Marie gave a sigh of defeat. “I’ll get going now… then I can grab some coffee, too.”
“Ok,” Kristina said, as though she hadn’t just pushed Marie towards the early exit.
Marie slipped on a coat, threw a bag over her shoulder, and grabbed a few books that had been scattered along her bed. Keith thought she would make a quiet exit, but at the last second she turned at the door and looked at Kristina. “Kris, could I have a word with you outside, please?”
Kristina nodded without expression and followed Marie outside, leaving Keith alone in the room. He tried to make out their conversation, but he could hear nothing except for unintelligible murmuring. He didn’t bother to try harder than that, mainly because he had a fairly good idea what Marie was saying about him. A part of him didn’t blame her. She was right on many accounts. The worlds that he and Kristina came from were entirely separate, as different as night and day. She was right about the fact that Kristina was too good for him as well, but he had no idea how to alter that fact.
He thought about what he was really doing here. The thank you had been an excuse—and he knew it. The honest truth was that he had simply wanted to see Kristina again. She calmed him in a way that no one had been able to, at least not since Natalie. It was strange, but even thinking of Natalie had gotten easier somehow, as though the wound was not as fresh as it had once been. Keith wondered if that was a new development, or it had happened a while ago and he had only just noticed.
Finally, the door opened again and Kristina walked in alone, unencumbered by her friend. She was avoiding his gaze for some reason, and she wore an expression that came close to embarrassment. “I see you met Marie,” Kristina said with a soft chuckle.
“She’s quite the spitfire,” Keith said without mincing words. “Has she always been that… outspoken?”
“Only about the things she’s passionate about,” Kristina replied. “And she’s always been a loyal friend.”
“Well… that I can respect.”
Kristina nodded. Then she looked up after a few moments had passed. “What are you doing here, Keith?”
Keith stood slowly. He felt like a giant in the small room, and he resisted the urge to sit down again. “I realized that I never thanked you for what you did for me last week,” he started off shakily. “I just left. It was less than you deserved.”
“I just followed your instructions,” Kristina said. “I didn’t do much.”
“You didn’t insist on calling the police or taking me to the hospital,” Keith said. “And you brought me back here, instead of leaving me on the streets like any other person would have done.”
“I don’t know about that,” Kristina said with a shrug. “There are a lot of nice people out there.”
“Maybe in the world you live in,” Keith said. “But not in mine.”
He saw Kristina’s face fall slightly, and he kicked himself internally. “I’m sorry… I didn’t mean to upset you.”
“No… you didn’t,” Kristina said. “It’s just that… you and I… we’re very different aren’t we?”
“We are,” Keith nodded. “But I don’t know that that’s necessarily a bad thing.”
Kristina looked as though she were unsure. “See, that’s what I’ve been trying to figure out these last few weeks.”
“What have you been trying to figure out?”
“How can something you want so much… be bad?” Kristina said softly.
Keith felt his pulse race as he took in her words. “What exactly… do you want that badly?”
They looked each other in the eye for a long moment. There was something brazen, open, and seductive about the way Kristina was looking at him. There was an unspoken challenge in the air; Keith could sense it tickling at his skin, making him aware of his body.
“You,” Kristina said. “Ever since I first saw you at Lee and Seton… I’ve only ever wanted you.”
That was all the invitation that Keith needed. He encircled Kristina’s waist in one hand without having to take a step forward, and he pulled her to him with force. She crashed into him, her hands reaching for his face before he leaned down to her. They had not kissed before that moment. The night they had fucked had been only about their bodies, but this time it was different. There was more involved here than just sex. There was an intimacy that had not existed before.
They were no longer strangers who had no expectation of seeing each other after the moment had passed. They were invested in the now, but they were invested in the events that followed as well. Keith felt her hands tangle into his hair, and he pulled her closer as his hand stumbled over the zipper of her jeans.
“Wait,” Kristina said suddenly, as she pushed him away from her.
She stepped back, and Keith was satisfied to see that her breathing was heavy. Then she placed her hands on his chest and pushed him into the chair Marie had been sitting in only moments ago. Kristina pulled back again, and slowly, she unbuttoned her blouse and slipped it off her shoulders. Keith realized how much he had missed the last time, like the curve where her stomach gave way to her hips and the birthmark just underneath her bra line and the full plumpness of her breasts.
His erection was painfully impatient as he watched her unzip her jeans and pull them off. Then she unhooked her bra and slid it off, revealing the fullness of her large breasts. Finally she pulled off her thong and straightened out in complete nakedness before she moved towards him. She unzipped him slowly, almost teasingly, taking her time as though she were unaware or unconcerned with Keith’s need, his impatience. Immediately, after she had unzipped him, his penis sprung free of his trousers and stood at attention to greet her. She wrapped her hand around it and stroked it softly as she sank to her knees between his legs.
Keith watched as her head came down over his penis, and a moment later she encircled it with her mouth. A thrill of pure, unadulterated pleasure surged through him like electric current, and he felt as though his body were dancing. He could feel her tongue on the tip of his penis at first, and then slowly, she took the whole of him into her mouth.
“Oh fuck,” Keith breathed, as he leaned his head back against the chair, wondering if he had the strength to last.
He could feel his cock travel deeper and deeper inside her mouth, and each time she sucked him off he felt the urge to mutter a giddy prayer of thanks to whatever was responsible for creating her. When Keith knew he couldn’t take it anymore, he leaned in and grabbed her at the waist. In one giant leap, he had pulled her on top of him and she was straddling him comfortably.
“Fuck me,” he said, staring her straight in the eye.
“Gladly,” Kristina replied as she slid his cock into her.
Keith grabbed her ass and sat there, practically motionless as she rode him with an urgency that started to build, making him realize that there was no coming back from this.
Kristina
The almost kiss weighed heavily on Kristina’s mind even days after Keith had practically run from her room. She had felt the moment so intensely that she had been sure he had felt the same. So when she leaned in and he had turned tail and run, she had been struck dumb by her own stupidity.
He was not the kind of guy who stayed interested in the same girl for long. He had wanted to fuck her once, and now that he had fucked her, she didn’t hold the same appeal. Kristina had known this; she had understood it perfectly; and yet, it rankled her to know that she hadn’t truly
believed
it. She had let herself get caught up in the naïve belief that she was different and that Keith would see that and respond to it. Now, with a week between the almost kiss and now, Kristina was forced to face the facts that she had been taken in by girlish fantasies that had no place in reality.
Relieved to be back in her dorm room, Kristina set down her bag and smiled at Marie. Then she froze as she realized that Marie was not alone. For a second she thought her friend had met a guy and invited him up, but then her eyes landed on Keith, and for a moment, she couldn’t breathe.
“Keith?” she said in stunned disbelief.
“Hello, Kristina,” Keith said, straightening up.
“What are you doing here?” Kristina asked, glancing between the sexy biker on her bed and her surly faced roommate who did not look happy.
“I came to talk to you,” Keith said, throwing a sharp look in Marie’s direction.
Kristina cleared her throat and turned to Marie. “Don’t you have lectures all evening?” she asked pointedly, hoping her friend would take the hint and leave.
“They don’t start for another hour,” Marie said, and Kristina gave an internal sigh.
“Marie…” she said slowly.
Marie gave a sigh of defeat and Kristina could almost hear the irritated ‘
Fine!
’ in her tone. “I’ll get going now… then I can grab some coffee, too,” Marie said ungraciously.
“Ok,” Kristina said thankfully.
As Marie gathered together her things, Kristina snuck a glance in Keith’s direction. He looked particularly gorgeous, leaning back with casual indifference as he regarded Marie with a steely light-eyed gaze.
“Kris, could I have a word with you outside, please?” Marie asked, distracting Kristina from her ogling.
Kristina nodded and followed Marie out the door. The moment they were in the hallway, Marie shut the door and turned to face Kristina. “Are you
insane
?” she asked bluntly.
“He’s not dangerous Marie,” Kristina said pleadingly. “Trust me.”
“He’s not dangerous?” Marie repeated incredulously. “
Look
at him. He oozes danger.”
“You’re biased.”
“I’m not the one who’s biased here,” Marie shot back. “You’re the one who’s so infatuated that you can’t see past his pretty face. Sure he’s good looking, but it’s not going to be worth it in the long run. Can’t you see, Kris? He’s going to use you, and then he’s going to leave.”
“What if I don’t mind him using me?” Kristina asked defiantly.
Marie looked at her as though she had lost her mind. “Don’t be a fool.”
“You’re assuming a lot here you know.”
“Even if he doesn’t break your heart, he’s into a lot of illegal shit,” Marie went on. “Why would you put yourself in the middle of all that?”
“I wouldn’t.”
“You might not have a choice,” Marie said.
“Listen,” Kristina said calmly. “I appreciate your concern, I really do, but this is my life and it’s my choice to make. I know what I’m doing.”
“That’s what they all say,” Marie said, rolling her eyes.
“Can you please just… let me handle this the way I want to?” Kristina said. “We’re graduating soon remember? After that I won’t see Keith ever again… so until that time I just want to…”
“Experiment?”
“In a manner of speaking,” Kristina said with a nod.
Marie regarded her carefully and then gave a deep, noisy sigh. “Fine,” she huffed. “But be careful, you hear me?”
“I hear you,” Kristina said with a smile.
“If you need pepper spray—”
“I won’t,” Kristina said, cutting her off.
“Fine then,” Marie said. “Bye.”
Kristina gave her a big smile. “Have a good lecture… and thanks for clearing out for me.”
“Yeah, yeah,” Marie said irritably, as she started walking down the hall.
Kristina took a small, steadying breath and walked back into her dorm room. Keith was sitting in the same position, but he straightened up and got to his feet when she re-entered.
“I see you met Marie,” Kristina said, hoping Marie hadn’t been too rude.
“She’s quite the spitfire,” Keith said bluntly. “Has she always been that… outspoken?”
“Only about the things she’s passionate about,” Kristina replied. “And she’s always been a loyal friend.”
“Well… that I can respect.”
“What are you doing here, Keith?” Kristina asked, burning with curiosity and new hope.
“I realized that I never thanked you for what you did for me last week,” he said in a low voice.
“I don’t know about that,” Kristina said modestly. “There are a lot of nice people out there.”
“Maybe in the world you live in,” Keith said. “But not in mine.”
Kristina felt the smile on her lips falter slowly before it died completely. She tried to keep her expression straight, but her thoughts were spinning into new realizations, and she couldn’t concentrate on keeping the smile on her face. In that moment, spurred by Keith’s words, Kristina saw the differences between them as clear as night and day. She was used to a completely different lifestyle than he was, and to hope that they could find some common ground was asking a lot. She wondered when she had started hoping for a relationship with Keith. It had crept up on her quietly, and now that she was faced with the truth of her desires, she couldn’t help but feel sad.
“I’m sorry,” Keith said, breaking through her reverie. “I didn’t mean to upset you.”
“No… you didn’t,” Kristina said slowly. “It’s just that… you and I… we’re very different, aren’t we?”
“We are,” Keith nodded. “But I don’t know that that’s necessarily a bad thing.”
Kristina shot him a puzzled look, trying to reconcile her own thoughts. She had thought this whole experimental mindset of hers had been just a phase. She had hoped that by broadening her horizons and exposing herself to new people and new situations that she might satiate that thirst before she got on with her life. Now she was starting to question if it was temporary; she was starting to wonder if she had started down a path from which she couldn’t turn back.
“See, that’s what I’ve been trying to figure out these last few weeks,” Kristina said softly.
“What have you been trying to figure out?” Keith asked, looking at her with concern.
“How can something you want so much… be bad?” Kristina said, thinking aloud.
Keith hesitated for a moment. “What exactly… do you want that badly?”
Kristina let the silence creep into the space between them. She had expected the question before Keith had asked it, and it forced her to find an answer for it. She looked at her life—and at the last few weeks of it—and she thought of what she wanted more than anything else. She didn’t let reason or planning factor into it…she let her gut decide, and there was only one thing that rang truer than anything else did. “You,” Kristina said boldly and without reserve. “Ever since I first saw you at Lee and Seton… I’ve only ever wanted you.”
She saw his eyes spark with unadulterated emotion at her words, and in the next moment, he had pulled her into his arms. Kristina felt her world blossom open as though she had unlocked her inhibitions and thrown them into the wind. There was a sense of freedom, a sense of purpose in the moment that was intoxicatingly beautiful, so much so that she could barely keep track of where Keith touched her and how. All she was aware of was the delicious fact that he
was
touching her.
Kristina let him take the lead and then she stepped back for a moment to remove her clothes. She used the time to steady her breathing and to get her head on straight so that when she looked back on this memory she would remember most of it. She had never been particularly skittish about being naked in front of her lovers, but there was a high involved in standing naked in front of Keith and allowing, even inviting him to examine her. His eyes roved her body, and she welcomed their caress.
Then she moved towards him again and knelt instinctively between his legs, overcome with the desire to have him in her mouth. As soon as she had unzipped his trousers, his cock sprang free of the material, and it was like Kristina was seeing it for the first time. It was long, hard, and perfectly erect, and Kristina admired it for a moment before she bent her head down and let her tongue roam over the tip as her hand gripped its shaft. She felt Keith shudder under her handling, and she felt herself moisten in response.
She examined his penis tentatively with her tongue, and then when she knew he had relaxed a little, she took the full length of his penis into her mouth.
“Oh fuck,” she heard him cry, and she felt a thrill of satisfaction race through her veins.
He tasted sweet and salty both, and Kristina realized that never before had she enjoyed giving head so much. She sucked at him vigorously, and she could feel that he was starting to lose control. Gently, he pulled her head upwards, and then in one powerful display of strength, he leaned in a little, grabbed her by the hips and pulled her onto his lap.
“Fuck me,” Keith said, looking her dead in the eye.
“Gladly,” Kristina said, matching his urgent gaze as she guiding his cock into her.
There was nothing as satisfying as he slid inside of her. There was a sense of completeness the moment they were joined. Kristina started slow, moving her hips in a gentle rhythm and allowing Keith’s breathing to calm down somewhat. He hands were hot on her ass and hips, but slowly, they started travelling all over her body, as his mouth found her nipples and sucked them eagerly while she rode him. His cock was larger than she was used to, and sooner than she had anticipated, Kristina began to feel the onset of her orgasm.
Spurring it on, she bounced harder on his dick, struggling to keep her moans in check as she grabbed his hair and his shoulders while the tension started to build. As the orgasm crashed upon her, Kristina realized that she had no control over her screams, more importantly; she no longer cared who heard her. They echoed around her room, ringing in her ears even after it was all over. Breathing heavily, Kristina sighed deeply and leaned her head against Keith’s shoulders as he rubbed her back in concentric circles. She could feel his chest rise and fall powerfully beneath her own and the intimacy of the moment was not lost on her.
“Do you want to move to the bed?” Kristina asked softly.
“Yes,” Keith nodded.
He didn’t wait for her to get off him. Instead, he grabbed her around the waist and carried her to the bed, where he laid her down and slipped in beside her. They stayed like that, naked and silent, until their breathing had returned to normal and the sweat on their skin had dried. Unconsciously, Kristina started tracing the lines and curves of Keith’s tattoos with her fingers, taking each one in and admiring their meaning. She stopped at the tattoo beneath his left shoulder and stared at the words that had been inked there. ‘

’ it read—and never before had Kristina been so curious about a person in her life.
