“Yes Sir.” He stood there motionless waiting, smiling.

“You may go home now, I’ll see you in the morning at
9am.” He glanced up at Bill and back down.

“Oh and have a good night.”

Bill left the room and walked slowly down the hall
towards the front door. Today had been the single most unusual day of his life.
He felt new somehow, free. He climbed into his car carefully. Every part of him
was sore which made him smile. He could still feel the stickiness of him, on
his back as he leaned back into his seat. Christiane had done things, he had
never even thought of and Bill loved it. He could only think about what he had
said. Tomorrow….What else did he have in store for him? What else was there? He
had no idea what was coming but he couldn’t wait.

Bill made his way home to his
apartment and walked down the hall. He received a few odd looks at his torn
shirt and overall disheveled state. He didn’t care, this was the start of
something new. He made his way into the apartment and started to run a shower.
Bill took off his clothes and for the second time today, looked at himself in
the mirror. Gone were the thoughts about his appearance or his former
boyfriend. He looked at the small bruises on his thighs and smiled. He loved
his body and what it would give him. He was a new person and would embrace it
from now on. He stepped into the shower thinking about what tomorrow may have
in store for him and realized, whatever it was, it wasn’t going to be with that
idiot ex-boyfriend.  For the first time in a long while, he felt OK about
being alone.

The Billionaire
Inside
Me

Dimitri has an underwhelming life as a poor waiter and
no love life. He likes to play it safe and make responsible decisions. When he
meets a Mateo, his life changes.  Mateo makes him feel ways Dimitri had
never thought possible. Mateo is a billionaire who isn’t afraid of taking crazy
risks and always speaks his mind. Sparks fly between them, but Dimitri wonders
if a poor waiter like him and a rich white man like Mateo could ever work.

After Dimitri gives Mateo a chance,
things seem to go great. Mateo showers Dimitri with attention and expensive
gifts, and not only does he make Dimitri smile, he also makes Dimitri want to
take risk and stop playing it safe all of the time. But no one is perfect and Mateo
has to have his flaws. Will Mateo’s flaws be too much for Dimitri to handle, or
will this opposite couple attract more than just a quick night of passion?

        “We need
more shrimp on the right side!” James yelled out into the kitchen. “And hurry
up with those drinks Dimitri, you couldn’t be slower if you had cement cinder
blocks tied to your feet. Move, move! Go!”

        Dimitri
hated the way his boss shouted at him, but the waiter job at the banquet hall
paid well and he needed all the cash he could get. He could put up with a
little yelling so that he could pay his bills.

“He is so obnoxious.” His friend Kya whispered to him. “If it wasn’t for the
good tips I’d shove his shrimp up his..,”

“Kya!” James yelled. “Aren’t you supposed to be getting those shrimp to the
guest, not standing around and chit chatting with Mr. Cement over here?”

        “Got ya!”
Kya flipped him the bird when he turned his back, but she grabbed her tray and
headed out to the ballroom.

        Dimitri
followed her out of the kitchen with his own tray, his filled with glassed if
champagne. Rich people loved champagne. He didn’t see what the big deal about
it was. To him it tasted gross, but he was neither rich nor fancy, so his
opinion didn’t matter much on the subject. As Dimitri walked past a large
mirror on the wall, he caught a glimpse of his own image. His skin was lightly
tanned and his eyes a bright hazel. With full soft lips, a tight body, and
black hair, he was lovely.

        Tonight’s
event was a charity silent auction. He managed to sneak a peek at some of the
items and they were impressive. There were back stage passes to concerts,
autographed memorabilia, and other expensive items. But the one thing that
caught Dimitri’s eye was the beautiful golden bracelet. It looked like
something a Football Star would have worn, with huge diamonds. In another
lifetime Dimitri might have worn such a piece, but not this lifetime. He would
never be the man to own such a piece of jewelry.

“Do you like what you see?” A man said from beside him.

“Excuse me?” Dimitri turned to see the man. He was strikingly handsome, with
dark blonde hair and ocean blue eyes. His body looked fit, even covered by his
expensive tuxedo. He was probably in his mid-thirties, older than him, but
still very attractive. Dimitri definitely liked what he saw.

“Do you like the golden bracelet? I saw you staring at it from afar.” His voice
was deep, sending warmth through his body.

“It’s beautiful.” He looked back at the magnificent bracelet, its gems shining
in the light.

“It would look even more beautiful on your arm.” The man stepped towards him
and Dimitri could feel his heart race. The man reached his hand forward, making
Dimitri hold his breath as he anticipated his touch, but instead the man took a
glass of champagne from his tray. “What is your name?”

“Dimitri, my name is Dimitri.” Dimitri’s heart was still beating rapidly as he
watched his every move.

“My name is Mateo.” He took a sip from the glass. “And I am going to get you
that bracelet.”

“No, sir. That is not necessary.” He told him. “You can’t get me that bracelet.
You don’t even know me.”

“Ah, see that is why I must get it, because I don’t like being told that I
can’t do something.” Mateo grinned at him. “Besides, I want to see you wear it
when I take you out tomorrow night.”

“Take me out?” Dimitri shook his head. “Have you lost your mind?”

“Maybe.” He sat down his empty glass on a table nearby. “I’ll definitely go
crazy if you say no.”

“You are insane.” He took his tray and began to walk away from Mateo.

“You say that as though it’s a bad thing.” Mateo continued walking with him. “I
just want to take out the most beautiful man that I have ever seen. How is that
a problem?”

“My boss will fire me if I don’t get working.” Dimitri looked around for any
sign of his boss. “I need to get back to work.”

“Then I will help you.” Mateo reached for his tray.

“No. You can’t help me.” Dimitri shook his head at him. “Are you deliberately
trying to get me fired?”

“Never, but if they do fire you, then you will have more time to go out on
dates with me.”

“Yeah, and no money to pay my rent.”

“Go out with me tomorrow.”

“Is that a question or a demand?”

“It’s a dream, now are you going to make it come true or leave me to dream
another day?” He jumped in front of him. “Will you go out with me tomorrow?”

“Fine.” Dimitri agreed. “I will go out with you, now let me get back to work
before I get fired.”

“Of course.” He smiled. “I will pick you up at seven.”

        “Alright.”
Dimitri turned his back to him and began walking away with his own smile.

Suddenly, he realized that he never exchanged numbers with Mateo or told him
where he lives. How would Mateo know where to pick him up? He turned back around
to find him, but he was gone. For the rest of the night he kept an eye out for
the handsome man, but it was like he had mysteriously disappeared.

        It was
six-fifty three and Dimitri stood impatiently in his apartment window looking
down below. The evening before had been so strange and he could not get the
thought of Mateo out of his mind. He regretted not giving him his number or
address. Now he may never see him again and Dimitri felt like his chances with
a gorgeous, charming, rich man had all but disappeared.

“Still kicking yourself in the butt over that billionaire?” Kya said from
behind him.

“No, I am just looking out at the kids playing in the street.” Dimitri lied as
he went away from the window and into the kitchen. “Where are their parents?”

“You know, I could ask around at work and see if anyone knows who he was.” Kya
said. “I’m sure that people will remember a good looking man like you
described.”

“Thanks, but don’t worry about it.”  Dimitri told his roommate. “A rich
man like him and a poor girl like me would never work anyway. What would we
have in common?”

Dimitri shook his head as he thought
about how disastrous their date most likely would have gone.

“So I guess you want me to tell him
that you aren’t here then.” Kya said as she looked out the window.

“What?”

“Take a look over there. I am assuming he is your Prince Charming, but if you
don’t want to go with him I will tell him you aren’t here.” Kya teased.

“Oh
my gosh
!” Dimitri ran to the window. “That’s him!
How did he find me? How did he know where I live? And look at me, I need to
change!”

“He is on his way up the stairs now. I don’t think you have time to change.”
Kya was enjoying this too much. He laughed as Dimitri ran to his bedroom and
started freaking out.

A knock came on the door. Dimitri
closed his bedroom door and locked it as though Mateo were a boogie man coming
for him.

“Dimitri! There is a man here to see
you!” Kya taunted him through the hallway. “Come on out.”

How could he go out there? Dimitri
was only wearing jeans and a tank top, while Mateo was dressed in a full suit.
He was way out of his element with this man. What was he thinking when he
agreed to go out on a date with Mateo? Perhaps he was only thinking of his
beautiful smile and enchanting blue eyes.

        “Dimitri?” He heard Mateo’s deep
voice on the other side of his bedroom door.

“Yes?”
Damn it.

“Is everything alright?” He asked.

“Yes.” He was stalling. Maybe if he stalled long enough he might leave, but
then again he hated the thought of not seeing him too.

“Are you going to come out of there anytime soon?” Mateo asked him.

“Ugh.” Dimitri sighed. “You are so dressed up and I don’t have anything nice to
wear. I didn’t think you were coming. I didn’t think you knew where I lived.”

“Is that all that is keeping you? Not having something to wear?” His voice was
nice.

“I guess so.”

“Well that is fixable. Let’s go.” He sounded upbeat suddenly. “Let’s go
shopping.”

“Shopping?” Dimitri leaned against his bedroom door. “Shopping for what?”

“Clothes. A suit. Shoes. Anything you want.”

“You are crazy.” He felt a smile on his face.

“You say that like it is a bad thing.” Mateo told him.

Dimitri opened the door and saw
Mateo standing just a few feet away from him. He was just as gorgeous as the
day before.

“You look beautiful.” Mateo said to
him.

The way Mateo spoke to him made
Dimitri feel good. It was as though he was the most important thing in the
world to him. He loved that feeling. They left his apartment and Mateo helped
Dimitri into his limousine. He had only been in a limo on prom night, and it
was nothing like this one. Mateo stared at Dimitri from across the limo as he
sat a few seats away.

“How did you know where to find me?”
He asked him.

“I have my ways.” Mateo said. Dimitri raised his brows at him. “So, tell me
about yourself.”

“Sounds like a job interview.” Dimitri joked.

“I just want to get to know you. You fascinate me.” His voice warmed his body.

“Why do I fascinate you?”

“Your mind intrigues me, your eyes are captivating, and there is something
about your lips when you speak that sends shivers down my spine.” He took a
deep breath. “You just fascinate me.”

Dimitri blushed a little as he
talked about him. He was usually confident and brave around men, but Mateo made
him feel like a school boy with a puppy love crush. He made his body hot and
his mind dirty with thoughts of Mateo.

“Here we are.” Mateo pointed at the high end boutique in front of them. “Let’s
go find you a suit.”

“But this place is so expensive.”
Not that Dimitri had ever even been
in the store, but everyone in the city had heard of this boutique. It was a
well-known clothing store for wealthy men, not poor boys like Dimitri who could
not even afford a scarf from this place.

“If I was a man that was concerned
with money, I would be crazy to ask anyone to go on a shopping spree.” He
laughed. “Now come on, let’s go do something impossible and find something as
gorgeous as you are.”
Mateo stepped out of the limo and
lent Dimitri his hand to get out. He reached up and felt the warmth of his skin
on his fingers. It only made Dimitri want more of his skin on his.

“Welcome to Delta’s. How may I
assist you?”
A young pretty blonde woman greeted
him as they walked in. He didn’t pay much attention to Dimitri, but Dimitri
didn’t mind. The less interaction with her, the better.

“Yes, I need a beautiful suit to
match this beautiful man of mine.” Mateo put his hand on Dimitri’s shoulder. “I
doubt there is a suit that compared to his beauty, but we can try.”

“I have lots.” The snappy blonde said. “Follow me ma’am.”

        The blonde swayed her hips
seductively as she led Dimitri and Mateo to the back of the store.
