| 32 The current Chief Deputy of the Falls County Sheriff's Office, Larry Honeycutt, confirmed that there is no mention of Kenneth McDuff in the master index at the Falls County Sheriff's Office in a telephone conversation with the author. The conclusion that there is no existing record of any arrests of Kenneth McDuff in Falls County is based on McDuff's prison record, which has a complete criminal history, and several affidavits filed on various occasions which included McDuff's prior criminal offenses.
