away

passed
Teddy
on

staircase

could
see
the
pain
in

and

tears
in

eyes.

knew

continued
up

steps
in
an
effort
to
pass
him
without

in

stopped
her

turned
around
to
wait
for
Jade
she
momentarily
locked
eyes
with
Logic
who

detained

Teddy.

as
distraught
as

felt.
Teddy
and
Dorian
attempted
to
distract
him
and
cheer
him
up
but
he
couldn

take
his
eyes
off
Queen.
Queen
turned
and
continued
up
the
stairs
as
Jade
finally
caught
up.
