sorry for him.

“Submit, warrior. Or feel my wrath.”

His lips twitched. Using both his arms he lifted her up off him and held her suspended while her legs dangled. Storm remembered how far he’d tossed the Tonan and for a second, she wondered if rough housing was a good idea after all. Citun grinned up at her.

“I had a toff that weighed more than you when I was a child.”

“A toff?”

“A pet, like a really big dog.”

“A pet.” She squealed and started kicking.

“He wasn’t nearly as cute as you. But way heavier. You’re like a snowflake. A really hot snowflake.”

“I’ll show you hot.”

Citun laughed, and in a fluid motion, she was under him, and he impaled her. She gasped in a huge breath, and he thumped harder. Storm grabbed his arms. The crooning he made before was gone, replaced with frightening growls. Her thrashing eased and she spread her legs wider to accept more of him. Her face buried into his chest and her grip softened. That’s when the crooning began. Submission. Storm never thought she was into that type of sex and realized what he did was different. There was no binding or spanking or other paraphernalia or toys. The simple act of giving him dominance was all he wanted.

When he had what he wanted, he relaxed. In time, she knew he would understand what play was. Perhaps he already did but when he entered her, the play stopped, his want of her was too real. She lifted her arms to wrap around him and pull him closer. His thrusts were a gentle glide and she could tell he was concentrating on his size and hers.

Slick and wet, his entire length found entry. Storm was surprised she could accept all of him. His body closed around her, his weight a cushion fortress. She loved to run her hands over the smoothness of his bare back and ass. His legs were mostly bare of hair, his cock was hairless. His balls were massive. He wasn’t in battle mode as he had been the night before. She realized he had battled last night, with his own emotions. Storm could tell he won.

“Thank you for rescuing me,” she whispered.

“Thank you accepting me.”

“Citun, roll us over. Let me be on top of you.”

He cringed. “You can’t dominate me.”

“Silly, as if. Just trust me.”

Citun flipped them over and Storm straddled him. He looked wary. She dug her fingers into the silky white hair on his chest. Coaxing him, she placed his hands on her hips and rose and fell slowly while he grunted. Storm tossed her head back jutting her breasts forward. As she figured, her breasts were too tempting for him to refuse. Each of his fingers closed around her high globes and he experimented by squeezing each. His uncertain growls changed to interest. So much so, she whimpered when he rolled her buds as if they were removable.

“Careful, they don’t grow back,” she said as she placed her hands over his.

Storm kept her eyes closed and felt one of his hands squeeze her ass. He was so powerful he could lift her and lower her with that single hand. Soon he discovered he could control how fast their motion went. Once he discovered dominance in this position, there was no stopping him. Both hands were now on her hips and Storm was bumped into a whirlwind of motion. Higher, harder, faster, until she was crying out and gasping for breath.

“Citun, my God,” she bellowed.

“Your boobs jiggle in the nicest way,” was his response.

Storm groaned. “I’ll give myself a black eye at this pace.”

Citun flipped them over. He lowered a hand to squeeze and knead a breast while he ravaged her; he went from crooning to growling to speaking nonsense about how wonderful her perfect body was. She was anything but perfect; she liked her looks but that was all. Her normally strong, muscular legs were jelly, and her arms lowered to her sides. Citun tugged her further under him and slid in and out unhurried.

The force of her release shook her, and when Citun roared, he scared the shit out of her. Three more times he brought her to climax. Storm begged exhaustion and Citun came as his body tensed and quieted. Instead of sleeping, he lifted her into his arms and carried her into what he referred to as a bathing room. The surge of water splashed over her after hitting his back. The sound was intense, and she knew he shielded her from the brunt of the force. She was never to go into the shower alone; she was warned her first day the water pressure would peel the skin from her bones. Normally, she asked for a warm basin from the replicator to bathe.

When he last washed the blood from his body, she was surprised by the water’s force. She never doubted his word but it was hard to believe a Zargonnii would want to bathe in a fierce environment.

“Why is the water so hard?” she whispered.

“We have pond scum that is very deadly on my planet. Calm and stagnant water is dangerous, sometimes even to a warrior. The furious rush doesn’t allow the scum to form or regroup. Promise me you will stay away from the water on my planet.”

“I promise.”

Citun washed her with the dripping harmless water from his body. He absorbed the blow, tucking her into his chest. His hair, wild and wonderful, cradled her to him. He touched her everywhere, careful to keep her safe. Slippery soap cleaned intimate places. Storm was falling asleep as he stepped from the shower and dried her with his controlled gaze. His warmth was sensuous enough to stretch her limbs cat-like as he set her down. The feel of the mattress was heavenly. His red eyes left no area untouched and she was lulled into slumber.

Chapter 9

“It’s good to see you well.”

Storm stood, mouth agape at a huge warrior. He was gorgeous. Barefoot, dressed only in hip hugging ebony pants. Dark as night hair, a brilliant white even smile, and no nipples on his chest. For a second, she was scared he was Tonan, but Citun seemed happy to see him. She was informed he was Cobra, leader of the Castian and now Tonan Empire. He appraised her from toe to head.

“It’s good to be back in familiar territory,” Citun said. Both males clasped a hand onto the other’s arm.

“I see your mission was a success,” Cobra said while he continued to eye Storm.

“Very successful. I’ve gotten a few transmissions; I hear you’ve added a number of rogue Tonan into your midst.”

“Yes, all mated and loyal.”

“You mean there really are good Tonans?” Storm was skeptical.

“Yes. Many. Too bad Citun found you first. My warriors would have jumped hurdles for your attention,” Cobra said and winked at her.

Citun growled and pulled Storm close. “Too bad for your warriors, not me.”

Cobra chuckled. “My mate Leah would love to visit once you’re settled. Perhaps Citun could bring you to Bagron. We have many humans, males, females, and children. I think you’d like my planet. I have begun leaving the wandering for my unmated warriors. I don’t stray far. My family keeps me busy, and I’m happy to let the younger warriors handle more. The war is dying down. But thank you, Citun, I’ll let the dark warriors and mine know there is still a Gorgano threat. We received your message. Titus was thrilled to hear your voice. He was ready to launch a search party.”

“It was good to be heard. We had a few tense moments. It would be best if all Gorgano are hunted down before they can regroup. The Tonan pose a minimal threat, but the Gorgano are a danger to every Zargonnii warrior and a few humans. I’ll have a mission together after I speak to Titus further on the subject.”

Cobra laughed. “My friend, wait until you do see Titus and meet his mate and young son.”

“Titus has both a mate and a son? He never mentioned them. Then again, our discussion was brief and to the point. How is that possible? He had no son when I left.”

“You’ve been gone a while. His son, Zell, is well, I guess you’ll just have to see. I assure you, the babe’s mother is human. A very powerful human female. Zell is nothing you can imagine.”

“A male Zargonnii half-human?”

Storm was surprised. Citun sounded sad. She gazed at him curiously. “What is wrong with the mix?”

“A warrior half-human wouldn’t be very, um, strong.”

Cobra roared with laughter. “You have no clue how wrong you are. When you meet the little powerhouse don’t piss him off, he might send you back to the planet you found Storm.”

Storm was intrigued. She never really thought her union with Citun would result in children; she wasn’t certain it was possible, now she learned it was.

“Are all Zargonnii-human offspring that special?”

“Introducing humans to both Castian and Zargonnii culture has made some special children. Mothers who have met up with the Gorgano prove to be an interesting mix. Some mothers have fascinating abilities and we are finding the aptitude grows with some experiences,” Cobra said.

“Such as saving the life of someone you care for,” Citun muttered.

Storm thought about that. Her fear and fury were so intense when she thought Citun was about to die an overwhelming hatred of the weapon charging him took all of her concentration. It was odd to want an inanimate object annihilated. After her experience, she was different but uncertain how. There wasn’t a single thing that came to mind.

“Speaking of powerhouses, what happened with that baby boy your warrior and his mate had. Now what was their names? Roam, and Jinx?” Citun asked.

“Ryker is the boy’s name. He and Zell have become the best of friends and have the ability to…”

Cobra was interrupted when Ashala appeared, carrying a little boy. “For some reason, this child suddenly appeared in my arms.” Ashala didn’t appear concerned, simply mystified.

Cobra sighed and held his hands out to the boy. The child smiled and it was apparent they knew each other well.

“This is Ryker. Besides being his own game of hide and seek and driving the hive insane with worry occasionally, he’s harmless. Well, he is to friends. The enemy, and he seems to know enemies, don’t get off as lucky.” Cobra ran his hand over the boy’s hair in a fond gesture. Storm smiled seeing pride and love from the powerful leader.
