said as she slowly began to disrobe and reach for the ceremonial robe that lay on the altar before her.

Althea nodded but her heart broke for her child. In that moment she would have gladly traded places if only the goddess would have allowed it. But this was

destiny and Althea could do nothing. What must be done could not be stopped. For everything, the very Isle of
