Tasha I want the world with you,” he said as he breathed into her hair. She breathed heavily as he held her close, recovering from the burst of energy that had just left his body twice. She held her hand up and looked at the ring.

“
Is it just me or does this rock look bigger to you?” she asked as she looked at the ring. Mitchell smiled and planted a kiss on the top of her head. He was not about to admit to her that he thought the reason she had said no was the size of the diamond.

“
It looks exactly the same to me,” he said. She shook her head and turned around to face him.

“
I was shocked when you first asked me Mitchell but I spent quite a long minute staring at the ring,” she said looking at him. “Is there something you want to tell me?” she asked looking into his eyes.

“
Trust me, there is nothing different about that ring. Maybe it looks bigger because of your small hands,” he told her. She frowned at him.

“
Besides, things are always bigger with Mitchell Schmidt,” he said before draping an arm around his perfect woman. She smiled and kissed him deeply.

“
Corny,” she said. “Very corny,” she added as she closed her eyes and drifted off to sleep in his arms. There was no other place she would rather be.
