Read Caden's Dilemma (Indiscreet #6) Online
Authors: A.C. Katt
“Who has his power of attorney?” Gary asked.
Aubrey walked over to the three men and introduced himself. “I do. We didn’t give it to Harvey because of what he wanted to do to the company. As long as he lives, I can vote his shares.” Aubrey looked overwhelmed.
“As soon as he’s with it, we’ll have his lawyer come in and change it to my name. Then I can start rebuilding. I want him to have his home back.”
Aubrey looked into Caden’s eyes as if to read him. “I’m glad, I’m getting a little long in the tooth to handle all of this. I know why you ran. You didn’t want the money. That makes you okay in my book. I know you won’t cheat him, you’ll probably cheat yourself. I’ll sign whatever is necessary.” Caden breathed a sigh of relief. He was afraid of opposition from that quarter. “I told the boy to tell you the truth as soon as he knew he had feelings for you. He was scared and didn’t listen,” Aubrey told Caden.
“I might have listened had he told me in the beginning, I don’t know. I have pigheaded pride.” Caden tried to keep from crying. “If I had taken charge, this wouldn’t have happened.”
“Don’t beat yourself up, son. You both followed the road you were meant to follow. It brought you back together again and that’s all that counts. Johnny has been like a son to me since I first came to work for him. He pays me too much for too little work, provides us with a place to live and health insurance for Henry. I can’t tell you how much I am in his debt. The cops said he was trying to get to us.”

They moved Johnny to a private room in the burn unit at six in the morning. Caden stayed with him until Bear tapped on the glass enclosure. Caden came out of the room. “I didn’t know you guys were still here.”
“Why don’t you go home and change? Brian and I will stay. He just got a shot so he should be out for a couple of hours. That will give you time to shower and shave and be back before he wakes up.” Bear patted his back. “You’re no good to him if you can’t stand. When you get back, I’ll call Aubrey and get the name of the insurer. Junior can take Brian down to the township records office and see if there are any plans for the house filed with them. I’ll make an appointment with the insurance agent, and ask Tom Martino to take leave from the police so he can do your job for the time being. You can come back when Johnny is all straightened out.”
“Thank you. I don’t know what I’d do if I didn’t have friends like you. I thought I saw the last of those kinds of friendships when I left my unit. I’m so glad I was wrong.”

Caden did feel better after he showered and changed his clothes. He saw the gold dog tags on his dresser and put them in his pocket. He got back to the hospital at six where he found Aubrey and Johnny’s lawyer.
“We need to get the power of attorney changed,” Aubrey said.
“I’m Mr. Henson, Johnny’s attorney. I gather you’re the fiancé. I have to make sure that Johnny is awake and aware before he signs anything. Aubrey can’t just hand the power of attorney over to you.”
“His last pain shot was four hours ago. He will be in pain, but lucid. Let me go see him first.” Caden knocked on the door and entered the room.
“Caden, I asked for another pain shot but I can’t have it yet. I have to wait another hour. Mrs. Mills and Aubrey are fine?” He moved around in the bed.
“Yes, they are. Let me get that pillow for you, baby. Your lawyer is here, a Mr. Henson. Aubrey is here with him. I need you to give me your power of attorney so I can take care of things for you. Aubrey says he can’t do what needs to be done. They were here when I arrived.” Caden sat down on the end of the bed. “What do you want to do?”
“Tell them to come in here.”
Caden went to the door and called the two men inside.
“Mr. Henson, I want you to give my power of attorney for everything to Caden, including all of my bank and brokerage accounts. Include in it a medical clause where Caden can make decisions for me if necessary. Also change my will. Leave intact what goes to Aubrey and Mrs. Mills but give the rest to Caden.”
Caden looked askance. “I don’t want that Johnny.”
“I’m sorry but you have to take the bad with the good. I’ve let all of that go for too long. Somebody needs to see to it. Ask Bear, Cisco and Gary for help. They all have money and know what to do with it.” Johnny got visibly upset at the idea that Caden wouldn’t take care of the money.
“Very well, I’ll do it but on one condition, you marry me and wear my collar as soon as you get out of this place. Deal?”
“Deal.”
EPILOGUE
Johnny Nguyen walked into the Indiscreet dining room to a round of applause. It took six weeks for the burn to get to a place where it was healed enough to shed the dressing and allow him to be comfortable wearing his dog tags. Johnny and Caden got married at his hospital bed one week after the fire and Bear, as usual, won the pool. Caden had dealt with the mess that was Johnny’s finances since the wedding.
Caden saw Bear and Gary waiting for them at their table.
“Big night, are you sure he’s ready? You haven’t done a scene in a while.” Bear motioned for the waiter. “Bottled water all around.” The waiter took their order.
There was a buffet with mounds of shrimp and the chef cut slices of prime rib, roast pork and coq au vin. A waiter ladled portions of beef bourguignon with rice and there was a lovely filet of sole in beurre blanc sauce with green grapes. On the side were mashed potatoes, green beans almandine and candied yams because they were Johnny’s favorite, plus a wide variety of salads.
“You outdid Cisco,” Gary told his brother-in-law.
“Johnny wanted a big party,” Caden said, “and after what I put him through, and the fire, I decided he was going to get the biggest party I could throw. After all we’re celebrating the wedding too, even though we got married from his hospital bed.”
Reed walked up and joined the group. “We’re almost ready. The boys are with him now. I hear I’m losing my Director of Security.”
“I got Tom Martino to take the position permanently. He liked the money and the idea of being around the club all the time to say nothing of the free membership. Now he’s looking for a sub of his own. I’m sorry, but trying to rebuild the house, straightening out Johnny’s finances and fighting with his board of directors is a full time job. He really needs me.” Caden ran his hand through his styled hair.
Bull walked over and slapped down his hand. “None of that, you’ll mess yourself up. Sounds like you have your hands full taking care of business. I like the new brown leathers.”
“I’ve got the name of the investment councilor that Jake Cohen turned me on to and Jake is willing to help start up the LGBT Community Center and shelter. We’re starting small in Mercer County with a shelter in Hamilton, but we want to cover the state. Too many kids run to the city and get sucked into a life of prostitution and drugs. Having a shelter in the county prevents that from happening. We’ll have counselors, psychologists, psychiatric social workers and paralegals to help them get out from under whatever they are running from. We’re going to be open twenty-four seven for the kids.”
“After what happened to Danny, I really see the need for this type of place, put me down for twenty-five k,” Gary told him.
“A personal appearance at a fundraiser would be great, if you can manage it after baseball season.” Caden nervously started taking the label off his water bottle.
“I suppose you’re going to get as bad as Cisco with the fund raisers and donations,” Bear said, taking out his checkbook.
“We’re having our first gala event at the Palace in Trenton. Gary talked to Sam Stein and Milo and Liam from Shattered Glass agreed to be the entertainment and Sam’s going to play the drums. They feel it’s for a good cause. They also want to become involved on a day-to-day basis. They are funding the next shelter in Red Bank in Monmouth County.”
“That will be a heavyweight ticket. I hope you’re going to charge at least a thousand a plate. You can get away with it for that kind of entertainment. Shattered Glass hasn’t played in public for years.” Cisco walked up to the group. “I suppose you’re going to tap us to be on the board.”
“I was going to ask Gary and Bear since they’re semi-retired. Sam agreed to sit on the board and Jake Cohen.” Caden straightened his leather vest which was embroidered in gold thread. “But I know you’re busy with the hospital, so I wasn’t going to ask you.”
“I’ll do it. I’ve supported other charities throughout the last couple of years besides my hospital, and this is a worthy endeavor.” Cisco sat down with the rest of the crew.
Reed stood. “Jim is signaling that they’re ready. The St. Andrew’s Cross is on the stage and your flogger is on the table. Danny has the collar and the golden dog tags. You’re ready to roll.” Reed attached the wireless mike to his suit jacket and walked toward the stage.
“Tonight we are celebrating the wedding of Master Caden Donavon and his sub, Masato. Although the wedding took place several weeks ago, the collaring and the reception are tonight. Caden and Masato are going to demonstrate Master Caden’s technique with the rose flogger.” Caden walked up to the stage. The curtain opened and Johnny was waiting for him on the cross.
Caden walked over to Johnny. “We can still skip the demonstration and get to the party.”
“No, Sir. I want to do this for you, for us. It feels right.”
Caden kissed the side of Johnny’s face and his shoulders then backed off to retrieve his flogger from the bench the bouncers had brought to the stage.
Reed was off on the corner of the stage, “Master Caden will give Johnny ten strikes with this special instrument with knotted roses at the end of the tails.” Caden held up the flogger to show the audience.
“Are you sure you’re ready for this, boy?” Caden asked aloud.
“Yes, Sir,” Johnny said loud and clear.
“This is the last time you will call me Sir, boy. From now on I’m your Master to do with you as I see fit.”
§ § §
Johnny heard the thud of Caden’s warm up. This was going to be hard but he needed to do this to show everyone that Caden was his Master in every way. Johnny moved to settle himself, gripping the ring and adjusting his feet in the sleeves.
“Count for me, boy.” Johnny heard the whoosh of the flogger just before it hit his skin. “That’s one, Master.” He felt the second strike, “Two, Master, thank you Master…” After ten strikes Johnny was flying. Caden came over and took him down from the cross and carried him back to the room set aside for aftercare used by Doms giving demonstrations and for collaring ceremonies. The room was filled with fragrant flowers sent by all of their friends.
Caden laid Johnny down on the bed. The first thing he checked was the still red burn mark on Johnny’s neck. It looked fine. Caden took the arnica cream out of the supply cabinet and went over to the king-sized bed. “I’m going to rub the cream into your back, baby.”
“Yes, Master.”
“And then I intend to make sweet love to you until you cry out so loud all of our guests will hear you.” Caden took the cap off the cream and put it on the side table. He rubbed in the cream in long circles so that there wasn’t an inch on Johnny’s back that wasn’t covered.
“I’m going to sit you up. I want you to take some water.” Johnny obediently drank half the bottle.
Caden lay Johnny back down on the bed. “Can you lay on your back, baby? I want to see your face when we make love for the first time as Master and pet. That’s what you’re going to be, my pet. I’m probably going to be as bad as Bear with Brian, I love you so much.”
Caden ran his finger through Johnny’s wavy hair as he grabbed his face for a kiss. Johnny started to babble, in a delayed reaction to the flogging. “Master, I’m so happy I belong to you. I’ve waited and wanted for so long…I love you, only you.”
Caden kissed Johnny deeply. His tongue darting into Johnny’s mouth tasting, sucking and nipping on Johnny’s lower lip. Johnny was barefoot and his leather jock was the only article of clothing he wore. Caden slipped it down his legs to reveal Johnny’s leaking cock.
He stripped down quickly, folding his leathers and putting them on the over-sized, over-stuffed chair. Seeing the chair gave Caden an idea. He pushed the leathers aside. “Baby, I’m going to sit in the chair and you’re going to ride me.”
Caden prepared Johnny on the bed. He opened the lube and coated his fingers as well as the entrance to Johnny’s channel. His first finger loosened the sphincter. Johnny moaned.
“Please keep doing what you’re doing. Don’t leave me.”
“I’ll never leave you again.” Caden peppered Johnny’s face with kisses. The second finger joined the first. He crooked the fingers and hit Johnny’s prostate. Caden added a third finger. Johnny began to move, pushing himself against Caden’s fingers. Caden led Johnny to the chair and sat down pulling his lover on top of him.
He took Johnny’s hand and put it on his cock. “See how hot I am for you.” Caden’s cock was hard as a steel girder. He moved his hand up and down along with Johnny’s.
“Get up on your knees, baby.” Johnny complied. “Now lower yourself onto my cock.”
Johnny eased himself downward, stopping when the head passed the sphincter. “Are you okay?” Johnny whispered “Yes,” and pushed downward the rest of the way. When he bottomed out, he sighed in contentment. Jonny put his hands on Caden’s shoulders and used them for purchase to move his ass up and down on Caden’s cock.
Caden pulled Johnny into his arms and hugged him as hard as he could. He kissed the raw pink spot on Johnny’s neck and paid homage to his throat. Johnny picked up the pace. He was moaning out loud.
“You have to wait to come.” Caden put his arms down to Johnny’s waist and began to control the movement. He lifted Johnny faster and faster. Every time Johnny went down, he hit bottom and Caden caught his prostate.
Johnny began to yell, “Please Master, so good, feel hard, just right…let me come now. I can’t hold out anymore.”
“Put your legs around my waist, baby.” Johnny did what he was told. Caden stood and with Johnny’s arms around Caden’s neck and legs around his waist, Caden was able to get Johnny back to the bed without his shaft leaving Johnny’s channel. He lay Johnny on his back and picked up the pace.
