Pork Roast And Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients:

  • 3 pounds of pork roast
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ½ tsp. of black pepper
  • 4 cups of cauliflower
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic
  • 2 sticks of celery
  • 8 oz. portabella mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2 cups water

Preparations

  • Trim fat from roast
  • Chop cauliflower
  • Chop onion
  • Slice mushrooms

Let’s Get Cooking!

  1. Throw cauliflower, onion, garlic, celery and water into the cooker on medium heat
  2. Next the roast and then all the seasonings
  3. Cook on medium heat for 4-6 until pork is cooked
  4. Slice and serve

Lemon Olive Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • ½ tsp. organic cumin
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ½ cup butter
  • a lemon
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Can of green olives
  • ½ cup red onion

Preparations

  • Cut lemon in half juice one-half slice the other
  • Remove bones and skin from chicken
  • Removes pits from olives
  • Slice onion
  • Season chicken with sea salt, cumin, pepper

Let’s Get Cooking!

  1. Set cooker to high and brown chicken on both sides
  2. Toss in remaining ingredients
  3. Cook 1 – 2 hours on Low or until chicken is done.
  4. Serve

Personal note
- Don’t forget to make leftovers and put them in freezer safe containers. Don’t forget to mark the container with the date it was made. A good way I found to put the date in containers is with masking tape and a marker, it makes it easy to change the dates as needed.

  • Precooked sausage

  1. In a cooker add sausage, beef, and onions spinach by layering it into the cooker
  2. Add sauce on top
  3. Add meats by lawyering it into cooker
  4. Next, add cheese
  5. Repeat until all ingredients are used but make sure top lawyer is cheese
  6. Cook on low about 4 hours or until it is cooked throughout
  7. Let Cool And Cut
  8. Enjoy

  • 1 cup of beef broth

  1. Throw ingredient in pressure cooker
  2. Cook on medium heat for 4 to 6 hours
  3. Serve and enjoy
