“I don’t think so.”

“Come on Elle, you will be the only one not getting any this weekend. Don’t be a prude.”

“What, what do you mean?” I look at her. “What about your dad?”

“Oh, I’m sure he and that evil Olivia are knocking boots.”

My heart sinks, “Really?”

“Well, I don’t know for sure, but she has been after my dad for years. She has scared off any woman he even looks at.”

“Oh?”

“Well, he hasn’t dated in years and she is the only one who keeps showing up. I’m sure she is scaring them all away.”

“Oh, okay.” I put my pajamas and jeans back in my closet and pack a couple of thongs and tank tops to sleep in. What was the point of saving myself if the man of my dreams was out of
bounds?
“Would you be upset if they started dating?” I question Brittany.

“Oh, yea. I hate her. I don’t think she can make my dad happy and a selfish part of me likes it being just me and him you know.”

“But what about if you get married?”

“I’ll still be a daddy’s girl. I mean I don’t mind if he dates, I’d just rather nothing serious and certainly no gold-digger trying to marry him and get his money you know.”

“Yeah, I can see why that would be a worry.”

“Let’s finish packing. The limo will be here to take us to the airport soon.”

Chapter 4

Vegas was fantastic. Lots of lights, lots of gambling and lots of food. For some reason our rooms weren’t ready when we got there so we had to store our bags at the front desk until we got back from walking along the strip.

“Okay guys, I have the keys.” Peter walks up to us and grins, He hands one to Brittany and Mark and then one to his mom.

“Aren’t you forgetting something Peter?” Elliott frowns at him.

“What?” Peter looks at him curiously.

“Two more keys? One for me and one for Elle?”

“Huh?” Peter looks confused and annoyed. “I didn’t think you guys needed keys.”

“Well, how will we get into our rooms?”

“Rooms,” Peter repeats still confused.

“Where do you expect us to sleep Peter?” Elliott looks at him as if he were a dumb 1
st
grader.

“Uh, with Mom and me of course.” Peter doesn’t get it.

“I’m afraid I am not going to allow you to pressure Elle into sharing a room with you Peter. That is not acceptable. Brittany and Mark have been dating for close to a year and I am barely okay with them sharing a room but you and Elle are not even a couple yet.”

“Why don’t we let Elle decide Elliott, she seems like a big girl.” Olivia’s eyes are shooting daggers at me. I decide that I am not going to let her get her way.

“Actually, I’d rather we not share a room Peter. Elliott is right, we barely know each other.” Take that Olivia. Both Peter and Brittany look at me in disappointment. Both of them had been hoping I would be getting laid tonight.

“Well, there are no more rooms left.” Peter looks triumphant.

“Well then, you and your mom will share a room and I will share with Elle.” Elliott grabs the key from Peter’s hand and picks up our bags. “Let’s go check out our rooms folks.”

I follow behind him, secretly excited but
agree with Brittany that her dad can be so overprotective sometimes.

“I’m sorry Elle. Try and get a good nights sleep and we will work something else out for tomorrow okay.” Brittany gives me a hug and runs off to catch up with Mark who was anxious for them to get to the bedroom.

I see Olivia glaring at me and Peter looking at me miserably and I quickly follow Elliott into the room. “Night guys,” I shout back to them quickly.

“Wait a second Elle,” Peter quickly grabs me. “Come to my room tonight. I’m going to try and get my mom a suite.” I look at him and nod, not wanting to tell him no in fear that he would cause a scene.

“Good night Elle,” Olivia smiles at me sweetly as her son is watching. As soon as he turns away she says, “Don’t even think about trying to sleep with Peter tonight.”

I gape at her confused. Had she really warned me away from him?

“Maybe Elliott can read you a bedtime story to make you fall asleep before he comes to spend the night with me.” She turns away quickly at that point as Peter is walking but up to us. But I feel my insides quake with jealousy.

I walk into the room quickly and close the door. I can hear water running in the bathroom and I assume Elliott is taking a shower. I fall back onto the king-sized bed and sigh. I never thought I would be in such a complicated situation. It seemed as if I couldn’t win with either of these guys. Peter’s mother hated me and I wasn’t sure how he really felt about me asides from sexual attraction and Elliott was Brittany’s dad. He hated looked at me really since he found out who I was and I couldn’t even imagine how she would react if I were to date him. I was still lying on the bed when Elliott emerged from the bathroom wearing only a pair of boxer shorts.

I gasped when I saw him. He was so physically fit and attractive. He had a splattering of hair across his chest that made him even sexier.  I felt weak in the knees just looking at him.

“I hope you don’t mind sharing a bed with me tonight Elle?” He asked me in concern.

“No, no I don’t,” I mumbled back at him, still captivated by his body.

“It’s a King so I’m sure we won’t be in each others way.” He grinned at me.

“Yeah. Shouldn’t be a problem.” I wished it
were
a twin size bed. Then we would have to be in each
other’s
way.

I’m going to turn the TV on if you don’t mind?” Elliott asked me politely as he turned away.

“No problem, I’m going to take a shower now.” I grabbed my bag and walked into the bathroom. I contemplated going to Peter’s room, he had sent me a text and I figured he
might
be a good way to get over Elliott. As I showered I had an idea. Elliott had been attracted to me once, so he may still be. I decided to stay the night and wear the thong and
tank top
to bed as I had planned to with Peter and would see what happened.

I put a long t-shirt on over my tank top and thong so that when I walked back into the bedroom he wouldn’t see what I was wearing. Elliott had turned the light off and so the room was dark asides from the glare from the TV.

“Hope there was enough hot water.” Elliott’s gruff voice spoke to me in the dark.

“Yes, yes there was. Thanks.” I walked over to the bed slowly, not sure if I was brave enough to take off the t-shirt.

“I’m just going to brush my teeth,” he said as he got out of bed and walked past me.

“Okay.” I looked up at him and our eyes met. I could feel the heat radiating from his body
. I quickly pulled off my t-shirt and climbed into bed. I was absorbed in an episode of ‘Chopped’ when he came back out of the bathroom. He climbed into the bed besides me and I felt a quick thrill of excitement.

“Cooking show?” Elliott sat up in the bed and talked to me.

“Yeah,” I say up as well, making sure that the sheets were up to my waist. I didn’t want him seeing me in my underwear. “I love cooking shows.” I looked over at him and grinned.

“I know. Brittany told me you make her meals every week based on ideas from
the different shows you watch.”

“Oh, yeah.”  I look over at him and smile.

“She says you aren’t that good a cook though.” He grins at me.

“What?”

“Got ya,” he laughs at me and I swat him on the shoulder.

I see him looking down at my chest. It is pretty clear that I’m not wearing a bra and I feel my nipples tighten at his gaze.

“I’m joking. She says you are a good cook.”

“That’s good to know.”  I smile but keep my distance.

“What’s your favorite meal to cook?” He asks me coming closer to me.

“Uhm, “ I think for a second. “Roast beef. I like to cook a Sunday roast.”

“Ah, a family meal.”

“Yeah.” I look up at him and realize he is right in my face. “Oh,” I whisper as he takes my mouth in his. The kiss lasts for about a minute.

“Sorry,” he says as he draws back from me.

“For what?” I stare at him dazed.

“For kissing you.”

“Oh.”

“Sorry,” he says again as he reaches over and runs his hand across my breast, gently squeezing my nipple.

“For what?”  I gaze at him enraptured.

“For this,” and he reaches down and sucks my nipple through my tank top.

“It’s all right,” I whisper as I run my hands up and down his back. I lay back in the bed and he rolls over pushing the sheets off of the bed.

“Oh Elle.” Elliott gazes at me and licks his lip as he stares at me in my tank top and panties. I stare at him wordlessly.  He reaches down and lifts my
tank top
off.

“It’s only fair that we both have our tops off.”

I pull him down on top of me so that I can kiss him. Our mouths lavished each other and our tongues explored the inner most depths of each other’s mouths. We rolled over and I was on top of him, I felt his hardness beneath me and heard him groan as I rubbed myself on him. He moved his hands to my butt and groaned.
