Discussion Questions
  1. While she's writing, Becky always boils the theme of her book down to a few words. In the case of
    Undeniably Yours,
she got it down to two words. What do you think those two words might be?
  2. All through the book we see God communicating to His people through other Christians. Has God ministered to you in this way? When? Have you been moved by Him to minister in this way to others?
  3. Over the course of the book, what metaphors did Becky use for the changes happening within Meg? What metaphor did she use for Christ's sacrifice on the cross?
  4. Which character in the book did you empathize with the most?
  5. Meg's character was inspired by two Christian friends of Becky's who have endured divorce. Have any of you been through a divorce (either yourself, your parents, your child, your sibling)? Was it hard for you to claim God's grace through the situation?
  6. If you fell in love with Bo right alongside Meg, why? What was it about him that stole your heart?
  7. Which scenes made you laugh?
  8. The importance of family is seen throughout this novel. How did family impact Bo and Meg, in both positive and negative ways? How has your own family influenced your decisions for good or bad?
  9. According to some estimates, sociopaths account for as much as 3 percent of the male population. Do you think you've known any?
  10. Did you guess ahead of time exactly what kind of trouble Stephen was planning to cause? If not, what did you think was going to happen?
  11. In the end Meg decided to give up something valuable (controlling share in her father's company) in exchange for God's best for her. Becky likes to write about conflicts that are gray, instead of black or white. When has God asked you to give up something good for His best?
  12. Which scenes in
    Undeniably Yours
made you the most emotional? Why?
